Yep, hard to comprehend who would be selling at this point.
I've heard before that some like to chum the water on Friday and into the weekend to draw the crowds on Monday. All weekend to spread the word and salivate.
It might be those platform heals he/she wears.
Too funny, I'm catching up on posts from the top down and you've all been taking about the pop for a hour. What a delight on a Friday. Thank you SOLI
WOW, what a huge pop. I'm well again and have no idea why.
Ah, come on guys, five against one. Beat her while she's down, I too bought from TDA, hee, hee.
Just catching up on posts. This outfit has 7,000 members.
He did but only to about 40k for a 70c average.
This is an example of an earlier post whose writer should absolutely be made whole again IMO it was us who charged forward causing the rally.
I joined the ranks of SOLI ownership this morning at .93 on up to 1.00. Just learned about it a week ago and took a little time for DD. It was an expensive week to sit on the sides but had to get funds cleared anyway. Thanks to some of you for the info.
I'm shocked that mgmt and friends let it get sooo high in the 1st place.
Thanks for stepping forward. Less puzzlement but wonder who is selling?
Maybe someone creating a run into NEWS?
Yep, something is brewing but who holds that many shares they want to sell? Tis a puzzlement.
Maybe someone creating a run into NEWS?
I asked several days ago if any of our regular posters are buying, unnecessary to mention what they're holding, but only one came fourth with a PM. My intention was/is not to sell.
While I have only enough in my account to pay TDA's trade fee IF I could muster up a seller.
I guess I'm just gloomy like our 16 degree temperature is here in Southern Illinois..bah humbug.
??
Agree mike but we've been stuck here for so damn long while stocks like TSNP have indeed soared. I have none of it but a friend made his very first stock trade in TSNP mid January at 40c and now refuses to consider taking some off of the table. I need 47c here just to break even.
Some A..hole desperately trying to hold it down even though I doubt at this point that it will soar however 40c would ne nice as a beginning. I am totally sick of the 30s.
Use caution as I recall this post from a ways back.

Have over 3 million shares to dump on market makers ask real slow, the kind of slow that drives them crazy on level two when the price shoots up like a rocket! Lol..... I can plow a market makers ask on level two until my broker calls me and tells me to stop, ain’t that right clowns? Lol.....
??Any market maker who drops the price and thinks they can paint a bid with Paint Wagner on level to is dreaming out your ask! Watch your bluff get called and the bid get pulled straight up to the ask before my foot starts clubbing market makers ask right and left like the Easter Bunny on “ roids!” Wheeeeeeeeee ??
Seems the most obvious proof is the company is not nor has not sold shares.
Never has.
tis a puzzlement.
This is in the text.
We have partnered with CareClix to deliver a seamless, telehealth experience.
IMO it is the consumer who ultimately looses as the company simply raises prices, or reduces their labor force, to cover the increased labor costs The workers at the specific company might gain while EVERYONE ELSE, including the IRS, who zaps both sides, wins.
But it's becoming so hard to maintain enthusiasm while sitting in the pit and the race has already began.
Was wondering, or being nosy, if anyone will step forward and admit being a part, either side, of this EOY transaction? I can see building a tax loss for 2020 and a hellofalot of confidence shown by the buyer going into this year. Took us back up to 40c in one trade.
Could it have been Mike, MWM, signing out? But who added a large platter full?

Searched and found a logo.

Thanks, I'm not aware of how aol mail works, the address part. And even if the one questioning the authenticity would see it it's of no importance unless they want to bug Josh and he has enough to do.
Thanks kindo but seems some want the originators address also that is up at the top following the https.
Just highlight, cut, and post just that line here. No other text. The doubters here can open and read the message.
You do not have to. Just grab the address. The https part. Then on an iHub post just drop it/paste it, the whole https part. Other posters can then simply re-open it.
You did a good job of highlighting and re-posting the whole whole message but some are not satisfied with that they want to see the whole msg including the address part.
Then your post will look like this..

kindo, you don'[t have to try and grab the whole written message. Hopefully you have not deleted it. Simply open the message and then at the top highlight the msg. address, the https://... part, then cut/grab it and repost it, insert it, into your draft message on iHub.
Maybe more than I wonder how many of the members on this board are so confident or enamored about SOLI management to the extent we are willing to stand firm.
It is definitely a new lineup since yesterday and Josh is gone or not shown as a part of CareClix. But he may be in Solei Systems. Damn I wish we had a functioning PR section. We still seem like the tag-a-long step kids.
I think TDA will try and match up an AON transfer if they can find a buyer. It would let a desperate holder escape but while still on the gray's have no idea how you could get back in with TDA.
Josh has not left and according to the pictures in our info section he is President.
Yeh, you are.
Hope so as I'll finally be in the green again.
I see your point. Why would this have occurred in Oct if there were plans to go private or be bought out?
Exactly my sentiments. Either buy back or simply go silent.
Couldn't they also simply put out a tender offer at a seemingly fair price of lets say 45c which would be a nice gain over the annual average?
Tender offer
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In corporate finance, a tender offer is a type of public takeover bid. The tender offer is a public, open offer or invitation (usually announced in a newspaper advertisement) by a prospective acquirer to all stockholders of a publicly traded corporation (the target corporation) to tender their stock for sale at a specified price during a specified time, subject to the tendering of a minimum and maximum number of shares. In a tender offer, the bidder contacts shareholders directly; the directors of the company may or may not have endorsed the tender offer proposal.
To induce the shareholders of the target company to sell, the acquirer's offer price is usually at a premium over the current market price of the target company's shares. For example, if a target corporation's stock were trading at $10 per share, an acquirer might offer $11.50 per share to shareholders on the condition that 51% of shareholders agree. Cash or securities may be offered to the target company's shareholders, although a tender offer in which securities are offered as consideration is generally referred to as an "exchange offer."
So, would the reason to have sorta make a dry run at going public was simply to pay off indebtedness, and reward family and friends? Doing so with stock, which they, their debtors, could sell as the company grew. Insiders would keep the pps low until the company was indeed profitable and have accumulated practically all of the outstanding stock before causing a delisting. The result of this method of privatization is a valuable, debt free, profitable, growing and well established privately owed business..
