In a fair world these trades would have never happened and hopefully would not have happened if unimpaired human intellect was needed to complete the transaction. IMO the trades should not have occurred. JMO? I hope not.

To add a possible good spin, those shares are in stronger known hands, and no longer available to the MM's who, IMO, wear black hats. A result could be that we see a rise in the PPS while awaiting corporate to get their act together. When that occurs, I'd much rather be sitting at 40c than below 30.

My heightened fear is that this incident will spread far in the market and further tarnish the reputation of SOLI.

My comment is simply, It Wasn't I, but as dumb as I've became with age, it could have been if I'd decided to throw up my hands. Hope the seller isn't in a high building as this might be reminiscent of the jumpers when the 1929 market crashed and again on 9-11-01.

So true, TDA still carries one of mine where I held 3 million or so shares that quietly died years ago. A USA company operating in Nicaragua with known assets that simply went silent. Their USA address was a virtual office in PA.

DDR, IMO, the future of $SOLI, as an operating company, appears very good. But as a public company, with a healthy PPS as we'd hoped for, it has fallen far behind what we thought was obtainable. Nothing will be gained by a re-hash of who or what caused this.

My unsubstantiated guess is we will see at least a dollar by September and $2.00 by EOY. I'd say an almost zero chance of coming up empty handed but not what most of us had hoped for.

At 15c I'm less than 1/3rd of the way home much less than hoping to have some dinner on the table when/if I get there.

Believe that is a bit above my expectations but this is a changing world and if it's on a roll beyond, lets say $4, I may re-coup my outlay and stay on for the ride to ?. We'll see.

If there is any way to console, maybe the realization that I know of no one who buys corpses. It takes two sides for a sale, and the buyer must have some practical/insider knowledge.

But, it seems unlikely, that a large holder is on both sides to seemingly create movement and frighten holders into selling.

No, I believe they do have a marketable product just like AERP we shared years ago had. The main problem here seems to be that they tried to get CareClix public faster and cheaper by doing it under the veil of Solei. They still do have a marketable system but inept management have allowed other ships to get out of the harbor ahead of them. We might end up with some tidbits from scattered pieces but not the loaf we'd paid for.

Looks like a plan to me also. But, I'd be hiring a few body guards as protection against some holding common shares of tens or hundreds of thousands.

Possibly their main source of info is the National Enquirer.
