We have submitted all the appropriate documentation FINRA has required for the symbol and name change. The process has edits and will not allow for incorrect filings. Meaning, if a company does not provide the correct information you cannot submit the forms.
Let's have FINRA determine the timing rather than speculating. In short, FINRA has not asked for any additional information.

I had been told by some experts yesterday that the completion of the sale is material to shareholders if or when it is complete, and if there is a significant negative or positive impact to shareholders that trading would be suspended.

I think the software may be a significant asset. Now it's 4:50!on west coast and no coffee... but it seems if I recall correctly that Rvue product differentiator was their software and the strategic ability to more precisely target ads.
If this is a correct recall, then the software application may be the asset Roche desires.
Last, it seems the software had significant costs to develop.
Any thoughts?
I do believe the Rvue software combined with oak lawn could be the desired outcome.
But, I am a peasant in comparison to Roche and his experts.

I have been saying for several months that Cachet seems like the most logical business to RM first. But, he is the billionaire and I'm not , lol and may have other strategies that make him wealthier or in parallel creates wealth and raises capital.
I hope we all benefit from his business strategies here with RVUE!

Cachet is IMHO that requires the most capital to reach their expansion objectives.
Any additional value Roche adds to PPS under RVUE or another entity in the shell will solve many capital challenges

Make himself a billionaire! His shares times conservative $3 to $5, makes Roche very wealthy and his family.
Plus, Roche can sell his shares at reduced cost gains.
