I'm still very new to trading but from what I've learned from technical analysis shouldn't this retrace back to around .0008/.0007 and then bounce back up?

Looking at the chart on Scottrade mobile shows a doji with reversal on Friday and volume decreasing slightly.

Hoping we get some nice news sometime this week and I know once we break through .0012 it'll go high.
