The 10k didn't fall, it is added on to my open order
Right....
Does anybody here have any useful thoughts or information on the companies progress on any fronts?
Ask your advisor, the magic 8 ball
I'm not sure how it would work tho with the LP's having control of the bud
I'd love to see them form a new subsidiary and get directly involved in edibles up there.
I think they'll find the most revenue at the health food stores as opposed to dispensaries. I also think a year from now revenues will be looking gooooood.
Tea is what the original idea was but I'm glad it expanded quickly, healthy dark chocolate bar w/ cbd and a protein bar w/ cbd could be big winners IMO.
That's what I'm talking about
I also got the sense he was more comfortable, like he doesn't have to sell the company cuz he might just buy the whole thing! Also a full product line by eoy, tea bags, energy bar, coffee, chocolates, and hot chocolate. Real tangible progress and now products.
That's a sector interest issue. The company is rolling right along with their product line. Tea bags announced coming out, next should be coffee and energy bar. I would guess both of those will get a better market response than the tea but you never know till you put the product out there. More products, more exposure, more revenue. Rolling right along here take a seat and calm yourself.
Well I don't have a crystal ball. But I like the company's activity over the past year and their chances for turning the corner. I think the CBD market is a good place to be. I'm excited about the product line to come, especially the energy bar. Good luck to you as well.
It's not an MLM because of the way the money flows. It is a direct relationship from channel partner to company. If a channel partner does sponsor other channel partners the % they collect off the sales from the partner they sponsor comes from the company and not from the sponsored partners sales.
If you can't see the positives yourself I don't understand why you are here.
They have the patent pending CBD infusion process. They have a product line in the works and have only launched their first product, we know coffee and energy bar are coming. They did this in 3 months. The announcement today shows they have already improved the production process. These guys are working for us...
I don't see where you are getting that.
IMO, they are not paid pumpers they are a group of swing traders. The same ones that have pumped in the same fashion on this same board at 3 or 4 different times.
Itweedalot, just my two cents, yourself and this board would be better off if you used constructive criticism in your posts as opposed to just whining.
The tea is one product in a line of cbd infused products to come. Lexaria is building a cbd infused products business and has been at it for 3 months. IMO they're doing a solid job. You want high sales figures when they started the business 3 months ago, get real.
ViPova website was up and running like 2 weeks after the acquisition closed. Lexaria CBD infused products brand and website coming soon.
I bet this gets to .20 with new product announcements alone.
What's interesting is the combination of ViPovas patent pending process for CBD infusion and the patent by the US government claiming rights to medicines that use CBD for its neuroprotectant and antioxidant treatments.
If ViPova has their patent granted and this process does indeed lead to higher CBD absorption rates by the body they can license the infusion technology to EVERYBODY involved in edible CBD products.
Here is the US government patent link http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=6630507.PN.&OS=PN/6630507&RS=PN/6630507
From 11/13/14 to 1/15/15 the CEO has bought 1,487,622 shares in the open market.
I do agree though there is a visibility issue and the word needs to be spread better and wider.

The possibilities of CBD are amazing. Here's an excerpt from the Sanjay Gupta CNN special if you haven't seen it already.
Yea i would have to agree. But if they're still holding onto their shares a year from now that # will be a lot higher.
You are correct when you say longs deserve a reward for their faith. But the company can't control the market. They can only reward shareholders by building a good business and knowing if they do that eventually the market will respond. To me it appears they are taking some big steps in the right direction.
I'll explain some things to you.
Big volume did not occur on Friday. Since there was not large volume the use of the word dumping is completely inappropriate.
You want to know why 100,000 shares were sold, the best answers you can get are assumptions: tax write offs, somebody needed cash, a small investor wanted out, somebody thinks they can make a quick hot trade somewhere else before Lexaria heats up, a market maker felt they were too heavily loaded, and the list keeps going.
There is a reason people get excited when insider buying happens. You assume because somebody has the title CEO $50,000 means little to them, and that's just incredibly wrong. I don't know how to explain it other than $50,000 is $50,000.
I do believe a license will be granted and that is part of the reason i'm here.
Wrong. Get granted license pps should go up 15x. Don't have license, have to work at CBD infused products business. PoViva predicted 3 mill in revs their first year with their cbd tea line. Cbd infused sports drinks or energy bars could be much bigger. The cbd tea could be much bigger, or not. 3.5 mill mkt cap and a mill in cash after PoViva acquisition. Competent management to handle cash and proceed in both medical marijuana and cbd infused products market, regaurdless of MMPR license. The license is a 15x bonus multiplier.
You want some french cries with your wah burger?
It's not a done deal but damn does it look good. If license does get granted i expect around $50 mill makrket cap = $1.50
Well said
2-6 could happen in a months time. And many of the licensed companies are still building out and 6 months to a year away from being able to produce what their license allows.

If you read the article and anything comes to mind please comment. It will have a better chance of being chosen by the editor and if chosen will be distributed via seekingalpha and/or other widely distributed investor news channels.
Lol, i don't doubt it. It feels good to own shares of a company that are actually worth something.
You left out the CBD and/or THC food and drink business potential. I wish it wasn't a month old so we could have heard him talk about that. From what the PR said about their credentials those ladies sound like real winners.
I agree we don't see much resistance in the teens. Valued for less than the oil fields are worth. No value given to the application that has municipal approval, no value given to the recent cbd deal. What we need is more eyeballs. Anybody know the Wolf?
