Wow. A CEO who was fired 8 years ago and was angry about it. never heard that one before. "A guy walks into a bar..." keep digging, boys! you're sure soon to run into your own sh*t!
Here's a pretty decent read for media folks who like to play with fire (anyone come to mind--and their amigos involved?) How embarrassing and career ending for this "journalist". I wonder who is on deck for a similar fall from grace in the biotech journalism world? Not like the theory hasn't/isn't already been submitted to colleagues (i.e a real journalist with integrity) to work on...
Think this also ran in Das Spiegel this morning. Will send to STAT News and TheSTreet.com--think they should cover Solomon's fall from grace, and see if anyone internally is up to this same sort of misdeeds. tick tock--when stories drop they catch everyone by surprise.

I didn't find it -- as stated in my VERY IMPORTANT POST, a source deep within the organization leaked that juicy nugget.
Not only am I still invested, I bought 5k more shares at .72 on Monday. I will probably regret that decision within the week but let's just see what happens.
5-10% total to CDA. It certainly sounds like getting in the door has already been accomplished up against tough odds. Huge odds actually, up against plenty of strong competition. Next up, letting the trial results speak for themselves. Four shots on goal, you'd have to be a real deborah downer to at least think one partnership isn't going to happen in 2017...
SA is click revenue based. Philip Kim the Rosen lawyer is a follower of Mako Research on SA. SA wants traffic, they don't care how or what is posted on there. There's no editorial review. They boost want they want and how they want.
The question you ask, DUD, is akin to how a greedy bioturd crim might think. This is a dead talking point. Management seems fully loaded (and then some) so this stupid talking point belongs in the wall street hall of shame to be retired. bioturd crims eventually get flushed down the toilet. Let's see you talk science. Your talking points are 1) management is stupid. 2) management doesn't buy shares.
Good job, i'm sure your mama is proud. but, eventually what mama wouldn't be proud of is producing multiple-convicted SEC crims. a shame and shadow on your noble family. that goes for the bunster too.
Mere manipulation is just the tip of the iceberg---i'd wager. Bottomline: they be fuc**d.
headed back up...
One day before the Mako release, from the resident rabbit:
"wonder what's in store for the rest of the week? OUCH! I guess we have to wait for the big.....ka boom! ha! (post 185532),
(day of the mako piece, morning of): "now if leo exited, market says they don't trust management. where's the partnership deal. goal post moved back too many times. warning signs of a serious market correction on ipix are flashing everywhere. astute investors feel it, see. the Signs, are going to cash." (post 185589
Astute investors=Mako
Signs=we wrote the hit piece, and we have it queued up to release
The rest==all the precise talking points in the Mako piece.
Your resident rabbit is Mako.
Enjoy fried rabbit.
Precisely. In the billions in lost market cap. That seems like a big deal to me.
back to your mako, (and insert a bunch of other otc biotech) etc talking points. you actually forgot to add, "why aren't they buying shares on the open market themselves." there i added it for you complete and total idiot.
In fact, look no further than this morning's AF tweet. LOL! I wonder which alias would pop up if he had hit 'post new message'. These crims are just begging to be caught with how stupid they are!
— Adam Feuerstein ✡️ (@adamfeuerstein) June 15, 2017
Yep. It's a very poor attempt to crash a stock. I could have done a much better write up. I mean, get some brains bunny and co. this hit piece was really shitty. The stupidest thing about Mako Research, is Mako Research's identity is known, yet they keep trying to rob the same bank. OMG they are so stupid it's now kind of funny.
what was it, 7,000 words to write that probably took you jokers about 5 hours or more to assemble and down 1%. great job. do we put the gold star on your refrigerator or your laptop?
Gotta say this was your weakest write-up to date. You could have at least titled the headline: Assets worth $.000 office appears to have one cleaning lady in it after hours....
Yep, and all the bioturd crims convicted previously by the SEC (ahem) (or soon to be) from Jackson Hole to Dallas/Ft.Worth believe the same thing. Time to for my morning read of the heavy Gravittas of Der Spiegel. Need to first go clean my turdy Matt that my replacement dog Bo soiled and go grab a cup of Joe. Will be sure to reference Adam and Eve today, but Adam needs some new tires and thinking of buying some Firestones or is it Feuerstones, or steins, not sure really. Thinking of meeting at the Yellowstone Porsche Club to tell them a few things too. Going to take my son shark fishing this summer in Texas, and fortunately I know I good operator that provides the best tours down there, or from the tricky Dicky Under is almost on the Brink of total calamity. Want to join Bunny? We can pop off a few corks of any drink you want. I know a good importer of a single spirit sure to keep your spirits up.

Mr. Buyers Strike, has also been convicted of SEC criminal activity, paid a huge fine, and was banned from trading for 3 years---and he's also AF's best friend.
Fortunately, they left a pretty messy trail.
Did a really poor job covering their trail.

SEC is chomping on this....
Good times ahead.
What an entrance into his new job at STAT News:)
So, Adam Feuerstein decided to tweet that Innovation Pharmaceuticals is "shit". He did so last night. Everyone on this board should take a moment to let that sink in what he did. I did a count through Adam's Twitter feed. In May 2017 he wrote, "This is the first time I am writing about CTIX."
That sentence alone is as James Comey would say: a straight up lie.
AF is a liar.
Fact check: I went through his entire Twitter history, and he wrote about CTIX only 32 times previously and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM was a slam-job negative hit, last nights included. And he wrote two articles prior to that famous sentence in May slamming little ole defenseless CTIX--and his Twitter actively against CTIX was like a las vegas slot machine the day of and before the infamous Mako hit.
Go back and look.
I think this is the right tweet:
@ChetStedman5 @BuyersStrike @SmithOnStocks Wait… Larry can read?

lot's of Gravittas to your post, man. super strong.
I'm fluent in german and read Das Spiegel every morning. There's a fascinating article in there today about stock manipulation on the FSE with biotechs and a sordid network of public and private folks in the industry. The Spiegel article even went so far to link in average joe's who work with hedge funds. If i were an average Joe and being mentioned in the Spiegel, I might want to hide a bit better and be a bit more cautious with whom I communicate with publicly and privately, because a lot of those people are rather prominent, and not so pure, even average Joe's with crims records on them. Interestingly enough my German friend wrote the Spiegel article on the very average Joe's and authorities are drinking it like palm wine, or any other exotic imported foreign spirit. In fact, he's got tomes of information, and I mean TOMES. I'll post the link in a bit, but enjoying a vacation hiking in Jackson Hole right now. Super lovely here. Going to suit up in gray today, many alpha wolves around here, i hear wearing gray creates the illusion of protection. lives can be ruined by one wolf. wolf of wall street, madoff, BOO, is the dog with a hit on it actually called Bo? No, it's boo, could be bo though. i don't know.

4 mid-stage trials delivering topline data in 2H2017. Good luck searching around for another biotech that will deliver 4 topline trial results in 6 months. lol.
I'm not sure people really understand what that data would mean. "Big catalyst" is an understatement. Prurisol would be bottom valued at $3 Billion, with a ceiling up to $10B+.
"I wouldn't be surprised if we at 6 weeks surpass Otezla at 16 weeks,... especially for the 400mg arm!"
Completely agree. And results can drop anytime starting in 3q. company smoke signals are looking more like fireworks
The beauty of your comment is that the the same mako-af cats are still attacking ctix/ipix, and they think no one knows. the further beauty about it, is mako, af, are actually sort-of-regular participants on this board, an they think no one knows. a bit like the stupid criminal that keeps hitting the same bank. trap is set. money is on the counter. keep coming boys. cameras are on.
And looks like smoke signals are being sent from Innovation HQ on the subject speaking of which--new psoriasis Prurisol blog dropped:
http://www.cellceutix.com/new-blog/2017/6/1/prurisol-for-psoriasisan-overview
Beats Otezla with a few points to spare: $3-5B
Beat Otezla and knocks into biologics: $5-12B (depending on how big of a knock).
Oral is the delivery method of choice.
Build one that kicks arse, sell it for huge bucks, and reinvest in blowing every single indication for Brilacidin and Kevetrin through the roof.
$75-$200 pps
Here is a conversation that occurred with the CUSIP Service Bureau:
...The CUSIP Service Bureau rep stated that a CUSIP # change "usually" comes with a name change, but not always. He stated that a name change will "always" come with a CUSIP # change though. He told me that the "name change" and the "CUSIP # change" starts with the company's Transfer Agent (TA) coordinating electronically with the CUSIP Service Bureau by linking the company's name and address. Then the CUSIP Service Bureau Coordinates with the Depository Trust Company (DTC).
The DTC will serve as the overseer to coordinate with the regulatory authorities and/or agencies whomever as deemed necessary. Sometimes the TA will coordinate with the DTC too for certain confirmations or transactions as deemed necessary. The DTC makes sure there is proper share accountability for proper dissemination into our brokerage accounts. This is all done electronically.
After the company/TA receives their new CUSIP # from the CUSIP Service Bureau, the company/TA (& legal team) then coordinates with the NASDAQ and SEC for the already coordinated amount of shares as the new inventory. The company/TA will then coordinate with the DTC to confirm the amount of shares and other key info.
After accountability is confirmed by the DTC, the DTC then authorizes the brokerage companies to change all old CUSIP numbers to the new CUSIP numbers electronically within our brokerage accounts. A CUSIP# change is not enough from what most believe throughout the investing/trading community to force a covering of a naked shorted position in my opinion...
The CUSIP Service Bureau further explained it as when stock 1234 changes its name and CUSP# to stock 5678, the shares of stock 5678 are given to them electronically by the TA to replace stock 1234. This is the key transaction. If only a CUSIP # change transpires then a lesser type of accountability takes place. The name change matching the address of the company is what actually forces an exchange of the "old inventory" of shares to the "new inventory" of shares. Without the name change, there is NOT a "movement of shares" from the TA that takes place.
Only one phase of the accountability process is required to take place to verify accountability when only a CUSIP # change transpires because of the lack of not having a creation of the "new inventory" of shares by the company/TA. Therefore no movement of shares takes place. This is a simple misunderstanding by many companies, but if not considered, it could be the difference for any type of forced covering of any naked shorted positions.
If there is NO DILUTION, a covering of the naked shorted positions should take place due to what's revealed during the accountability process between the DTC after getting the "new inventory" of shares from the CUSIP Service Bureau if there is not only a CUSIP# change, but a name change too.
Because of the CUSIP # change, the MMs will be required to account for each of the old shares with the new shares. Because of the name change, it's important because it forces the DTC to play a more finite role by not only accounting for the old shares to equal the new shares electronically, but forces them to match a "new inventory" of shares that have been given to them from the CUSIP Service Bureau as the new official/approved inventory by way of the shares given from the company/TA.

correct. it's the nude shorts--but the question is what % do they represent?
Yep. Exactly. This was done before with a biotech last year, forgetting the name---but they went from $2 to $20 in 48 hours (then settled back to around $6)---
Big fan of this decision. 1) Shorts, Naked Shorts are basically going to fry. (there's going to be a lot of blood in the water for the shorties. 2) Cellceutix was tarnished by attacks from folks probably headed to jail (and if they attack again now, SEC, etc is watching like eagle eyes 3) as we head into huge data reveals from 4 mid phase stage 2 trials, nothing like a nice new veneer to shine up for the big big auctions...
Go Innovation---
Things are really about to get interesting around here....
Brilliant move by management! Naked are going to fry--they have no chance. Expecting a pop to $1.50+ tomorrow---let the good times roll right into the data reveals!
The name of the game around here...oh, well, data is our driver, and big data reveals are now 4 weeks out...4 phase 2 trials delivering results starting in 4 weeks...and only .89 cents:)
Constant effort by many to plant seeds of doubt by picking on the ridiculous. Preying upon the fact that Cellceutix is a small company. Try asking IR at any major publicly traded company and not only would they completely laugh at these inquiries, they would not even waste a single calorie to reply to these asinine questions.
July 10-13, 2017 in Boston: Topline data for Brilacidin IBD will be released, and further data from Brilacidin OM a month or two after its interim. Breakthrough Designation for Brilcacidin OM is imminent, with no preventative (or effective treatment) anywhere in the world, and over 500,000 patients in the US alone annually. Brilacidin IBD and OM has showed tremendous interim results to date.
Data drives all. Data in July is a critical milestone. While a perfect result would be similar results to posted in interim, it's a critical milestone because it's the completion of a phase 2 trial--and the prime time land of partnerships.
OTC is painful in a lot of ways--but with potentially the world's only and second oral for psoriasis delivering a powered trial interim results in 3q17--if we were on the nasdaq, etc. you'd seen analysts all over this---give share price projections etc.
Bottom line: Data drives everything in this industry. FUDsters and spinsters can have their fun now talking total nonsensical BS, good luck refuting data when it comes out from mid-stage phase 2 trials, and good luck when one or many partnerships are announced. If the Prurisol interim result is strong---big pharma is going to be storming the gates to get that sucker. thats in 3q17.
govern yourself accordingly.
