Hi ya Mag. I must have missed the convo on Bayer.
Could you please provide a link for me to travel on?
Awesome, thanks for the link Mr. Zippie
I attended a Cannabis conference and I estimated half of the attendees were of Asian decent. No surprises here to see the Chinese influences coming to the fore front.
Here's a bread crumb.
Someone's clinical trial is due to be posted this month. Positive results will give the first sanctioned scientific weight for the European FDA. Always let sister go first ;)
Not sure of that run, but believe de-scheduling will run the entire sector. TRTC will benefit, regardless of the shit they are pulling on shareholders, agreed.
Limited view point on momentum, there is a whole other continent that will happen first.
Kaufman is naive and was suckered by the lawyer to invest. The FBI came looking and found the lawyer, who threw Kaufman under the bus. None of these players are innocent. In the US, they give consesations to the guilty for turning on the bigger fish. This guy controls half of your investment.
Concur with your assessment.
Folks shouldn't talk about shit they know nothing about.
I'm stunned, not by your statement of facts, but how did spook call the large financier?
Any one else find it amusing the date of this transaction? 6 months from now when they start selling will be after the elections and the "supposed catalyst" of legalization of CA and NV. How nice for Ageis.
17.5% discount with 12% interest on 2 years. Seen worse I guess.
What happened to the S3?
Why are you boys not discussing the 11mm funding that they just shit down on shareholders?
There was a pretty picture with all the new hires for LV, if you want a sneak peak into the Q2 results, ask how many of those folks are still employed.
But then again, IR don't respond to common cats.
This should keep you entertained:

Doc, MDC\_.
I know, it takes a bit of speculating, but it's not unreasonable to think the parent company will enter the capital market through this entity. It answers to the pissy cat's question though.
Really? Here are two in one state:

these guys actually grow their own.
My favorite, the "brown paper bag" lines. Not once, but twice.
Yeah, this is how business stalwarts complete investment transaction....please.
What's puzzling, was Kaufman going into business with Rush with turning that residence into a dispensary? Why did they need the property across the street??
Lots of questions remain on this tidbit.
I have a life time of experience to draw on, it's how I make conclusions.
Rush is a dirt bag, that is known. Question for me, is Kaufman that gullible that he believed investing with Rush was a smart idea, and if so, why would I trust him to own 350mm shares and controlling interest in a place I invest my money? If Kaufman is just a player, then he's not that good at it
its plausible, it's the outcome that we see and have been told.
So Kaufman is now the patsy in this deal?
SSC is correct, willingness has two sides, cause and effect.
In your assumptions, Rush is an imbecile and Kaufman is a do gooder stalwart of the community who contacted the popo to set up a seasoned organizer(side note, Rush was in Newsom's circle) at his game of influence.
I'm having a hard time with that senario....
Damn, you boys are diggin in deep. Props!
Skeez sold?? Isn't that blasphemy???
Somebody was buying today. Starting to look good again, double off the recent lows.
Oink, oink, making it look pretty, nothing ho$tile in that. Grabbing theirs on the way out is what you should expect, and not be surprised when it happens.
Play to grab yours, it's a penny stock.
Never said anything about insider sales in regards to the product recall. I'm concerned people don't know how the "money" is made at the lab, the controls it takes, oversite, protocols, quality assurance measures and when you shouldn't send the defective product to the retailers are all things a company at this stage should already have mastered. Here's an excerpt from the call, and this concerns me greatly because DP didn't know what was going on in his operation. I'm not sure he does now, either.
"...and found out over a little bit of a period of time that we were missing a step or we added in some steps that some of our scientists hadn't done before..."
You gave away your hand, pal. You obvisiously never have tried to grow product. Don't comment on shit you know nothing about.
AC7880. Much respect to you.
You should give a damn about the product the company produces and hangs its hat on. TRTC does not grow its own product in NV and uses contractors in CA. Having no oversite controls on manufacturing and leaving their BRAND PRODUCT to the scruples of someone outside of the company should cause you great concern.
It does me.
Since they don't have a stipulated employee compensation plan in place, I think the non disclosure of the product recall being know in advance of the selling violates a few of the rules.
Tough week. It's unfortunate that the lessons of the OTC have to be learned this way, but it is what it is.
So with the lesson learned (for me the lesson has been proven once again) I'm encouraged to look to the next run and the catalyst sitting there...G's and N's and the filing of the S3.
Here is a good place to start the research on how it actually works.

Well that was interesting, spending the weekend with you boys.
Chased the 'vermin' into a few corners, that was fun. It even cleaned up my trail, that was expected.
Hope you all think for yourselves, otherwise you're just lab rats playing a game of maze.

After you get up to speed, ask when the company knew this was happening.
It's 5 weeks later and the quarter filing is in the books.
I'm curious your reassessment of the events?
Wow, never considered the depth that went into the investigation into the G's and N's, outstanding.
I figured they sat around with the tainted product from Oakland QuiZziNG each other on how eQualiZiNG the QuantiZiNG of the preferreds would be sQueeZiNG the shareholders out of their lunch money...
DD isn't so hard.
Parker investing in TRTC? LOL
He funded the initative in California, conflict of interest much???
You're funny G's 14.5mm per
Sorry if I don't get it, isn't GD a California entity? I thought the filing in NV was to bring the cronies into the light of Vegas
Do they authorize the raise by next week?
Not sure the legal standing, but preference goes to the front of the line.
Lol, yes.
I call my crew boys, no offense intended.
I'll take one of those G's. Nice they entitle a liquidation preference of $1.06!
I don't think 950mm will cover all these....
Have you boys talked about the Q's, Z's, G's and the N's yet?
Lol. Is the Arab money coming soon? How about Spain and the clubs?? Wasn't it two in Bakersfield???
What's the Green Door, I've missed that one...
