Did you see the schematics to those machines? They are a tooling nightmare. You engineering types can do wonderous things with mechanics, but also make something simple so complicated even the PhD's can't figure out how to squeeze water into vapor.

BadKarmaKyle, I knew reaching out to some time ago would be a good use of my time. I look at all these companies as if they are my own, and GBLX rose quickly to the top as one whose structure and business model would succeed. I liked Ellins, but I'm glad he's gone (bloxes too) and the new CEO and board members seem to have this focused and back on track.

Do tell more of your visit to Teco. Are they using the CannaLabs or are they conventional table grows. Maybe we could discuss the lights/estimated production as that was a very optimistic forecast they stated. Are the PLV boys still in charge? Is Lucas still there? Lots more questions, as they never stop for me :)

Lazarus must be killing it on their other investments. They were buying GBLX on the open market from .6 to 1.2. Doubt the $2.00 warrants get funded.

What's the prevailing opinion of the equity raise attempt?

I was just wondering when the incursion into the ETZ would be announced. Fairly vague PR and now a simple 8K follow up. Good they are trying to act like a big boy here with their filings. Still need to see the "late" 10Q, was hoping it included info detailing their commitment on being timely and follow the rules to get off the pink status. This is a must for any serious input by reasonable investors.

Short term, the accreditation of the Oregon labs should be monitored. The NoCal LOI needs to close, but that will be a long term as the one lab won't produce much. What it will do is allow SGBY to apply for the license when the AMMU laws get approved and acted, as well as setting up for expansion into the rec market in Cali. Being a thorn in the side of the market share Steep Hill has in the region will be interesting to watch.

Anyway, good luck to us. I'm watching for the volume taper to find an exit. So far that hasn't happened, sitting tight for the moment.

Those are some great stock choices. After this last run up for the Canadians, I beleive these will now base at these levels for some time. SPRWF is my only play active at this time due to their wholesale model and pending sell license. Really don't care for the American ADR trackers though.

SGBY, if they fix their toxic structure it could be a rocket. Good model and backers from NV should help keep this little gem on track.

GBLX is still my only long term play :). At their shareholder meeting, they are going to REDUCE their A/S by 50mm and use those shares for an equity raise. Quite the change from the "other pending shareholder meeting". Good discussion going on over in that room about W-Net's involvement.
