I agree with your statement, but they have become twins. Not by design, math or science though...who was DP's first partner after Wall Street let him go...and how did that end? That is DP's beginning. I'm missing when he was let in, and who the primary shareholder of Black Oak is, so fill in the blanks would be helpful if you know. That company must be making you two nervous to be bringing it up here with all there is to talk about.

Here's something to ponder. TRTC now owns all the assets of Blum, including the employment contracts. A smart man posed the thought that Salwa will become an executive in the hierarchy and I agree. She is poised to be the driving force(no offense DP) as the director of operations for the parent company. Give her Nevada and I bet she does great business. She just might be worth the extra 240 million shares. Shit, might have to take a position in the am on that vision.

With today's announcement of raising the A/S by 230 million shares fully diluted, and a sp of .10, TRTC is already a +100mm company....

Good news, please read the 8K for what this costs.

Since your clueless, the reason this company trades on low volume is that it doesn't dilute on the backs of shareholders. Wish we could say the same for other POS companies.

Yah, I wasn't pleased to see it moved to 2Q. My read of the letter makes me think that PLV is not running the show at the Teco facility. Lucas Marin wasn't involved in the build before now. Could just be like everyone else, big plans, money scarce and patient count to low to be opened yet. No mention of the Trenk deal or the management agreement. F'n Las Vegas...all show and no substance.

It will take a full year to get a crop correct and tested. Times running out, the privates are in place and looking pretty. The stock just needs another .03 to be up 100% off the lows, there's that...
