I hear ya. Something doesn’t make sense. And it’s the waffling and constant complaining here. Contact frank or investor relations if they are sour about the price. I too am not happy but whatdaya gonna do. I’ll patiently wait for more details. And I hope we get some info on more testing lab sites as this isn’t over
Yes. There are two methods just looking at revenues. There are several methods and profits is another method.
This company is in its infancy and I by no means would just use profits as a determination of value. I look at sales and how they increase over time. There are quite a few companies I’m sure you are aware of that hasn’t had profits for a very long time. I’m not saying Opti equates to those but in otc and startup land, $59 million in revenue in their first year of operation if big. Profit is icing on the cake.
Of course I am referring to weshield. You seem confident audited results won’t come for Opti. I can wait and see … again
I just linked the audited results.
$59+ million in sales in its first year of operation. Pretty impressive to me.

Page 3
Profit of 7+ million in its first year.
You neglect the $59 million in sales.
It’s about revenue and sales. Company valuation is based on revenues.
Not sure how that is spinnable
“WeShield, a wholly-owned subsidiary of OPTEC International, Inc. (OTC PINK:OPTI), posting Q1 & Q2 total revenues of $40 million with EBIDTA of $6.7 million, or 17% of revenue.
Audited financials in 2020 for WeShield were recently released, showing the Company generated $59 million in revenue with an EBIDTA of $5.6 million or about 10%. The Company reports heavy growth in both the PPE and medical supply sectors.”
Are you saying the auditors misspoke?
Thank youuuuu
Is this the retrace people were talking about last week? ;)
Anyone know what happened last Friday at their development meeting ?
Let’s concentrate to QB first
The ‘talk’ was share buyback (which is doubtful that will happen) from proceeds of $2 billion deal.
Roger has claimed 200 million in revenues this year (whether that be their corporate year or calendar not sure)
But ~100 mil from weshield and 100 mil from the 2 Bil deal. Give it take. That was the talk. With … 1.71 billion shares (in OS), that’s about 11.7cents at 1x earnings.
With weshield and pandemic coming back, they can continue adding to revenues.
That’s the talk. Let’s get QB first.
I only hope now this will not mutate into something a lot worse. Gonna be with us for a long time. And first mutation seems to be for the worse.
Good
Ten bucks says people still won’t listen.
Such a simple easy thing. Who know people would be so hurt on wearing a mask.
Honestly. I don’t believe what frank says … he’s been wrong and throws some vague comments before without follow through. IMO
And why do you think they currently take 48 hours?
Cmon weshield. Fulfil that 2 Bil order already !
It not going above 5. Someone is just selling a sht ton at 5 level.
With 100s of millions of unrestricted and the next wave when RB capital can unleash will again bring this down. Of course it will be timed with audit and maybe some other decent news but with all those shares … this thing is weighted.
Where’s that share buy back ?
Write to investor relations. Frank Benedetto.

This is just iHub. No one has a crystal ball here.
… reply at 3:59
He also just did another crazy 1000:1 reverse split.
Not just 9ish months ago he did a 10000:1 reserves split on rnva.
I had some shares prior to the reverse of the reverse split. I think it’s worth the weight of an electron in gold now.
That being said… those wouldn’t have been ‘free’ shares. They would be worth nothjng.
At least this new deal they are ‘profitable’.
Yahooooooooooo!
Hmmmmm
Average of all T trades ? (I’m somewhat joking).
That is a T trade. There isn’t after hours.
“To avoid creating “an unbalanced market”, market makers often do not report certain trades during the day to the public and then use a T Trade not to “scare” investors into thinking a market for that stock is going in one direction or the other at the spurring of one large investor.
If a market maker wants to accumulate a large amount of a stock in one trading day, that market maker may actually not report any of the trades that occurred until the trading day has ended so as not to alert the market to the collection. This practice is completely legal under the FINRA rules of the OTC Markets so long as the trade is reported at the end of the day.
To execute a Market on Close” order, a market maker may have an order to purchase the stock at a certain price at the end of the trading day. This is the most unlikely scenario because it needs to be assured that someone selling the stock and someone buying that stock are agreeing upon a price. Simply put, this is more likely with insider buying and selling.”

It was a T trade. Wasn’t after hours.
Uhhh what ?
Sounds reasonable.
Sounds like it’s a business park now. Not a ‘city’. I still can’t understand what they bring to the table. They seem to be a middle man here not really ‘doing the work’.
Gosh. I hope Stephen clarifies this whole thing with a video call.
I’m with you. Have no clue. Why they are concentrating on some place so far away gives me the chills.
No one EVER said they were or would make 800 a month. It was stated they ‘could’ or are able to make 800 a month.
But come winter maybe we will need that capacity
They are pink and dont have to. They did, however, release one for the $2 billion deal way back when so…
Assuming they uplist to QB, they will have to release the Ks ongoing.
Thanks slops
Good to keep in perspective
Bam!
Although Roger does not have a good way with his recorded video programs.
I too echo concerns of that Trust Investment Bank waving across the screen and the solar trailer being stolen.
A lot of my thoughts hinge on the 2 billion deal and it’s completion.
I don’t care what he did back in 2006. Shady? Sure but he bought weshield and they seem top notch and have very good numbers. Ppe isn’t going away and they are serving the smaller markets that the bog boys don’t want to. I only hope they use it to compete this 2 billion portion. Roger did say almost a 200 million profits this year with the 2 Bil and weshield revenues.
Anywho.
Have you seen the latest or even last five year unicorns?
It’s about revenue at this stage. Revenue and growth. Profits come later.
Still. Increasing revenues have not been very prevalent.
This is not legally required for pink
In order to upmost to qx or qb, they need to have audited annual reports.
See page 1
Currently Opti is ‘pink’.

No ridicule from me. I was thinking the same. Something has to be in there.
Although they are not supposed to realize revenues if it hasn’t been competed. Eager to find out
Weshield was def a good acquisition especially with the latest uptick in cases and ppe needs.
Do you think there will be more details about the ‘$2 billion’ deal in this audit ? Or is it more of a stamp of approval of information given with what we is left out…
Huh?
June is the end of the quarter / year. They have up to 3 months on an annual report. They did always say their annual would be audited.
Also weshield was the last audited results for weshield. Not opti. Weshield needed to be audited for the buyout.
But this seems to be inline with what they were saying and are abiding by the time frames. Not sure what the ‘lie’ is here
It’s due to the increase in share count
Market cap is shares * share price. Either one increasing, increases the market cap.

This will be good …
This
Even if / when the dividends are announced, it means nothing as there isn’t anything to the bottom line.
Revenues / increasing revenues are key. And we have not seen this or heard of any new near term revenue generating PRs. IMO.
Hope this Q shows differently
Something as transparent as that blurb would go a long ways with investors.
Never said we were getting dividends on that day.
The info on when the dividend date etc was supposed to be divulged on or before August 1. This should be ‘closed’ and announced.
“Currently, EDSM has approximately $4 million in revenue and is profitable. Closing is expected on or before August 1, 2021.”
You would think they would announce some thing this big if it happened.
On or before August 1
….not after
So you’re saying there’s a chance….
