"It’s far from belly up and improves year after year".
… so I don't get trashed here...
My meaning is that the "Company" improves year after year.
Not the SP. I knew going in that this was a two position stock.
One to roll short term with buck a share or more predictable swings... and the other accumulating with those short term profits. Anyone else buy pre split and sell at $15 ? If you were lucky you sold both CTSO and AVXL when they pop'd on nuthin. That wont happen again... but CTSO is steady Eddie. The approvals are in the pipeline and when you see Mgmt start to be very very careful what they say publicly... you know there is much more to this iceberg then you see. Stay the course Guys and Dolls. Forget your worries and go see Jersey Boys if you get the chance. Those tunes in your head will suppress your anger during the profit taking days.
Simms’s
If you dumped it. Your in the wrong business.
A stock only “cost” you when you sell it. Or it goes belly up
It’s far from belly up and improves year after year.
I hope for your sake u didn’t sell.
Your decision. Your loss.
Don’t blame DC
Good qtr. good year. Let them do their thing this year.
These are not rookies running the company.
I’m very excited for 2020!!!!
Y’all better average down in a hurry. These prices won’t last long.
Agreed... You know that this guy is totally out of the loop when he referred to the Cart as "Jurassic".
That was probably the most idiotic statement to date... that this guy has written. I think he probably works for Baxter.
Oh hell no! These idiots kept the lying ass management in power that killed people all for profit protection.
Not a smart group of people if you ask me.
I don’t care who you are
That’s there is funny !!!
Way to toss out the trash sport
Another life lost that possibility could have been saved....
70 year old Paul from Alabama, brother in-law of my best friend, had heart bypass surgery. While the bypass went ok, and his heart was restored, in ICU his organs started shutting down and he passed of septic shock.
Another “died of complications from open heart Surgery......
bureaucracy Killed this guy
Same ole bs. In or out.
It’s no surprise. Everyone has access to the info...
Either you believe in the science or you don’t.
I’ve seen ugly babies turn out to be movie stars.
I’m up over 50kshares. Staying till the science says not to.
SEP is a business retirement account. Search SEP Retirement Info
Been in one since 2000 or so. PreTax program.
My bonus check deposited in eTrade clears tomorrow!
Hopefully 10,000 more CTSO. My SEP is now maxed for 2019
Canes. So 8 years but your alias is 8/2016. Interesting.
I think you talk a big game but have multi personalities here.. in other words you like talking and agreeing with yourself. Another game player. Another blocked bs artist
Thinking you need To stay at the kids table canes... or buy in to the adults table. Don’t Hulu think that major investors already have a say? Inadvertently they also speak for us. It’s obvious you do t have the tolerance for this stock. Do yourself a favor and sell it.
Yawn ??
Turd. Do your Easy research ...
52 week low is $3.63
just lazy I guess.
Hell of a day lol
Hell of a day lol
Are they buying or selling today?
Nice... got my final buy of the year in at 4 ish
Made a nice dent in my average.
Have a nice holiday
HeMo...
Like flies at a picnic...shorts, day traders and agenda seekers will lerk here.
Yes... it’s exhausting. Be well.
PR releases that detail conferences, trade shows, investment meetings, seminars, etc etc.. to my knowledge have not produced any move in SP... nor would I expect them to. However I believe that the company should continue to inform us of their participation … as customary by all publicly traded companies. I just looked over their "news" and I don't really see anything that I would consider useless fluff.... as compared to other companies. In fact I see many that continue the drip drip of useless dribble on a daily basis...
So.... if mgmt promotes CytoSorb... it’s a Dog and Pony show... yet if it is perceived they are not doing enough... they are failing us? Sounds like a damned if you do... damned if you don’t situation.
Sadly very perplexing....
Docs and Hospitals are on a constant drip of "big pharma" … anything that does not come out of that wheelhouse is suspect. I can hear the "yea... sure... this will save us all" bs Its not only the acceptance by the docs but the infrastructure and training. Always better and faster to inject something into the IV or give them a pill … sit back and watch the result or lack thereof.
I've spoken to pharma who make rounds in the ICU and ER... the consult with the docs and get in the tackle box to see what they have not tried yet... while the patient dies. Most of the time when the patients are slipping away... they already know they have lost the battle... and yield to "hope and prayer" with the family for a miracle. Such bs.
I've witnessed it. In my family. As an investor... and heard "there is nothing more we can do... its in Gods Hands now".
But.. did you try a Cytosorb Cartridge ? Crickets. Paul passed with enough antibiotics and steroids in his body to treat Central Africa. Oh... and he was an investor also. Think about that one for a minute.
I am no expert in regulation.
What I do know is as a business man... I tend to evaluate... test and implement pretty quickly when I see something that will help my companies. Big Business has to have 50 meetings.. consultants... opinions.. tests... more meetings... and finally some suites that know jack squat... finally make some kind of decision that gets changed by someone higher up in the food chain … that just needs to put his spin on it to justify his multi million dollar compensation package. If you can't inject it or swallow it... you have your work cut out for you.
I suggest you all go see "Ford vers Ferrari". Great example of how the suits can F it up. Oh.. its also a awesome movie too.
Very easy to push sp down
The sales are better than when PPS was 8+
It’s perception of approvals ... speculation is cold.
They have tons in the works. Just one has tio break the dam IMHO
I will and have exposed this and other securities to friends and family with the obvious disclaimer....
Considering the facts and performance of the product.... what other reasons can you come up with to justify the SP. as “Again” look at the 52 week low. Vers high. There are influences here that can “manipulate “ quite easily. As witnessed. People can buy or sell. I only relate my personal opinion and share what I do. This is a discussion board is it not? . You want professional advice ... pay a broker. Or... change the channel.
I will continue to accumulate and show support for the company and the science.
We’ve seen this before. Beat down to a level that is easily manipulated...
till it gets back above 8 more of the same. Watch
No more good news please.
Slaps... so management should save their money... do nothing and take a load of crap from guys like you for sitting on their butts... OR they can staff up... work on global acceptance which requires money... and take a bunch a crap for spending it. Or I guess he would work for free... cut his hour back to 40 a week instead of 60 fly coach internationally and stay at a Airbnb, Those that take the risk of doing something new... and different... going door to do with that thing that no one has ever seen before.. making the case. Those people deserve respect. I'm not the only one who has looked at the grants given to this company. Why do you think that happened? Millions... And why is CTSO a target of "the hit piece" ? Several of them. because they make someone money. I personally have never been involved in anything like this. brutal to say the least. For the short term.. I don't really care about the SP. My eye is on the ball. Not the crowd.
I personally think CytoSorb is a Clear and Present Danger to big pharmaceutical.
Don’t know where these scum bags come from but my money is on anyone with a vested interest in CTSO failure. Big Pharmaceutical companies came to mind.
Great time to buy!!!
Thanks for that tex. Very good summary.
Thanks for that tex. Very good summary.
Predictable
Anyone that “bails” without substantial evidence is a lemming.
Ya gotta see thru the smoke. This company , outside the SP IS “steady Eddie “
They are not influenced by the markets... and I for one ... glad with that.
CytoSorb mgmt ... Keep your attention to the task at hand. SOC.
APPROVALS. World Wide acceptance. Saving Lives.
Slow and steady wins the race.
I didnt see anyone complaining when it was $15
on nothing but BS...
Was there a fake run up ?
Of course... what else?
Anyone get thrown in jail? nope
Now of course you have a few complaining that they too didn't sell and take the profit from a bs runup …
you guys kill me.
If I understand securities... YOu only lose money if you sell the stock at a lower price than you paid for it.... so ssmmss I assume you sold?
If not... you have lost nothing.
It takes $ to. Make $
Fundamental!
My “extended family” cardiologist doc said this am that this is a “game changer” for cardiac surgeries.
He started investing in CytoSorb in July.
The U.K. TISORB study is a 30-patient, open-label, prospective, multi-center, single arm clinical trial designed to evaluate the ability of CytoSorb®, when used in patients undergoing emergency open heart surgery within 48 hours of their last dose of ticagrelor, to remove ticagrelor and reverse the inhibitory effect of the drug on platelet aggregation. The trial is expected to complete by August 2020. Platelets are small cell fragments that are necessary to form blood clots, and without functioning platelets that can aggregate or stick together, surgical patients are at high risk of bleeding during and after surgery. Ticagrelor (Brilinta®, Astra Zeneca) is a widely-used anti-platelet agent used to decrease cardiovascular risk and risk of stroke in patients with a known history of heart disease or heart attack. However, when patients on ticagrelor suffer from a cardiac event that requires emergency cardiac surgery, approximately 25-30% will have severe or massive peri-operative bleeding complications that contributes to a high risk of death and major costs to the healthcare system. CytoSorb has already demonstrated the ability to remove ticagrelor rapidly and efficiently from human blood in vitro. Meanwhile, a retrospective case series reported by clinicians at Asklepios Klinik St. Georg in Hamburg, Germany on the investigational use of CytoSorb to reverse the effects of ticagrelor during emergency cardiac surgery demonstrated a greatly reduced risk of bleeding complications and the need for repeat surgery to explore the source of bleeding, with extrapolations showing projected cost savings of £3,982, or approximately $5,000 USD, per patient in a U.K. based study.
Dr. Nawwar Al-Attar, Consultant Cardiac & Transplant Surgeon at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital in Glasgow, Scotland, an investigator in the TISORB study, commented, "We are excited to participate in this prospective study to further evaluate the effectiveness of the CytoSorb adsorber to remove ticagrelor and restore platelet function in patients on the drug who require emergency cardiac surgery. This is a large unmet need for these patients who have an increased risk of suffering from catastrophic bleeding and its resultant complications. Treatment with CytoSorb has the potential to significantly improve the outcomes for these patients as well as to reduce the costs associated with these bleeding complications."
Dr. Kenichi Tanaka, Professor and Head of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine added, "Anti-thrombotic drugs such as ticagrelor are important for patients to prevent heart attacks and strokes. However, for patients who require emergency cardiothoracic surgery, being on these drugs greatly increases the risk of serious bleeding. Some life-saving surgeries need to be done immediately instead of waiting for a few days until the drug wears off. Having the ability to remove anti-thrombotic drugs prior to, or during emergency cardiothoracic surgery, has the potential to allow these procedures to be performed safely in critically-ill patients by reducing bleeding and possible complications related to allogeneic blood transfusions. The initiation of the TISORB study is an important first step toward filling an unmet need in perioperative management of ticagrelor."
Dr. Eric Mortensen, MD, PhD, Chief Medical Officer of CytoSorbents, commented, "The initiation of the TISORB study is an important milestone for our company. This study, and a planned companion study, are expected to provide confirmatory mechanistic, clinical, and cost-effectiveness data, that if successful, may support broader use of CytoSorb in the United Kingdom and elsewhere. This is the first time that CytoSorbents has sponsored a clinical trial in the U.K. and we look forward to collaborating with our investigator colleagues.
