Unbelievable, Dennis. We expected approval to happen around this time, but things are clearly going downhill, and management isn't doing anything to maintain the price, aside from planning to release the 10-K on the last possible day. Quick question: If the company anticipates any delays in receiving approval (which may not necessarily be bad news), is there still a possibility they could dilute the shares without facing any penalties?
The reality is the stock won’t move until a decision is made. The surreal part is that we’re stuck in a parallel world, convincing ourselves that things are in motion for us and something big is coming mid/next week. I really hope I'm 1000% wrong and it would move up from tomorrow.
what are these in your messages? .. Sure  also  merry
I got so excited for the weekend pump that I couldn’t sleep, constantly checking messages. And, as usual, when I woke up, there was no news, and the price hadn’t moved. It kind of feels like being stuck in a prison…😔
Some content to discuss, step by step, line by line, until the decision is made...
it happens when it happens! .. it comes when it comes! 😃
I did not ask you about week days ..😄
Yes on what?
Guys, what’s your guess? —what comes first ..
10K
or
MHRA approval
Yes, how are they making money without DCVAX-L approved? Or is it from DCVAX-L compassionate care funds? or from other parties? How will this benefit NWBO shareholders?
Advent Bio revenue up 23% between 2022 and 2023, as filed on March 4, 2025.
💪
Revenue is likely from the UK Specials Programme to produce DCVax-L. Can't wait to see the 2024 numbers, as they will likely be significant.
👍
💯 but we need the approval first. It’s been nearly 15 months since they submitted it.
APPROVAL APPROVAL APPROVAL 🤔
Hi Danish Dude, in case this is wrong, I apologize as I was misled by the post below.

I was probably misled by the post below.

Hi Danish Dude, based on recent filings, Advent generated $26M in revenue and $10M in income. That means Advent is making money without DCVAX-L on NWBO's building facility. If DCVAX gets approved, they'll make even more. How does this benefit NWBO shareholders?
1. Claim: “NWBO does not own the 1A (original) and 1B buildout. That property is under long-term sublease to Advent, and all NWBO gets from it is $145K/year.”
Refutation:
✔ NWBO Retains Control Through Lease & Buildout Ownership
• NWBO sold the Sawston property in 2019 but retained a 20-year lease on 87,000 sq. ft. of the facility, ensuring its long-term control over manufacturing infrastructure (SEC Filings, NWBO Investor Statements).
• The 1A and 1B buildout includes cleanrooms, cryostorage, and Flaskworks automation that NWBO funded and directed for DCVax-L manufacturing.
• Advent does not own this infrastructure—it operates as a contract service provider under NWBO’s control.
✔ Sublease ? Ownership
• NWBO subleased parts of its leased space to Advent, but this does not mean Advent owns or controls the facility.
• The buildout is NWBO’s capital investment and remains an NWBO asset regardless of Advent’s operational role.
✔ Financial Misrepresentation
• The $145K/year sublease revenue is a misleading focal point because NWBO benefits primarily from DCVax-L production at Sawston, not from lease income.
• The true value lies in the commercial manufacturing capabilities of DCVax-L, which Advent operates exclusively for NWBO’s benefit.
Ex, I'm a bit confused—could you please clarify? The Advent building facility is owned by NWBO, and NWBO receives $145K per year for it, but the Advent business is owned by LP and generates $20M in revenue annually? Are you 100% sure about this? If it’s true, how did the NWBO board of directors approve this from the start when the idea was first proposed?
The problem with some people is that they can't break free from their mindset once they strongly believe in something, constantly supporting and defending the actions of those they trust.
Not until the management delivers everything they promised us.
Polska, thank you, I truly appreciate your response. Please feel free to check my previous posts—I’ve never bashed the company or the management team, as I respect their roles and the tough job they have. I only question their decisions when I don’t understand their actions. I have two kids, and I don’t defend or support them when they do something wrong, so I hope you can understand where I’m coming from.

Dude, that’s called greed. Why did you buy recently if you’re so negative about this company? Wouldn’t you invest more if it drops to 20c or below? As long as we’re here, we believe that one day this company will succeed, and the stock price will rise significantly, which is what keeps us adding more—this is what I call "averaging down syndrome."
10baggerz, I hope you're right. If the dilution happening through OS shares is due to Series C conversions, which don't generate revenue for the company, that means the company isn't intentionally causing this, which is a positive sign.
Polska, until the second half of 2023, I had only a quarter of the shares I have now. When I first came to this message board, I only wanted to hear positive things about the company because I truly believed that one day this company would deliver golden eggs, and I thought all the theories about soft pumpers were true. I muted some accounts here, thinking they were bashers, because I didn’t want to hear negativity. Slowly, I got caught up by the pumpers and ended up buying a lot of shares between 60-70C.
I’ve been patiently waiting here for the past year and a half, at a loss of just over 300K. Now, since I’m feeling the pressure, I’ve started doing due diligence and asking myself a lot of questions. If I had done that earlier, I wouldn't have bought so many shares. Why would I bash the company I invested in and the amazing technology I want to see succeed? After giving this company a lot of thought, it's clear to me that the management has left us in the dark about many unknowns, and the real problem is their stock dilution and mismanagement.
Bro, I’m tired of having to explain myself and prove I’m not a basher. If you think I’m spouting, feel free to mute my posts. I’ve muted some handles too because I see myself in them from about two years ago. 🙂
I used to defend the company and its management as well, but when you think about the dilution, they're diluting every day at these low prices. Have you seen any clear explanation of how they’re spending the money? Also, why do market makers seem to be working against this small biotech listed on the OTC platform? Their average volume is 4M, which at .25 means they’re making a million daily on the OTC exchange. Dude, think logically, not like someone who always believes in conspiracy theories.
I totally agree, and this is exactly what I was saying. No one can question them about accountability? I’m starting to wonder if this is a public or private company.

I'm still long
Just checking in with you and everyone, hoping you guys might give us some hope—it’s like a little light in the darkness. 😊
Ex, what’s your prediction on MHRA approval, and what’s causing the delay?
Wow, it's good to know that Advent is making money, but it's sad to see that NWBO is constantly diluting. Hopefully, they’ll come up with some big surprises.
I agree with you to some extent. Last year, they made over 60M by selling and diluting the stock, but no one knows how it was spent. I hope it was used wisely to cover expenses during these tough times. Any good news from your source?
Awesome! Did you sell at .30C and buy back below .25C?👍️
Come on, DrHigh, what can anyone do except hope? If you don’t have any hope, why are you even here? Please, take it easy.
Actually, I’m tired of guessing, so I'm asking dbing or anyone for any leaks or rumors.
dbing, mid this week or next week?
A company that was serious would have also submitted to another regulatory agency such as FDA and EU. Again, the trial got over 4.5 years ago, but no guidance on US application. US is 20 X of UK in terms of revenue potential. US represents over 50% of the world’s revenue in oncology therapies.
Haha, you don't need to lecture me. I know who to discuss things with. Have I ever asked you anything? I already know what kind of person you are. 😁
Who's that beautiful lady (face) added in the middle of the picture?
Don't respond. If you do, you'll receive another message explaining even further. 😁
Anyway, we need the MHRA approval first—any idea when it might come?
I trust myself, and I believe some people here are trustworthy. Your message comes across as arrogant, and I really couldn't care less about what you're saying. Thanks anyway. Btw, I still remember your prediction – approval will come when it comes.😂
I completely understand your frustration and share the same concerns. However, I haven’t sold any shares yet because I plan to wait at least until the 10-K is released (hoping they’ll be transparent and provide some insight into the delay) — we’ve already waited this long. From what some are saying, it might not be too late, and the MHRA itself seems to be falling behind schedule. The issue here is that while some people are very negative about the stock, others are strong supporters of the company, claiming that stock suppression is just part of the market makers' game. There are also strong convictions that the company has a promising future and could soon become a multi-billion-dollar business. It's tough to know who to trust, and making a decision now feels much harder than it did six months ago.
Thanks, Doc, for your advice—I really appreciate your response. I won’t make any rash decisions and sell everything at once. If I sell 10% of what I have at a buck, it would be enough to get me through the rest of the year. If it hits that range, I’ll definitely reassess the company’s progress and everything else, then make my decision based on that.🙏
People have different mindsets, goals, and approaches to planning their lives. I’m in my early/mid 50s now, and it’s definitely not the same as being in my 40s or 30s. I just want to move on—I can’t afford to wait for years, watching them pass by. I’ve realized that I truly enjoyed life more in the past when I had the money, rather than now. That being said, even if I make a couple of million after 5-6 years, it won’t mean much to me. For example, I’ve lost the excitement I had last year when I thought the approval dates were getting closer. Now, my body and mind just feel numb.
