jester, I hope all your wishes come true, and that we’re at the end of the tunnel—soon, we’ll see the light.👍️👍️👍️
Jack, the stock has been trading below $0.30 for the past six months with an average volume of 3M, which is low for a stock with a total volume of 1.4B. I assume the buyers and sellers here are those who have already purchased this stock and don't think new investors would jump in at this price range, especially with such a low average daily volume. Can you explain why you’re here every day? I know you’ve invested in this company and want it to succeed, but your comments often come off as negative, likely because you’re frustrated with the delays and stock dilution. On the other hand, those who stay optimistic also want the stock to succeed; they just believe in what they think is right. The bottom line is that we’re all invested, and we want this stock to succeed and finally come to light. If it succeeds, we'll all feel proud, knowing that our investments paid off because we believed in it One thing everyone needs to understand is that bashing or pumping the stock doesn’t affect its value, and management isn’t paying attention to this; they’re focused on their next steps and their plans, which are on their bucket list.
It seems like he’s moved on, as I haven’t seen any posts from him lately. I really miss his posts. I hope he returns once the approval goes through. My point is that everyone should be able to take pride in their investment and enjoy the rewards of DCVAX-L's success, especially since we've all invested so much time here.🙏
I’m seeing MHRA Approval midweek and 1.45 by Friday.
>>People diagnosed with glioblastoma typically have about 15-18 months to live, with only a 10% chance of survival after five years, according to the MD Anderson Cancer Center.
>>She entered a clinical trial at Duke University's Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center in Durham, North Carolina, that involved using her body’s immune system to attack the tumor. At first, the tumor shrank, but eventually it stopped responding to treatments.
To be honest, I didn't quite understand your point. 🤷♀️
I completely agree with you.🙏
No doubt, the company has potential and could have thousands of things in the pipeline, but they’ll only come to light once approval happens. This OTC stock has been trading under 30 cents for the past six months, with an average daily transaction of $1M. Our company is diluting and generating about a third of that transaction amount every day to keep the lights on. So, the first step is approval, which could push the stock into the $1 range. Let’s pray for that to happen, and then we can start thinking about your multi-billion dollar dream.
03/21/2025 1,382,358,745 (+1,648,810 = 56,451,779 YTD)
03/19/2025 1,380,709,935 (+642,777 = 54,802,969 YTD)
03/12/2025 1,380,067,158 (+1,108,697 = 54,160,192 YTD)
not bad 3,400,284 / 8 business days = 425,035 avg per day
Thank you! I was so excited I didn't even notice.
We have yet to receive MHRA approval, so once we get the approval, we can dream up any number we want. APPROVAL APPROVAL APPROVAL 🙏🙏🙏
Sorry, Mike. I got a bit carried away since you've been quiet the last two days. I’ll stop posting those kinds of guesses from now on. Please accept my apologies.🙏
Yeah, I read all his messages. If you compare his messages from 3/19 and 3/20 with those from previous days or weeks, you'll notice the difference. Especially in the last two days, the tone of his messages has been much lighter, and he's not expressing his frustration the way he used to.😀
This Friday/weekend news: FeMike has gone quiet after speaking with DI, which is a good sign, even though he hasn’t shared it with us and is keeping it confidential. It suggests he heard something positive and convincing, so let’s hold on to that.😃
Jesster, let’s wait and see what’s in the 10-K, there are only 5 business days left (until March 28th) or 6 business days (until March 31st). I don’t want to speculate on anything right now. If I were you, I’d sell a little whenever I need the money, because for me, living happily in the present is more important than the fear of missing out on an opportunity if I sell (at least that’s what I keep telling myself 😊). I’m tired of imagining that my investments will suddenly grow exponentially and make me a millionaire one day.
Polska, yesterday I saw your message, and by the time I was about to respond, it was deleted by the mods due to the way you were responding. I’ve lost a lot of money, and sometimes my frustration shows in my messages. However, I’m still patiently waiting for this company to turn around, hoping good things will happen and I’ll recover my investment. If you want to grow in life, try shifting your perspective on other people’s opinions. Instead of reacting with quick anger, try to understand where they’re coming from. Think logically and broaden your mindset. Why would market makers waste their time working against an OTC stock that barely makes 500K in daily transactions? Don’t be superstitious—focus on developing rational thinking. Please take a look at my previous messages when you have time; I don’t disrespect people or their opinions. In fact, this hub is a great place to understand how others think about our investment and share their opinions. Based on that, we can do our due diligence. This will be the first and last time I respond to you, and I’ll mute you immediately after posting this. Good luck.👍️
branster, although I've lost hope of receiving the MHRA approval before the end of the month, there’s still a small ray of hope left. Otherwise, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to cope with the situation. The stock either remains stagnant or drops slightly every day due to dilution, and I don’t think the 10-K will have a significant impact on the stock price, even though it contains a lot of information. The only saving grace right now is the approval. Another month or more like this will be very challenging for both the stock and for us. Let’s hope for the best.
Guys, after reading your messages, here’s how I processed it, and I just wanted to share it for fun. Please take it easy, as I have a lot of respect for all of you.🙏
Our members seem satisfied with their discussion with DI and have adjusted their expectations regarding the approval timing. They’re indicating that we shouldn’t be overly concerned, even if the approval is delayed by a month or more. While they’re not saying it won’t happen tomorrow, they believe, based on what they heard from DI, that the approval might take longer due to challenges in responding to MHRA. This has led them to think that approval may not be immediate, but they remain confident it will eventually happen and are content with the explanation for the delay. I suspect KevGee and Mike aren’t disclosing everything they were told about other matters, possibly due to a gentleman’s agreement. If they leak this information, they might not receive such friendly conversations in the future.
Mike seems to be having a hard time to process and reconcile what's on his mind with the information he received from DI. To me, he appears confused about what to believe, especially regarding the CEO, bonuses, stock dilution, withholding information, and not supporting the stock price. But for now, his messages suggest he’s staying calm and just relaying what he was told.
The bottom line is we may not get any news until the end of the month. As this delay persists, we should start preparing for the possibility that the approval could be postponed by another month or more.
David, the decision to release the news depends on the management. Our members are at least taking the initiative by calling them and trying to get information, which we should appreciate.
So, after sending this message, did you end up speaking to DI?😃
😀 Aha! Yes, I kind of guessed it from your messages since you're not expressing the same frustration as yesterday. Anyway, it's a good sign that your quietness makes us feel things might not be as bad as we thought. Thanks for sharing!🙏
Our bodies and minds have become so numb that the stock price dropping doesn’t affect us much anymore—it’s like we’ve become immune to it.
Right now, all we care about is the approval news or any kind of positive update from the company.
FeMike, you’re sounding a bit different today and seem a little more relaxed, 🤔 like you've had a conversation with someone in management. I hope your guesses are correct, but in my opinion, we need the approval news first. If the company has good news, the stock price will definitely rise in the coming months, which is my strong hunch.
We don't need approval. We need resolution on the lawsuit.
It is my strong opinion that they are intentionally keeping the share price low by restricting news to gain leverage in the lawsuit.
We’re very deprived of news, and we're in a situation where we’re desperate to hear anything. If any investor manages to get in touch with someone at the company, and they respond with even a bit of positivity, we end up discussing that conversation for days. 🙏
One possible reason could be that the company is expecting MHRA approval, just like we are, and they’re delaying the 10-K until the last minute.
KveGee, the first issue is that releasing news only through the 10-K is really problematic because many retail investors don’t know how to check this, and some might not even realize that’s how it works. The investors here on Ihub are savvy and they get it. If NWBO thinks releasing news through the 10-K is enough to satisfy just one Ihub community, that’s pretty disappointing.
Meirluc, I know you're one of the most honest longs who trusts the management and gives them the time they need to do their job. But if they know there’s big news coming, why can’t they hold off on the dilution until the news is released? The issue here is that they’re diluting the stock to the point where our shares lose value every day. The company doesn’t seem concerned about the dilution, regardless of the share price. With the ongoing dilution and the lack of news, the stock is sinking. We need to wake up from our million-dollar dreams and face reality before it crashes completely.
I don’t think so, but I hope I’m completely wrong. What’s the guarantee that we’ll get approval before the end of the month? The 10-K has a deadline and needs to be released. And what if MHRA takes another three months to make their decision?
If they have good news, why wait until the end of the month and risk depressing the stock price in the meantime? If they release it now, the stock price may not jump, but at least it can hold steady where it is. If approval comes through in the meantime, it will definitely boost the price. And if there’s any other positive news, it will increase the value even further.
The first step is obtaining
MHRA approval
agree, and most retail investors don't regularly check 10-Q/K filings.
I don't think it will happen, I really hope it bounces back soon.
XMaster2023, IMO, I don't believe in any bosses trying to suppress this OTC company every day. Trust me, the real enemy is stock dilution for various reasons. Perhaps the MMs manipulated the stock back in May 2022 when the major event occurred. Most of the investors who are negative about the stock don't work for anyone, they just vent their frustration daily at the people who still believe in the company and its management.
I don’t think so, the total volume is only around 3.26M, multiplied by $0.24 = around 770K
Could it be a market maker's scare tactic, shaking the tree before a run-up?
So you’re holding onto the hope that one day it gets approved and that what you’re holding will be worth more than the current price, right? We all thought MHRA was a done deal, but honestly, our FDA is much better at this because they have clear deadlines and actually reveal their decisions on or before the due date.
How do you know it’s nothing? We need at least some news showing that our management is doing something besides just waiting for approval like the rest of us. It would give us some hope, and at least we could sleep for another couple of weeks without nightmares.
Approval or 10K this week please 🙏🙏
Many of us may not have the extra funds to keep buying the stock. We at least want the price to either hold at $0.25 until a decision is made or increase.
