The Markman hearing for the Amazon case on May 2nd. You realize that is not a trial right? It wont get to trial. QPRC settles cases well before trial and often before or soon after the Markman Hearing.
You’ve been following this company for a long time and I appreciate your insights. I agree they are definitely making some great progress and working toward getting patents paid off. They aren’t getting into any long drawn out cases that would be too much of a financial burden. They are being smart. I’m not sure there will be any settlement amounts in the 10K as settlements were in the 1st quarter 2019 and the 10K is for the last quarter of 2018. Settlements could be in subsequent events but no guarantee.
What I’m very excited about is that several of the lawsuits are getting to the point where past lawsuits have settled. We could see a string of settlements start to come out.
Let’s be clear the Amazon case is getting near where past cases have settled but there is no grounds to put an exact date on a settlement. It could take more time or even less time. May 2nd is the Markman hearing. A lot of cases settle before or shortly there after but each case is unique. Let’s keep it real
Not sure what you’re talking about. QPRC is fully SEC reporting so yes they are very transparent. The settlements are not prd due to non-disclosure agreements. This is pretty standard with settlements. Also, the filing due is a10K not a 10Q. The company is doing everything right. Quick reasonable settlements so they can get the patents paid off and be able to pay up front for future lawsuits and acquisitions of new patents.
4 years of litigation. Glenn refused to settle for a lowball offer back in May when they had settlement discussions. CMGO clearly had the upper hand going into trial. The defendants had to have given their best offer to get him to settle.
On top of that XA is up and running with net profits coming in. They are doing Coachella in April.
Yes! 21 lawsuits to go and several are at about the same stage as ASUS and TIVO that just settled.
There was more than one defendant and settlement can include garnishment of future earnings as well
23 lawsuits for those lawyers to work on. Just incredible how fast they are getting these settlements.
I think people are finally catching on to what is happening. Some of us have known all along. QPRC is doing everything right.
Confirmed by email that is Glenn's twitter. Filings are complete! Just waiting on OTC market! OTC technicalities are minor. I'm very happy to hear there were no delays in getting the filings done.

I think that is a lowball number. Glenn held out for 4 years for this settlement. He said he would only settle for what he thinks he deserves. He deserves much more than that.
PARS 8K out. Richard Chiang officially in control.
Plenty of other custodianships granted with Certificate of services by certified mail. This is pretty standard. Lazar and Small Cap Compliance do it by mail and consistently are granted custodianship and Chiang has been granted other tickers doing the exact same thing.
Doesn't make sense. I think Chiang needs a new lawyer.
So this is all because a random website updates periodically? This one also says updates 2/23/2019. Is there something going with this ticker too?

Link to this update your are talking about?
What date was updated? That lawsuit judgement was from 2016. It was $57,000. That can't be what is running this
What court update? Do you mean the George Sharp lawsuit against GOFF?
Confusion about the custodianship being granted slowed things down today.
Arcaro is very quick to update things. I’ve seen him update Nevada SOS in a day. At the latest a couple weeks then filings come quickly after Nevada.
So two more catalysts to come in the near term
I assume because the clerk entered the status check date before he/she entered the custodianship order. People shouldn't trade on court information that they don't understand. There are always status checks a few months out after a custodianship is granted. I saw the status check a figured it was granted and then the order came out minutes later
MXMG Custodianship just GRANTED!
Yes if shares were reserved but there was never a registration statement. For that matter they could have already been exercised years ago.
Read the thread. There would have to be a registration statement and an AS raise. Both of which we would see beforehand.
THE SECURITIES HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED FOR INVESTMENT AND NOT WITH A VIEW TO DISTRIBUTION, AND MAY NOT BE DISPOSED OF WITHOUT AN EFFECTIVE REGISTRATION STATEMENT
The point is we would see it on NV SOS
So a registration would have to be filed at least a few days before April 7th.
They expire on April 7th and the AS is maxed so there are no shares to issue.
What do you mean someone made that link?
On top of it all Zero convertible debt.
How many OTC companies under 2 cents do you know with $20...$40...$125 million in the bank?
I agree with those numbers
Pullback only if settlement amount is average but if the rumor of $125 million is true that kind of catalyst will override the sell the news crew.
If CMGO was just handed $125 million that is not news to sell. The lawsuit got some press years ago when they first sued for 220 million
A 125 million settlement will surely get some news coverage. Which means more than just ihub money coming in
In theory yes anything can happen.
I suppose they could have. Companies are supposed to disclose buy backs though.
Custodianship hearing onthe 20th. Chiang’s very first custodianship, LCTZ/DEVM was incredible. Let’s see if he just keeps doing better
QPRC Interesting...
