Apparently the actual total Outstanding shares as of today is more like 300mil...which of course is much lower than FDA estimated...! All the better for calculating out PPS once cash is on the balance sheet (or even announced) after PR is out...which should be very soon! Do the numbers.....05cents looking too low now! GL...FDA

Don't know how many times before FDA & Others have kicked numbers around in attempting to arrive @ some kind of approximate share price for the Dragon after last 20% of Sino Top is finally transferred over to Shengda once doc's are signed & ink is dry for final agreement, then actually forwarding cash onto balance sheet??? Last check shows SDRG has still not added (further diluted) total outstanding shares @ 395mil. !! At least not to FDAs knowledge & pretty sure that number might still be in play as of today? But lets presume this is about right? So OK ....if we assume this deal is now done (Lord we hope so after years of waiting) ....& Marc had to make this last journey basically just to sign on the dotted line for transfer docs & tighten up any other the miscellaneous details...???? ( FDA only guessing here???)... then lets plausibly assume they get half of the 40mil$ worth of stock discounted into cash & the balance (of the 20mil they refused to accept in stock as rather cash payments over the next 2 yrs?? or so?? *** Or instead of the 40mil in stock..how about a discounted one lump sum payment of say 25 to 30 cash straight up?? ....In either scenario... lets just say very conservatively we get 18 to 22 mil in cash & the rest is used to pay off remaining debt calculated to also include the $700,000+ in cash already received some time ago which in total must be tipping the scales @ say around 8 to 10 mil+ by now??? Bottom line....still leaves us with (say20milcashdivided by 395shrs=.05+centsPPS)...!!! Not bad ...conservatively speaking) if FDA's figures are anywhere near correct?? Anybody fortunate enough to have picked up a bunch @ a penny or less recently (& there were plenty of chances)...could now be looking @ an easy 5 bagger within weeks??? Just sayin??? But count FDA among those who did ...IN FACT... buy a ton of SDRG under a penny...! No way does FDA sell now for under 3cents at least until next PR is signed sealed & delivered...!
