Correct SB ....except debt could be bargained down to about 5mil if FDAs memory is correct ??? because of Marc's harmonious relationship with creditors??? & Memorandum of Understanding had to be exercised do to contractual time restraints ...but by no means is the 8K number solidified until transfer docs are actually signed in China.....PERIOD! Yes absolutely there is room for more negotiation up until that moment! I mean for Gosh Sakes..... does any body know if Marc has even left for China as of yet????
