Tommer, Marc's last Email I received did not include a response to my question regarding a time-line dead end date on FINRA. So we will do as he suggested..."wait for FINRA"! The only... ("PR")... we should have in mind for right now, is to be ...("Prepared to Retaliate").... against FINRA if indeed they should unjustifiably deny us once again at this crucial moment! I do not see that happening, but anything is still possible!

Junksilver is wisely keeping a low profile for right now!...But no doubt, he is locked & loaded if by chance we get the go ahead signal from the CANUCK to strike at FINRA with a barrage of Phone Calls & Emails as he ponders the language and his own exact wording which will be used for attack if necessary?? When I watch the kind of phony super diluting shell company's they allow to run wild on the OTC .... I find it very disturbing that a legit operation like SDRG with solid intrinsic value can be left out in the cold for what has seemed like an eternity! So All Right-Already.....The Dragon has more than made up for it's past mistakes! FINRA should now do the right thing, and allow it to regain the credibility it certainly deserves!

Marc has submitted another form 211 to FINRA recently ....Hoping this will finally seal the deal with new Securities Firm located in L.A. who's showing positive interest in Dragon. Wants us to stand down for now and not call FINRA unless he needs us too. Well...OK #1 Your Right-No doubt Marc has had his share of screw-up! But most people on this board also believe there is legit. asset value here! So I ask, what good does do us at this point to keep bashing Marc? I would submit to all concerned, instead of bitching about Marc AD NAUSEAM, that on the other hand, we do something to help out as share holders! Like for instance, start calling FINRA Ourselves to inquire about form 211 approval! (301 590-6500) Why not? It certainly can't hurt & it beats sitting around on our asses complaining while we cry in our beer! #2 If you are truly so cynical to believe Marc wants us to sale our shares at bottom of the barrel prices for his own benefit! ....I strongly disagree! And why shouldn't he, with 17 mil of his own in jep.? Made my first phone call to FINRA today!

Marc said we may have to.... go dark....for as long as a year... OUCH!...if we can't get this thing up & running on the OTC by say late June? Going dark will save big bucks on q reports until #s improve & will be easier to relist is the plan! Major screw ups got us here...but Kudos to Marc & staff for at least doing the impossible by removing the chill & doing everything within reason to get us relisted the last 18 months. At least we're still alive! Hoping for one more miracle before 6-30-14! Here's to hoping the Dragon avoids darkness!

Was actually at first going to give goodx some credit for knowing about Rumvorkian's part in getting Aspartame approved by violating Delaney? But then again, realizing the low IQ factor involved here...... it dawned on me?..... some jerk like this could only have been privy to such information by doing a quick Google search on the poison just prior to his last email only to look smart. There is no way a dumb-ass like this could have been that informed. Another, reason why this fruit-loop is so angry is probably because he missed another opportunity to buy SDRG in the millions of shares during that brief window between the time it was trading below a penny and the time trading was suspended!

Hey Frankie Boy, chill out! Don't even think about selling your shares down here! I just spoke with Mark again a few days ago for the 2nd time in 4 months. He is working diligently to get our stock on the OTC for some decent volume! At this point it should be no more than a formality according to Mark...although he says resolution to our June 30th deadline will be delayed a bit. Mark gave us his word 4 months ago that the DTC chill would be lifted and it came true as predicted! Tommer is right! .....Mark has a genuine interest in protecting his personal position of 17 million shares..so he has no choice, but to do everything necessary to increase share holder value for everybody if he wants to keep his company! His projections are ..... that we will see SDRG trading on the OTC before long with a target price range still between .14 to .22 by mid to late summer inspite of lower silver prices! Then he says more encouraging news will follow by early to mid fall which will vault share holder value even higher......Patience is genius! But lets keep hoping for the best......

I have asked myself many times... Dear Lord, how did I ever buy stock in this company in first place? The pain it has caused me is beyond decription. But amazingly enough, at this point in time, I believe I do have some optimistic news to share with my fellow posters???? I gave up hope on this stock long ago, but here is what I know. (#1) SDRG is "NOT" a PFIC (Passive Foreign Investment Company)! That's a very good thing because PFIC's are potential IRS nightmares. Just check it out! (#2) I actually did recieve a return phone call from Mark H. about 2 weeks ago much to my surprise after leaving several messages with his secretary to call me back.(#3) I absolutely do not want to give anybody false hope here, but Mark did sound very sincere to me over the phone which I know doesn't mean much to most of you and perhaps justfiably so. However, he did tell me I should value my current shares at anywhere between 15 cents to 21 cents ... and that resolution with the SEC is coming very soon.
