Guess what go read MMPR regulations zoning as long as fits their standard a municipality doesn't effect anything on licenses granted. FITX applied when no regulations existed for MJ zoning so guess what they can't retro for something that has already been stated in 2013 that FITX has proper zoning agriculture.

They got everything they need in Canada since they can import medical MJ from other facilities if Lakeshore won't them expand. Cheaper to grow elsewhere for utility costs so shame on Lakeshore missing out on expansion tax revenue.

There is no such thing as a MJ building permit still at Lakeshore. They can't apply for a permit when it never existed. FITX couldn't apply for anything at Lakeshore when it never existed.

Look at Tweed they have been growing for a year almost and have declined since IPO. Not a good sign for SPRWF what a disaster.
Fully possible my brother does it for a living and works in that field. Adding nutrients to the water is regulated and simplified through systems that basically works as easy as just topping off storage containers that the system regulates for you the PH Sodium etc levels in water.

Wrong providences in Canada alot of times look at each others ruling in cases like this. Ontario guarantee has been contacted and is aware of the situation. Ontario just like the county has tax revenue that they could loose to. They don't want market share going to another providence from some corrupt few in a town. I guarantee some people in lakeshore broke the law against Cen Biotech.

The town did from Steve Salmons to proper zoning to Mayor Bain saying open with arms. By law if they have a test batch growing then it changes complexity of the situation. :)

Thanks for DD as you see FITX was inspected by HC on 7/31 and now over 3 months since inspection based on what Supreme said it puts FITX in the window for licenses now. The MMPR process is this way and November is going to be a great month. Loading more.
Got to pass initial inspection for that. Good luck since they failed first location. So far 0 for 1. Now people doing DS saying might be some issues will see.

Stickied this post since they haven't been inspected yet and they have to prove to MMPR that they can provide a grown and dried sample before they issue official MMPR licenses. Go call HC and reason why others are waiting on official licenses. No way they can do all this in 60 days. At best look middle of next year but hey people don't do real DD to understand this.

Do you think the moment Bill put out the wire that they were inspected by HC big SEC checked to see if true? If not surely as you called it a scam would have been halted. You know that come on. FITX is real and actually the two countries listed have alot to do with MJ and Hemp in the world but of course you did the DD to know that. Also property is in proper zoning since council stated it last year so unless the town wants to be sued by sure done deal lawsuit as investors/FITX winning they will make sure amendments are in line to accommodate FITX.

MJ run will continue as many predicted during election time this would happen. FITX open house for locals today that will clear up any issues. Alot of skeptics on other forums now agree FITX is within window of getting licenses under new MMPR regulations. Application was for over 1.3million pounds. Tanzania is huge in medical MJ.
