...to sell
Not to be a negative Nancy but it's been years and years since a rxmd quarterly had a positive effect on pps. I don't see how this time will be different. I hope so though.
Sorry whats in 30 days?
I guess you didn't catch the mega sarcasm. They are full of crap.
He's sold at every peak and bought at every low for years lol
If you're going to throw shade you should get your facts straight. He was asked how he envisioned the company's future. He responded "of course like all other companies, we want to be a billion dollar company." He was just saying that all companies want to be massively successful and that he sees the company's future as successful. The hard monetary value of billions was not the point and is taken out of context. That said, now that they are close with NXPL, who is partnering with Chinese companies, that valuation forecast may not be that far off!
What the hell happened today? People got excited about the form 4, then realized it was less than peanuts and sold off?
This didn't age well.
Miami tops FT-Nikkei ranking of best US cities for foreign businesses
Miami has been ranked the best city in the US for foreign multinationals to do business in the inaugural Investing in America ranking compiled by the Financial Times and Nikkei.
The Florida city finished first by succeeding where it counts: last year, it pulled in the most foreign direct investment per capita of any place studied.
Not a bad place to start an international e-commerce business with partners like Alibaba. $NXPL

Also, nextplat's website is fire!
Mayor of Miami sees it. Why should we care what you see?
I can't wait to hear about how capthowdy got in at the low again lol
So this might be something:
Nxpl to hold a stockholders meeting on 29 June 2023.
Also we know: "until June 20, 2023, Ms. Munnik will devote 30% of her business time to the Company (NXPL) and will devote the remaining 70% to Progressive Care. Starting on July 1, 2023, Ms. Munnik will devote all of her business time to the Company (nxpl).
Possible merger by 1 July?
Both companies are growing in revenue (nxpl with 6 consecutive record quarters). Collectively sitting on over 20M cash, they could both use each other for rapid global expansion. Merger makes sense to me.
At $3.75. watching years of investing going down the toilet in a horrid slow motion crash. I don't believe that the new owners are idiots which leads me to believe they are tanking on purpose. De-value rxmd so that nxpl can buy them out on the cheap? Then nxpl gets all the cash derived by rxmd dilution? Obviously speculating but something doesn't feel right.
Up almost 20% today. At $6.99
Honestly, I'm not impressed with the CC. The numbers were underwhelming at best. The optimism from Charles reminded me of sleepy Jay. The "answers" to the questions were almost disrespectfully avoiding investors queries. I was so excited for this to skyrocket tomorrow, but now I'm kinda bummed. I know there's so much potential but those answers really pissed me off.
Rxmd for the win
I thought they weren't allowed to sell more than 10% of the daily volume, or am I mistaken? Or perhaps they don't care and are going to liquidate everything before the due date? I doubt RXMD is going to waste time and money going after them for breaching their contract when all of it will be over soon.
We all know that nationwide revenue is inbound. This has been years in the making (exactly what you want from an OTC co). Eventually the bashers and toxic players won't be able to manipulate this train because revenue will be the undeniable driving force. Congrats to those who've been holding, it got a little dicey for a moment but now it's a different ball game. The future looks amazing. That "would like to be a Billion$ company in 5 years" statement might not be far off. We are at 50 in a niche part of one state, just imagine the national expansion and traction. IMO it's not going to be long before we start eating too much of big pharma's profits and they will try to by us out.
Profitable! Anyone not investing in a company that's profitable at these prices is crazy. What OTC company is this honest and forthcoming about toxic debt and dilutive effects? They can see the light, and they have realistic plans for large national expansion. Everyone is so afraid of RS, but it also comes with the elimination of toxic debt and a rise in profitability. Once in the NASDAQ this thing isn't coming back down.
Dude I answered you; live question period. You would have had to been on the call.
It was just an answer to a live question period "Where do you see the company in 5 years". The answer was "obviously like all companies we eventually want to be a billion dollar company but our short term goals are ..". People are taking this way out of context.
Any profit on otc is amazing and usually a stepping stone to exponential growth. What a dumb comment.
RXMD just started following Shital Mars on twitter.
Is that not something the sec will look into? Just curious. Thanks for actually addressing my question.
Yes T-trades are typically just regular trades shown afterwards. The thing is that the t-trades were 10x the volume and so this indicates that some sort of deal happened (at least on the 11million volume day). Or, perhaps there were issues and delays that were prohibiting the trades from showing during regular hours, but this seems unlikely because the sheer volume is indicative of something else.
I actually think that a R/S could be good if we get uplisted. Doesn't affect price and perhaps can get bigger investors. I was asking a question and because it was not praising the company, you assume that I want the company to fail?!
I have 500k shares and really want the company to succeed but all of the top brass involved are greasy. Is the sec going to allow RXMD to uplist when Armen was found guilty of fraud on multiple counts by FINRA? He intentionally lied to investors to pocket millions. He's exactly the type of person that the sec are trying to stop. Also, Oleg isn't exactly a stand up citizen either. Just wish the company had better ownership and management.
* sorry I forgot to add that through IIROC, RBC had to apply via MUIR section 9.1. BC securities is the one who relayed this to me and RBC. So once you get the thumbs up from BC, ask your broker to to forward request to IIROC under MUIR 9.1 with attached email of BC saying good to sell.
Finding this process out took me months because RBC didn't help me. But if you contact BC yourself, you'll sell within a week. Good luck again.
To my fellow Canadians: I was able to sell all my Segi shares that I've been stuck with since 2014 (roughly 2 million).
It takes about a week or so to get permission to sell. If you are a BC resident, you apply to BC Securities Commission (1000$) fee. You are just selling do it should be easy. Then they send you an email to forward to your broker that it's ok. If you are an Ontario resident like me, I got BC Securities to send me an email saying it was fine to sell and they CCd IIROC. I got RBC to confirm with IIROC that it's ok and approval went through since BC (the cease implementer) had no issues. Sounds complicated but it really wasn't. I even got my 1000$ application refunded from BC. 200k profit off 1000$ 6 years ago was life changing. Good luck to all.
It doesn’t matter in the long run. We will be rich and they will be crying.
This board is empty. All the trips guys are gone. New level of holders now.
You must be quite the intellectual commenting on the intelligence of someone's dog.
Ya we all believe you started bottom and hit exact peak. Get out of here.
Too bad, you’ll miss the .06 boat just like last time.
Don’t forget Yahoo has posted estimated year target of 1$. More realistically though some analysts have predicted 12cents in short term forecasts.
Can you please provide proof that Canada is back. It still says there is a cease trade order with an amendment.
Damn,
That could mean anything :(. Starting an audit or releasing audits. Could be months.
Thx for the replies.
Audits can take months to years to finalize for OTC companies. Did he give a timeline for when this will be done?
Does anyone know when CTO will be lifted? He has been saying Canada will be back since 2014.
