RRRT nice stairstepping
COGI left for dead it rises from the ashes
EMMD nice walkup
Yes thanks Xena, great DD as usual!
Phase 3 results out TRVN down 34%. The highest two doses were equivalent to morphine in pain relief, the lowest dose wasn't. The lowest dose was statistically superior in side effect reduction, higher two doses weren't.

NTDOY waiting for high teens.
Marino, picking up nickels in front of a bulldozer...
Great now if they could just retool their stock price to the not-so-wealthy...Good bank but I can't afford a $27,000 stock unless I sold everything else
Nutanix went public today through an initial public offering. The IPO was priced last evening at $16.00 per share, resulting in proceeds to the company of approximately $238 million. 15 million shares will be sold in the offering, the shares, which now trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "NTNX" opened their first day of trading at $26.50.
Who said anything about this being a weed stock? This is a novel opiate play. Company has never once mentioned CR701. Stick with GWP*, ZYN* or INS* for that- at least those ones are actually doing clinical trials.
Protagonist Therapeutics, which is developing peptide-based oral drugs for inflammatory bowel disease, raised $90 million by offering 7.5 million shares at $12, within the range of $11 to $13. The company had originally planned to raise $70 million by offering 5.84 million shares. Insiders had indicated on buying up to $40 million of the IPO. Protagonist Therapeutics plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol PTGX. Leerink Partners, Barclays and BMO Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
But the vid said it was a NASDAQ stock! What could possibly go wrong?
but why?
HKFIQ Should be interesting to see if they retire the ticker and how soon.
Yeah but it's a form 15 filer. What do you think the end game could possibly be here? A buyout? Form 15 filers have absolutely no obligations to shareholders. They could gut the co. and sell whatever IP they have, yet shareholders would have zero recourse to be paid back. If big pharma was involved they wouldn't be buying shares in a non-compliant shell, they would just buy the IP and be done with it. I've seen it happen before- shareholders are always the last to know. Likely what is happening is a few speculative investors are cornering the market on a very thin stock, for whatever reason. These situations rarely end well.
TKAT Chiscam for scenesters.
can't short da greys
I don't know e-ore still just a Form 15 (de-facto life sentence to the pinksheets) filer with an interesting name. Not sure what "major changes" you're referring to besides the corporate landing page and Nevada reinstatement? Would like to know more recent info about the preclincal drug but havn't heard anything in 2 years, sure it has momentum but that's not enough reason to invest.
Or not. And here I was thinking yesterday's volume of 5 million actually meant something? Haha classic CARA.
CARA VWAP $6.47 makes me think the uptrend is real.
Maybe some people are realizing it's not a good idea to have CIA spy apps on your smartphone.
My bad said TD Ameritrade meant Fidelity.
Unlikely, that data has been presented before on numerous occasions. Nothing new. More likely big boys (maybe TDA Ameritrade who sold their entire position after Brexit in $4.50-5.00 range) are buying again. 68% institutionally owned is really not that much for a stock like this. It was 92% in January before the IBB started tanking.
What did I tell ya. Funded by the CIA. Anyone who plays this game is an idiot.
CIA surveillance app could be banned in many countries soon. Just food for thought.
Wow that de-escalated quickly
Second SAE, cause for concern for sure. Selloff was extreme but warranted. Wouldn't touch this with a 10ft barging pole.
RG-101 placed on clinical hold
On June 27, 2016, we issued a press release announcing we received verbal notice from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that our Investigational New Drug (IND) for RG-101 for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection has been placed on full clinical hold. We anticipate we will receive a formal clinical hold letter from the FDA within 30 days and plan to work diligently with the agency to seek the release of the clinical hold.
The FDA initiated the clinical hold after we reported a second serious adverse event (SAE) of jaundice. The SAE occurred in a HCV patient with end-stage renal disease on dialysis enrolled in its on-going Phase I US study 117 days after receiving a single dose of RG-101.
Timelines for our three on-going studies of RG-101 are not expected to be impacted as all patients have been enrolled and completed their dosing of RG-101 and will continue with protocol scheduled visits. We remain on track to deliver follow-up results from these studies at upcoming scientific meetings.
MYLI wow what a crappy follow through
DDAY FanDuel and DraftKings in merger talks
Agreed, would like to to see the stock come down to single digits before buying though. Still only in preclinical trials and burning a ton of cash.
Might be wise to do some DD first before pumping it to the high heavens.
Is all of this really necessary?
They filed a Form 15. Termination of Reg is least of the worries.
DDAy reverse split soon http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=71577135
So what are the chances DEA reschedules weed? 50/50? TRTC.
Yeah something is happening, sucks I sold. Shouldn't have jumped the gun after seeing strong bid support after the Form 15. Still a major concern for the stock though. Still I'm happy for the people who stuck to their guns. Obviously some did better DD on this me.
OVIT +94% damn didn't see that coming. Congrats!
Not saying the stock is worthless but certainly this type of investment is for very few people. I've followed several Form 15 filers that have continued operations as if nothing ever happened and others that only told the SEC to pound sand so that they could commit malfeasance.
One thing is for certain, they'll never file the required SEC disclosures/audited financials ever again or come back into compliance. The SEC simply does not allow it happen. Form 15 is a death warrant, but again that doesn't mean the stock is worthless.
As for funding, the company does not need to disclose it and neither do the would-be 13G/13D/Form4 filers who would invest in the stock. So you would never know if there was funding or not unless the company PR'd the info.
My honest opinion: this could become an under the radar play worth watching and possibly worth owning under the right circumstances, but as of right now it's too much on the radar to be worth owning. I am out and was happy to sell at these levels.
