Unless 8-Ks are filed, this company is going nowhere and none of these supposed deals are actually true…16.5 mill in financing an no filing to prove it…come on, man!!!!!!

And where can any of this be confirmed? Where are the 8-Ks? It's all just hearsay in a PR that anybody could write…Hey, I have a company, we just closed a bunch of revenue-generating deals, we want to uplist to Nasdaq and we will have a great website for all you guys to check out soon…there…my company is already well on its way...

That means jack, it's an unaudited financial report…I could write that…show me the 8-K for the financing, for all these new deals, for the hiring of the IR firm…show me something VERIFIABLE…THERE IS NOTHING VERIFIABLE ANYWHERE...

No 8-K, no deal…just hearsay in a PR…same with financials tomorrow…not audited, could be entirely made up…Show the goddamn proof in a filing...

So financials tomorrow will show what exactly? Will the investor with 1.2 B shares be named? No other deals have been PR'ed other than the one today…still no 8-Ks, so not sure what to expect...

Day-to-day PPS is a joke…look at the big picture…revenue-generating contracts about to be announced, vessel acquisitions, asset-backed loan, operations about to begin in south america, europe and the caribbean, share buy-back with Nasdaq uplisting in the future…what more do you want?

I just woke up and realized I own 12 million shares of the best stock in penny land...

Whoever the institutional investor is, I am sure they have a plan for uplisting to Nasdaq…can't wait to see it unfold...
