Oh, I did t realize Flip was running with it back then. Maybe I forgot. Maybe LP is hoping everyone here gets Alzheimer’s?
Was it ever pumped on the Big Biz Show?
Probably another breadcrumb laid down back then but everyone missed it.
Did it ever actually happen?

Some have shared eggnogs with them while others wait for a conference call. 🤷♀️
I think it’s likely a genetically modified stem cell therapy.

Seems like the right move? My sense was they had a lot of redundancy. But I hope this doesn’t mean they’re not expanding into other diseases?

I’ve been posting these kinds of articles here for years here but the disciples don’t care since they live in an NWBO vacuum.

Remember she said “As is standard with other companies”. That was the red flag line. She needed to try to justify it. But the truth is those other companies could care less about MHRA approval since they already had FDA or EMA approval. 🤷♀️… AND we posted many examples here where those companies did provide updates.
With PPHM after twenty years they finally brought in a consultant (Genetech’s Dr. Garnick) to get to the bottom of it. He stated on a call that he knew how to end a drug if it wasn’t promising. As an investor that wasn’t very comforting, but it was necessary because the execs had no intention of letting go.

Told you guys back @$20 to watch WBD to learn how a real takeover happens. All your decades long nonsense about how LP keeps rejecting offers.

>>The study initially enrolled patients who had a type of brain tumor called anaplastic astrocytoma. But as medical definitions changed, the study ended up including three types of brain tumors: glioblastoma, grade 3 IDH-mutant astrocytoma, and grade 4 IDH-mutant astrocytoma.
Astrocytomas are primary brain tumors that can form in the brain or spine. IDH, a gene that mutates and is thought to drive the conversion of normal cells in the brain into tumor cells, is the most common driver of astrocytoma tumors. Glioblastoma is a different type of astrocytoma that is more aggressive and does not involve mutations in the IDH gene.
In the STELLAR trial, the experimental group of patients received oral eflornithine in combination with lomustine. The other half, the control group, received lomustine alone.
Among all patients, the study found no difference in overall survival rates between the control and experimental group. There was also no benefit of eflornithine for patients with grade 4 IDH-mutant astrocytomas or glioblastoma.
But for patients with grade 3 IDH-mutant astrocytoma, the new treatment helped them live much longer-about 35 months compared to 24 months with the standard treatment.

They say it was like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole! 🙄🤷♀️
WOW, I know! I saw it on NWBO’s website. Very smart of LP to put up that page honoring those two amazing surgeons. Bet that cost her $500. 🙄🤷♀️
Be sure to ask him how long he’s been an NWBO consultant and if he speaks for the company on the record? And did he received their blessings to talk about the MHRA / NICE situation? And while you’re at it ask him how much stock he bought on the open market and / or how much was given to him in lieu of cash? Thanks.
I’d put “It was her plan all along” down about 4th place. Too much of a coincidence with Les’ passing, the request for more authorized, and the end of the true up suit.
I’ve never seen a broke biotech with no revenues hover at a $350M market cap for such a long, have you? Point being perhaps the $300M was always baked in?
Since we haven’t seen Advent’s books since 2023, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to have expected maybe a hundred million in revenues with a half dozen good customers. And we know Cognate eventually sold for $900M. But if LP moved the business elsewhere before “gifting” it to NWBO shareholders, then all bets are off.
Don’t lump me in with Seeking and some other skeptics on Advent. I was all about thinking Advent had real value. But it’s turning out that may not be the case. The share price hasn’t moved. No analyst coverage. No new customer announcements. Not a peep from Advent execs. Starting to think she did it again.🤷♀️
I’ll take that as a win. LOL
You need to remember for years just a few of us here were complaining about LP and her private CDMO arrangement. Hopefully applying pressure. I was excited when they announced it was folding up into NWBO, and I constantly used PPHM here as an example of what can be for retail. But now Advent is public and as such should have a clear forward looking multiples market cap, so where is it? LP did nothing to help the case. She could’ve had an analyst all lined up. For all we know she passed off a shell to shareholders. 🤷♀️
Yeah, saw that on NWBO’s website. 🙄🙄🙄LOL. But explain what exactly, that third time is a charm, or maybe those two are just part of the 10% group who for unknown reasons live past five years? They / you will need to show more proof that L was responsible but we never see that kind of analysis. I’m not even saying L didn’t help…maybe it did? But where’s the analysis, the real world numbers, the doc’s pushing, all the survivors speaking out after twenty years of treatment? LP has fallen flat on everything that matters to the share price.🤷♀️
You keep saying she’s a fraud but she’s also dumb for not doing the things a normal above board CEO would do. Makes no sense.
She couldn’t even do a proper presentation when the Advent takeover was announced. That alone should’ve commanded a $300M market cap. But now if MHRA is negative on L, we’ll likely be looking at a .05 share price. 🤷♀️. It’s just nuts she’s going to get her 900M more.
But never any insider open market purchases. Flip says that’s because management has been keeping a big secret for ten years. 😂
“We found, repeatedly, an increased likelihood of morning biopsies being scored as methylated,” Herzog says. This means that taking a biopsy at different times of day could influence how doctors diagnose tumors. “We are hopeful that this chronodiagnostic approach will help identify better ways to treat this devastating disease.”

He was writing about it ten years ago when he thought it was a scam. He just doesn’t want to be harassed anymore. And I’ve said here many times that she should’ve extended an olive branch to him but never did. But that assumes LP thinks she can change his mind with actual ROI evidence.
Those dumb shareholders harassed Feuerstein even showing up at his office, according to him. That’s why he no longer writes about NWBO just the occasional post. Even pumper Smith has disappeared. He may be dead?
I have / had high hopes for Advent.
She has avoided the tough questions by the likes of Feuerstein and just a few others for at least SEVEN YEARS now, but somehow still gets a salary. Smart.
She handled herself pretty well up on the Hill some years before that. See video. Although it’s been said that she put her foot in her mouth on that Indian government policy. I can no longer remember the details.
