“Many trials in the past 25 years have looked at changing the trajectory of glioblastoma,” Dr. Connelly said. “There have been small successes, but none has made a significant impact. The Diet2Treat trial may enable patients to take control and modify their lifestyle in a way that could influence the outcome of their disease.”

I was thinking more in terms of Proof of life.
Scott couldn’t even be bothered to comment on the takeover press release so I wouldn’t put much faith in his hanging round. Do you think he’ll be at the ASM?
Everyone wants to see what LP looks like.
What a dopey response for an alleged shareholder. Take note, people.
Will they allow a video recording?
First was Flip and now it looks like another AI breakup is inevitable. 😂
Amazing that Advent would post job openings while having an outdated website that doesn’t even mention they’re now an American publicly traded company, and with no news posted since 2024. I wouldn’t go to work for them.🤷♀️
Oh yeah, that little thing.🤷♀️ Not even to mention Liau was a no-show. And the doc who did present that day turns out to have his own GBM therapy.🤷🏻♂️
>>Perhaps the disclosure at NYAS that the randomized trial failed to establish either a PFS or OS benefit for those randomized to DCvax-L?
Despicable.
OK, here we go; Oooone laaaast tiiiiime!!!…for 2025:
IS IT FRIDAY YET?
Nope, not there. But fun reading. Maybe next time.🤷♀️

Just keep the one trial running forever like it says on their website, and global approval is a certainty.
Well, that’s true. These disciples are timid as sheep so rarely does anything of importance ever get asked, and certainly not answered in these ASM encounters. It might be smarter to have Bigger ask retail’s questions, but I doubt he’ll even be on the call?
There’s zero harm in asking the question just so it’s on the record. At this point there may be no one going in person so it won’t matter what questions are asked since she’ll pick maybe three (scrappy audio only) and quickly close the meeting. Bet she’s praying for a snow storm.
Flipper says 🤷🏻♂️
Why would you admire an alleged shareholder who could care less about proper governance and communication?
“Suspended” is another question for LP. Use exactly that word.
No, it needs to be loudly asked at the ASM. The lawyer needs to be looked right in the eyes with all these important shareholder questions, imo. Because you won’t see her for another year, at best.🤷♀️
Don’t you think you’re overreacting? It’s one question of many that should be asked whether they tell the truth or not. I’d ask what Weingrow has done to be on the payroll for so long? My guess is he hits up the wealthier NYC crowd..or did. And I’d definitely share that posters take on Weingrow’s alleged chat with him it’s to verify it happened.
I knew you’d hit back with that. I just can’t believe an 80 employee company in a hot EU sector would not be going gangbusters…UNLESS it was set up to fail for some reason?
…Where are they?
>>LONDON and BOSTON and TUSTIN, Calif., Feb. 05, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GHO Capital Partners LLP ("GHO"), the European specialist investor in global healthcare, and Ampersand Capital Partners (“Ampersand”), a private equity firm specialising in growth equity investments in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, today announced the successful closing of the previously announced acquisition of Avid Bioservices

Well, you didn’t even attempt to answer my question. She has two successful CDMO’s under her belt so at this point should have an army of high quality financiers at shareholders service. Instead shareholders are stuck in death spiral mode with Chicago style financing.
I don’t recall PPHM ramping up? Avid the CDMO subsidiary had multiple customers that eventually turned into symbol CDMO once Bavi was tossed.
She’s built not one but two successful CDMO’s, so why in the hell is she always scrapping by? Whatever she’s doing in Pittsburg looks like small scale stuff.
That says a whole lot of nothing. She could’ve just said they rented some space.
Day of the Condor was a great movie.
>>Other than Sawston, none of that is NWBO's. Yet, NWBO paid.
Do you think when the Brits saw two non scientist DC political creatures and a former CIA head running the show, they maybe had reservations?
“Science” yes, but not without risk. I would not want to be the one who gets Guillain-Barré.
I didn’t think I needed to explain that it here but yes. LOL. It boost the immune system to keep the virus in check or dormant. But my point was that these vaccines are having further unexpected effects protecting patients from Alzheimer’s to various cancers. Something we’ve never heard about with L.
Yes. Gardasil, shingles vaccine, and other vaccines have shown that wiping out certain viruses reduces the chances of cancer.
>>Do you think they are still laughing now?
Where’d I miss that?
>>The fact that the NICE has closed the book on NWBO's application for some sort of NHS reimbursement
https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/indevelopment/gid-ta10143
He did already you just don’t want to hear it. You will always make excuses for not making that simple call.
You could easily get ahead of it by simply asking management (Not consultants) if someone named Weingrow speaks for the company and, if so, why many shareholders weren’t even aware they had access to him? But you won’t.
This has everything to do with their IR choices so you shouldn’t treat it as “Off topic”. Just do an ounce of research instead.
>>Once upon a time there was a two-man-lawyer-show-American-Israeli-public-company that was working on battery packs to charge a cell phone on the fly. Hundreds of millions of dollars flowed in and out. The message board was incredibly active for years. Many false starts initiated. NYC slicker retail banking heavy on the Russian nuclear scientists who were recruited out of the homeland to complete the project. Shareholders day had finally come! Turns out there was never anything there. 🤷♀️🤷🏻♂️
Baxers is the perfect example of a silly person willing to go down with the ship, so take notice.
No, GuruGary. And as far as quality of life they had already gone through chemorad. There are no NWBO trials involving Poly or anything else so until that happens I wouldn’t even consider it. Also SOC+ survival figures have likely gotten better since the trials initiation. Some article say 5 year survival is now 10% so no doubt 48 month mark is better too.
Survival at 48 months from randomization was 15.7% vs 9.9%, and at 60 months, it was 13.0% vs 5.7%.
I wrote that too fast so want to correct since you didn’t:
Assuming the results are to be trusted, you do understand in the Plll that ~87% of patients treated with L their cancer either progressed unaffected or was only slowed for a short period, right? And we have no idea what happened after the five year mark to those ~5% but it’s likely the cancer returned for most.
28 months as compared to what? SOC MOS is 20%.
Well, this is it! I get one last time to ask Is it Friday yet?
