$SLJB - Who is running the show here right now?... What I have learned from 2020 and 2021 is that people like Carey W Cooley who understand the game can make a lot of money in the OTC Markets by filing and resurrecting companies like $SLJB and $IFWY, $FBCD, $AVVH and $IFAN as Clean Shells from the grave.

But this is still 100% a Carey W Cooley + Krisa Management and I guess who ever this Star Wax America is as Custodian until something changes here... I guess they knew how to file and have the resources and contacts to take $SLJB to Pink Current on OTC Markets Group.. I am still clueless right now on all of this. I pray they are still working in the background on $SLJB.

$IFXY - Hopefully Carey W Cooley does follow through on something. All $SLJB shareholders have been waiting to hear from Carey W Cooley and his Krisa Management for over a year now. He went silent and went "Missing in Action" on all $SLJB shareholders... We have no clue what is going on... So since $IFXY is his baby , maybe he will continue to treat you all better than the $SLJB shareholders... No comment on true feelings right now. Leaving it to see what the future holds.. We all hope he does follow through on all of these.

$SLJB -> Looks like maybe the Custodian of $SLJB , Carey W Cooley, Krisa Management and whoever they have as their new General Attorney are in the know with this $SLJB stock. I guess all of us Shareholders (large, medium and small) just have to wait and see now.

This stock use to be my most favorite stock to just buy a few shares whenever I had any spare change for over 10 years hoping that it would come out of the dark. Carey Cooley and Krisa Management did take it out of dark for over a year.

While the $SLJB shareholders care deeply about this stock, if any shareholder really wanted to sell we all could have sold when Carey Cooley had paper file and this was trading up to .004 to .0059 for over a year.

A lot of people trusted Carey W Cooley to be a man of his post. I will not judge the man and will wait to see what if anything comes out of this.

For me personally, this is worth the gamble and hold of a majority of my shares for now.

All I can say is good luck to whoever is going to eventually take $SLJB to Pink Current and have the ability to remove the Caveat Emptor here.

With billions of shares to play with in $AVVH and $IFXY, I am sure that Carey W Cooley is probably not slacking on potential income to file paperwork for $SLJB.

I have been watching Carey W Cooley tweet about all his other stocks like $AVVH, $FBCD, $IFAN, $IFXY, etc... for over a year now and not tweet anything about $SLJB so I can understand why some shareholders and posters here are getting frustrated on no tweets.

I am up at 2:45 am CT on a Sunday morning typing here so you all know that this $SLJB stock can keep a person like me up at night but it has kept me up for 15 years wondering, praying and hoping for this to go Pink Current and to go fully compliant.

I am thankful for Carey W Cooley and I feel that he probably has a lot of skin in the $SLJB game now also. I am not a player hater here so I am happy that Carey W Cooley is having some success with $IFXY.

I am only invested in $SLJB in the OTC Markets and not invested in other OTC stocks right now. I promised myself that I will not go back to Las Vegas or buy another OTC Market stock until $SLJB is pink current and compliant.

My story there is that I was in Vegas when my friend from Shell where I was doing some IT project consulting at the time called me and told me that my favorite stock $SLJB that I was buying shares (for me, myself and I) was tanking in November 2006. LOL, instead of going to Vegas, I used that money to buy more shares of $SLJB and other non-OTC Market stocks over the last 15+ years..

Note: There have been many times where I wanted to buy an OTC stock even some of Carey's other stocks in 2021 but I am waiting; but when/if $SLJB does go Pink Current, there is one or two that I may buy a few shares...

Also, one of my good friends who was at Shell with me in 2006, texted me that he was in Vegas right now and I told him that I was very jealous. I would love to go back to Las Vegas but only if $SLJB goes Pink Current..

$SLJB -> Hock, I continue to pray each day for $SLJB to go Pink Current and for the removal of the Caveat Emptor here. I am 100% only a shareholder with a nice amount of $SLJB shares here but I am not Privy to anything and I do not know who is on first or who is pitching here or who is up to bat. I just do not know anything but what was posted about there being a new Counsel coming.

Again, $BLLB proved that removal of the Caveat Emptor and going to Pink Current is still an option in 2022 (IMHO) for a great CLEAN SHELL company like $SLJB.

1/24/2022 -> Please look at $BLLB -> Bell Buckle Holdings that went Pink Current and the CE was removed with the work of a dedicated attorney team. It was up as much as 400% today at one point.

IMHO, $SLJB should be trading at .0012 to .0018 right now and it really was a 100 share sell that took it from that range to .000001 which is sad and not cool. However, I really do not care what the price is as it doesn't matter until $SLJB is free trading without restrictions. God only knows how high this will go... All I know there are a lot of $SLJB shareholders who are holding shares that we bought over .05 a share in some Buy Lots...

I can not predict the future here but $BLLB gives me strong hope that $SLJB should go Pink Current and the CE removed hopefully. IMHO.

Carey W Cooley should have had $SLJB Pink Current and the CE removed in 2021. $SLJB should already be Pink Current and no CE IMHO! There has to be a few good companies that want to work with Carey W Cooley for $SLJB.

$SLJB -> Note. I am not Privy at all to anything going on with $SLJB right now behind the scenes. However, I do know that $SLJB has all Quarter 2021 and the Annual 2021 filings that are due on OTC Markets in the next few months. (As long as it takes but please make sure that $SLJB is compliant, legit and filing the most accurate information).

$SLJB has had some very positive accomplishments over the past 16 months:

1) Carey W Cooley is the current sole officer
(Since he has $IFXY as his personal stock, I now realize that Carey is getting this compliant for an $AVVH type of deal)(Only IMHO)
2) We know there is currently a Transfer Agent active who is reporting accurate share numbers
3) OS is less than 595 million
4) AS is 725 million
5) Figured out that there is only one Non-controlling Shareholder and that person owns more than 6% of current OS.
6) Attorney Joel Mills filed the last Annual, Jay Shafer has done his great work.
7) There is a new $SLJB attorney or General counsel that is coming to get $SLJB compliant for Finra and OTC Markets (Lord, Thank you!).
8) $SLJB has a Custodianship still trying to get it Compliant.
9) That $SLJB is not staying down... Several entities (Probably some Naked Short Hedgies)(only IMHO) appear to have thrown a few good punches to knock $SLJB down ... but $SLJB is our little "ROCKY" BALBOA who gets back up and after taking a few punches and you know how the movies go!

I can not wait until $SLJB is actively trading again and I really do not care if its at .0001 or .001 or .01 or .10 when it starts to trade again, I want to see who or what is the New Company and New Direction here.. $SLJB please get compliant and remove that CE! Thank you and a lot of your shareholders still believe that there is a "Pot of Gold" at the end of this $SLJB rainbow.. but if you want to give us a "Pot of Bitcoin", we will definitely take that also!

$SLJB -> Yes "upper11", $SLJB is a "Clean Shell" and in my honest opinion should have gone Pink Current and the CE should have been removed about one year ago.

$SLJB is a strong little company with the OS 595 million and AS at 725 million and float probably under 100 million (IMHO).

$SLJB - Looking at the NASDAQ and some of the other markets right now, I would personally be loading the boat buying only $SLJB in my TDA right now as the other markets are tanking my portfolios right now.

I am thankful and happy that some company is willing to work with Carey W Cooley to potentially reverse merge into $SLJB.

Right now, I don't care if its a $100,000,000.00 revenue, $10,000,000.00 revenue, $1,000,000.00 revenue or a $500,000.00 revenue company as long as they have a very strong business plan and are growing their business for the future of their company and the $SLJB shareholders.

$SLJB just needs some company to take over here that cares deeply about growing their company like the $AVVH company appears to be doing and I hope that Carey W Cooley and his new general counsel will get this done.

I personally am looking forward to the new 2021 quarter and annual filings to hit the OTC Markets website. I am excited to see who is who now and who owns what here.. I am wondering if the non-controlling guy is still sitting with over 6.0% to 6.5% here of the OS.

This 100% has NOT one darn thing to do with me but I walk with a very BIG STICK it appears in "Sulja Land"...

$SLJB - Its a CLEAN SHELL with the same filings as $RNWF, $SNRY, $IFXY, $IFAN, $FBCD, $AVVH and other Carey W Cooley filings. I have looked at Carey W Cooley's filings for $SLJB compared to all his other filings that went Pink Current within a month in the first half of 2021 and in my honest opinion, $SLJB should have been Pink Current and the CE removed back then.

I, as a $SLJB shareholder, wonder exactly what was told to Carey W Cooley or Jay Shafer here but only they know and maybe Joel Mills.

I am waiting personally as the OTC Markets Compliance and Billing told me that they did not see why $SLJB was not Pink Current back in June 2021 and July 2021 when I called them. I asked them to look at the $SLJB filings compared to $AVVH, $FBCD and $IFAN at the time which had gone Pink Current with Carey W Cooley. OTC Markets could not give me any information but they did understand why I was so concerned about $SLJB going Pink Current like the rest.

As a $SLJB Shareholder right now, I just have to wait to see what will happen here and I guess take the shade that comes the way here. We $SLJB shareholders have taken a lot of shade abuse here from posters that pop up out of the blue here to throw shade and innuendo.

All I can say is " I have no clue but I am watching the Nevada Courts here that have the Custodianship for $SLJB like a Hawk!"

At the end of the day, we all are responsible for whatever stock that we buy and for people to post such negative posts when a trade does not play out is simply not right. Heck, I am down bigtime on NASDAQ stocks the past two or three months and I accept that this is the stock market.

Again, I am 100% not privy to anything that Jay Shafer , Carey W Cooley and Krisa Management are doing with $SLJB right now if they are doing anything....

I have no clue anymore of what the heck is going on with $SLJB but I really never have over 15 years with $SLJB. I did not know who Carey W Cooley was until Fall 2020.


My take is that there are a ton of great companies and SHELL companies on the OTC Markets that had to go to the Grey Market right now with 595 million shares OS and never done a reverse split like $SLJB.

$SLJB -> This year of 2021 is not over but a lot of $SLJB shareholders started 2021 with very high hopes of $SLJB and were thinking that January 2021 would be the month that $SLJB would have the CE removed and it to go Pink Current.

OTC Markets and some broker could have easily converted $SLJB to Pink Current and whenever I called the OTC Markets Group, the customer service people and compliance people would tell me that $SLJB has active Annual Filings and should be Pink Current and they did not know why the CE was still there.

Carey W Cooley is the Custodian along with Star Wax America, LLC and Jay Shafer did something on August 10, 2021 meeting with the Nevada Courts for $SLJB it seems.

I am not in the loop or privy to anything or updates from Carey W Cooley which is good for whoever he wants to reverse merge into his $SLJB.

I must admit that I was very upset that Carey W Cooley wished 6 companies Happy Thanksgiving and did not even acknowledge that he also has $SLJB... I am also upset that we sit here at .000001 in $SLJB and we can not even buy this in the Grey Market in most of our brokerage accounts. He is forcing them to cover very high and they know this 100%. All in my honest opinion here!

$SLJB -> Over the past 15 years, I have had near 100 private personal messages on IHUB with posters calling me every name or phrase negative that you can imagine for owning $SLJB shares and continuing to buy $SLJB shares and posting my buys. Maybe those were "Naked Short" share buys. Who knows?

No disrespect but there is no "FAT LADY" or "FAT MAN" singing here. This .000001 is nothing but the personal motive driven market makers playing trade $SLJB at the lowest cost while investors are not able to buy it in their trading accounts.

Carey W Cooley + Krisa Management + Jay Shafer + Joel Mills are not cowards that are going to sit back like little puppy dogs with their tails between their legs and let this great $SLJB share structure company and great SHELL go away! A great company will file here hopefully!

Carey W Cooley needs to file the 2021 quarters here and either Stephen Mills or another Securities Attorney needs to file the numbers.

I feel sorry for all the newly invested $SLJB shareholders who are in $SLJB based on Carey W Cooley + Krisa Management + Jay Shafer and his texts in late 2020 and early 2021 about working with OTC Markets to keep the ball in their courts to get $SLJB compliant! Its all over Twitter as proof.

$SLJB -> I can not even put in a Buy order in any of my accounts for $SLJB at .0012 which is the ASK price.

Well today was the end of the $SLJB 3rd quarter for 2021 and the 6.1% shareholder here has done all that he could do by sending Carey W Cooley his numbers yet again to end a quarter in 2021. The 6.1% + shareholder sent Carey W Cooley 1st qtr 2021 numbers on 3/31/2021, He sent him 2nd qtr 2021 numbers on 6/30/2021 and he just sent Carey W Cooley his 3rd qtr 2021 numbers by 9/30/2021.

I do notice all the slight shade and innuendo here against $SLJB here and it always has been. Older shareholders are used to it but new $SLJB shareholders are probably confused.

For me personally, thanks to Carey W Cooley and Krisa Management and Jay Shafer and the Nevada Transfer Agent, I have learned the actual $SLJB Authorized Shares and $SLJB Outstanding shares.

This $SLJB is setup to be a great SHELL play and has a tremendous share structure and STRONG and FIRM group of dedicated very long shareholders here... We all want bronze and silver per share eventually here.

IMHO, The SEC, FINRA and OTC Market Group will eventually get this $SLJB company Pink Current and I feel 100% that a great company will eventually have the courage to take advantage of this great share structure here to actually take it Pink Current by reverse merging here !

I do not know if there are over 25 to 50 million Fail to Delivers here but there is a reason that FINRA singled out $SLJB here against all of the other Carey W Cooley and Krisa Management stocks. I do not know why FINRA is holding $SLJB from Pink Current but Carey W Cooley went quiet.

New $SLJB shareholders here probably are very upset right now but I have been watching this $SLJB story for over 15 years now and this is just a slight yawn to me... Wake me up when we are Pink Current here in $SLJB land.

Again, I have never sold one single share of $SLJB from my TDA account. If that is not showing FINRA and OTC Markets Group that they are wrong here for not taking this company Pink Current then it Carey W Cooley not sending updated filings here. Whatever it is, all $SLJB shareholders older and newer are hoping that we get some of Carey W Cooley's $IFXY, $FBCD, $IFAN, $AVVH, $SNRY, etc... love from Carey W Cooley!

$SLJB - The only other person required on filings right now who has over 6.1% of the current 594,000,000 + OS has already sent (texted) Carey W Cooley and Krisa Management his 9/30/2021 numbers so Carey W Cooley could file all 3 quarters of 2021. That is not personal or private information. I just made it public for all to know and see. But actually, I do not know if Star Wax America, LLC is still on the insider page as a Custodian as I only know about the 6.1% shareholder and what he is thinking. (Third person of course)... Smiling...

Say what you want about Stephen Mills as the $SLJB securities attorney but with him $SLJB has made it to .006 in January 2021. Whether its Stephen Mills getting compliant with OTC Markets Group again or another $SLJB securities attorney, I am thinking that Carey W Cooley knows that $SLJB should be Pink Current.

Maybe a Joe Cecala of Dream Exchange type of guy or the guy that is doing BLLB (Bell Buckle) as a Securities Attorney helping them remove the Caveat Emptor can help Carey W Cooley and Krisa Management overcome a few hurdles with OTC Markets and Finra with $SLJB.

Again, there is only one reason that I personally feel that $SLJB and its not personal with Carey W Cooley as FINRA and OTC Markets have taken all Pink Current except the $SLJB and $SPRL.

$SLJB should be current here 100% IMHO - $SLJB should have gone current 01/22/2021 if you ask a lot of people and $SLJB shareholders...

$SLJB - I am not buying or selling one share right now. I only buy with TDA. I am not buying any other OTC stocks until $SLJB is Pink Current... If I could buy $SLJB from my TDA account, Heck yeah, I would have bids in all over the place over .001 right now. But everyday I put my $SLJB bid in via TD Ameritrade I get "Restricted Stock. Buying of Caveat Emptor stocks are now allowed right now".

$SLJB needs to go Pink Current and the Caveat Emptor removed... So some of us can actually load more shares or at least have the option in our brokerage accounts.

Fingers cross that Carey W Cooley + Krisa Management + Jay Shafer + OTC Markets Group + FINRA continue to work to get $SLJB Pink Current. That is my prayer for all of the $SLJB shareholders here. Big shareholders and smaller shareholders. We should be Pink Current already in my honest opinion and also I feel that Carey W Cooley feels the same way!

$SLJB - I still am hoping for a Pink Current and removal of Caveat Emptor here for Carey W Cooley who is $SLJB's current CEO/President/Treasurer/Secretary. This $SLJB really appears to be a new company and new direction. Every company that Carey W Cooley has filed like $SLJB has gone Pink Current including Renewable Fuels who also had their Caveat Emptor removed and $SLJB has the best share structure of them all and definitely our #FLOAT is locked pretty tight or very low if it is tradeable.

But $SLJB is in a lot better shape with an Active and Compliant Attorney Letter and hopefully Carey W Cooley has a SEC Attorney to file the other quarters of 2021 soon.

Jay Shafer (Krisa Management Attorney in Las Vegas) has still been working for Carey W Cooley to get $SLJB Custodianship work as late as August 10, 2021.

Fingers crossed here on $SLJB... Chip in OTC Markets has talked to me and understands me and why I have held for $SLJB to go Pink Current to support Carey W Cooley and all $SLJB shareholders...

Plus these TDA shares are like my kids as a lot of my $SLJB shares would be in high school now, I also have a lot of middle schoolers and Elementary kid shares .

I feel that $SLJB will go Pink Current once #OTCMarkets and #Finra have satisfied whatever it is that is preventing them from letting #CareyWCooley take $SLJB current. Maybe Jay Shafer - Carey's $SLJB Attorney knows what is up here.

.0001 is just #NITE and #CDEL controlling Buy price since $SLJB shareholders are not currently able to buy shares right now. Price right now is irrelevant. Price once this goes Pink Current is the only thing that I care about.

If I could buy $SLJB at .0001 to .0003 right now, I 100% would be a buyer in my TDA or Etrade accounts. But that is just me.

My answer to all of you about Carey W Cooley and his $IFXY is that if this is what it takes in the process for $SLJB to go Pink Current then whatever it takes. I have no opinion on any of Carey W Cooley's Custodian plays except $SLJB!

I feel that if $SLJB can go Pink Current with the Long Shareholders here who are invested here pretty heavily at much higher share price averages that this could be a potential special stock in the future.

$SLJB - My Humble Pie -> I have been one of the $SLJB biggest cheerleaders here for over a decade and it sucks right now to see all of Carey W Cooley plays going Pink Current with the same filings while we sit dormant waiting on Finra or OTC Market Group to switch the Caveat Emptor to Pink Current.

Why should all of us innocent shareholders of $SLJB continue to have to suffer from a few bad apples from 15 years ago? We $SLJB shareholders did nothing wrong here and we are still suffering and even now the new shareholders of $SLJB are also suffering while waiting here on $SLJB to go Pink Current which I have no clue anymore now that I see what $IFXY is about.

I will NOT post anything positive or negative about $SLJB or Carey W Cooley anymore. He is the current Custodian, CEO, President, Secretary and Treasurer of $SLJB. Carey W Cooley has the controlling power to do whatever he wants with $SLJB.

$SLJB - This is a new $SLJB company and new $SLJB direction.. All filings have been in here for 6 months. Additional qtr numbers were only needed from the dude that owns over 6% of $SLJB and he probably stills owns over 6%... No promotion going on just facts!

I am sure that Carey W Cooley had to do something minor that OTC Market Group had him potentially do for $SLJB to go Pink Current. The man was busy from April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021 for the S Monopoly team it appears.

When calling the OTC Market Group , they will say they can not comment and only Carey W Cooley and the $SLJB General Counsel can communicate with them.

These filings are compliant here and I know that Carey W Cooley and the $SLJB General Counsel probably have the share total numbers from the big $SLJB shareholder simply by looking at the NOBO List.

$SLJB is just as legit as $IFXY, $AVVH, $IFAN, $FBCD and other Carey W Cooley filings.... Plus $SLJB has the share structure better than them all with the best float... Everyone is sleeping on this gentle giant $SLJB right now because none of us can buy it while in this status.

$SLJB needs to go from Pink Limited to Pink Current very soon. Fingers Crossed!

All Carey W Cooley and Krisa Management boards will have people coming in to sprew "doubt and innuendo" about the future. We do not need this right now. We just need $SLJB to go Pink Current and most important for the Caveat Emptor to be lifted soon.

OTC Market Group will not tell you anything here. Only Carey W Cooley and $SLJB's General Counsel can get any information from them. I had a friend who carries a big stick call and he got not one question about $SLJB answered but he said the guy in Billing and lady in Compliance were extremely nice. Appeared exhausted from answering so many calls. My friend felt bad for calling to ask them about $SLJB but they said they could not say anything.

I am still trusting the Carey W Cooley here... Only he knows what the heck is going on and maybe Stephen Mills as it seems that we don't know crap here.
