What is the low volumn 50 percent drop, then 80 percent gain thing? This has been going on since we were way under a penny. I wouldn't think it was the big fellers since it is such low volumn, but I wouldnt think it was individual investors since most people is just hangin' on at thsi point. What do you fellers think?

I will add "have to" means that we can prove they are wrong, and bring actions against them that are so legally costly that they can't ignore us. Obeying the laws and regulations are not even a real concern to anyone involved, besides the shareholder.

You are probably 100 percent correct. This is why it is so frustrating, 'cause we are dealing with corruption all through the system. Honest people would be shocked if they could pull back the curtains on the major THIEVES, I mean government officials, judges, and hedge fund fellers in positions of power over us. They couldn't care less about the shareholders 'cause we cannot afford to mount a serious legal action against them. When a legal action is brought against them we get the likes of Rosen who sweated blood figuring new ways to eliminate any possible recovery for his clients. (WAMU)

They cannot release information partialy 'cause of legal ramifications and partly 'cause all parties with any real power in this plan to basically steal everything they can from the individual investors.

No I did not get the 20k, but they were 1 cent a share limit so I was really hoping for a small miracle. I do have enough right now to not be dissapointed when something breaks. You are correct wamugold. We understand the pecking order of prefereds and etc, but what I don't like is that no-one including judges, the SEC, and the justice department do anything when shareholders are being robbed. I am sure you also know about this as you have wamu in your user name.
