Not even a note that they are working on the quarterly report

I don’t see anything happening soon

Newport Beach is a private company and until they merge into the ticker NGMC it will stay private

Eric received 150 million shares when he purchased Ngmc for $25K look at 2024 10K

If he doesn’t merge and just sells his shares he can profit $275K

150,000,000 X .002 = $300,000


Until we get solid news of a merger it’s just a gamble.
