Rich you tell me, NEOM, USA, Malaysia
I don’t think it matters which place is/was 1st but to be in all of them. But if i were to guess they would already be in NEOM, Malaysia and the USA but NEOM is getting a slow start and getting pushed back on time lines due to funding from investors.
Conclusion & Confidence
NEOM: Yes — there is explicit evidence that OneMindNG (Dell’s partner hypervisor) is being used as the hypervisor for NEOM city systems.
Malaysia: Probably yes — Dell’s edge / IoT / infrastructure offerings are available and likely deployed by enterprises, though I found no blockbuster public “Dell IoT hypervisor in city project” example.
USA: Very likely in parts — Dell’s infrastructure, virtualization, and IoT/edge hardware is widely used in the U.S., but I did not find a named U.S. project claiming the full Dell IoT orchestration / hypervisor component in exactly the same way as for NEOM.
Search query.
The relationship between the key terms is as follows:
NEOM: A planned smart city project in Saudi Arabia.
Dell IoT: Dell Technologies offers IoT solutions, including hardware and software for edge computing and connected devices.

Dell IoT: Dell Technologies offers IoT solutions, including hardware and software for edge computing and connected devices.
Hypervisor: Software that creates and runs virtual machines, a core component of server virtualization.
Here is an explanation of the relationships between these terms and the roles of USA and Malaysia.
Dell's hypervisor and IoT solutions
Dell Technologies uses several products as hypervisors for its IoT solutions, often based on partnerships:
VMware: Dell's VMware solutions are frequently used in IoT architecture for managing virtualized infrastructure from the edge to the cloud. VMware Pulse, for example, is a tool for monitoring and managing IoT devices.
Microsoft Hyper-V: Dell PowerEdge servers support Microsoft's Hyper-V virtualization platform, particularly in enterprise settings.
OneMindNG: In 2022, OneMind Technologies became the preferred hypervisor for Dell Digital Cities Solutions worldwide.
Location roles
The locations you listed each have a distinct role in this context:
USA: Dell Technologies is headquartered in Round Rock, Texas, and has multiple office locations across the United States. Dell's US operations are a central hub for developing and marketing its hypervisor and IoT products.
NEOM: NEOM is a major customer or market for Dell's IoT and smart city solutions. Dell's hypervisor and IoT products are potentially deployed in NEOM's data centers and city infrastructure as part of its development.
For example, NEOM is partnering with various tech companies, including Oracle and NVIDIA, to accelerate its AI capabilities, which would require extensive virtualized infrastructure and edge computing. Dell is an Oracle partner and would likely be involved in similar projects.
Malaysia: Malaysia is a market where Dell sells its products and solutions. A Dell Technologies webpage discusses its IoT solutions for safety and security in Malaysia.
The hypervisor connection
The hypervisor itself is a software component, not a physical location. It is developed and licensed by companies like VMware, Microsoft, and Dell's partners. It is then deployed on hardware, such as Dell servers and edge gateways, which may be sold to customers in various locations like NEOM or Malaysia.

That is great that we have real companies working real hard for our company Affluence Corporation
I like your thought
Let’s put that to rest real quick.
You will not get facts or proof or links from that poster.
Ai responded
I found no credible evidence publicly available that confirms the Affluence Corp / Affluence Corporation white paper was plagiarized or copied from another company’s white paper.
Here’s a breakdown of what I looked for, what I found, and what (if anything) raises concern or suggests further steps you might take:
What I investigated
• I searched for terms like “Affluence Corp White Paper plagiarism,” “copying,” or “duplicate white paper,” but found no articles or analyses making that allegation.
• I also checked for other white papers with similar titles or content to see if there might be a match or overlap.
• I reviewed press releases and news coverage of the Affluence white paper release.
• I looked at Affluence’s official website and statements to see if there were acknowledgments, citations, or unusual language reuse.
What the evidence suggests
• The fact that the white paper is being publicized (e.g. “From Centralized to Local – Infrastructure for the Next Generation of Intelligence”) seems to be marketed as a fresh, proprietary vision.
• No third-party watchdogs, domain experts, or media outlets have flagged the white paper as plagiarized.
• There is no obvious duplicate in searches, or statements from other entities claiming their content was reused without permission.
Caveats and possible red flags
• Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Just because I didn’t find proof doesn’t mean it couldn’t be true.
• If the alleged “copying” was from a document behind paywalls, internal, unpublished, or minimally distributed, my search may not have surfaced it.
• Sometimes plagiarism or heavy reuse can be subtle (paraphrasing, structural mimicry, reuse of figures or diagrams) and may require side-by-side textual or stylistic analysis rather than general web search.
What you can do to verify further (if you are seriously concerned)
If you want to dig deeper and either confirm or refute an allegation, here are steps you might take:
1. Text comparison / plagiarism software
Use a plagiarism detection tool or run a side-by-side comparison (if you have a suspected original) to see identical sentences, structure, charts, or ideas.
2. Check references and citations
A proper white paper should credit prior work, sources, and related literature. See if there are missing attributions or borrowed tables/figures that lack citations.
3. Consult subject matter experts
Experts in smart city infrastructure, edge AI, or decentralized systems may recognize if large portions mirror existing white papers in their field.
4. Contact the authors/company
Ask for their drafts, sources, or disclaimers. Organizations often keep working documents or earlier versions.
5. Check for earlier versions / drafts
Sometimes older versions of white papers (e.g. conference papers, working drafts) are posted elsewhere. Comparing those may reveal parallel content.
If you like, I can attempt a deeper technical scan (e.g. run snippets of the Affluence white paper through plagiarism databases) to see if anything turns up. Would you like me to do that for you?
You know i am agreeing with what you said
And lol you also know what i am doing.
The primary purpose of a white paper is to provide detailed, authoritative information that educates a target audience about a specific problem and proposes a solution, often positioning a company as an expert in its field and influencing decision-making. While in politics, they outline government policy or propose legislation, in business, they serve as sophisticated marketing tools to build trust, establish thought leadership, and guide potential customers through complex choices without being overtly sales-focused.

White papers are read by potential customers and stakeholders seeking in-depth information to solve problems and make informed decisions, especially in B2B (business-to-business) industries. This includes corporate decision-makers, such as C-level executives and VPs, who are often influenced more by white papers than technical influencers like engineers, and also analysts, journalists, investors, and legislators.
Here's a breakdown of who reads white papers and why:
Decision-Makers: Executives and managers read white papers to understand a problem and its potential solutions, directly influencing their purchasing decisions.
Influencers: Technical staff and managers, often referred to as "champions" or influencers, read white papers for detailed technical information to evaluate and justify a solution.
Business-to-Business (B2B) Buyers: These buyers rely on white papers for comprehensive, factual information to research solutions and products before committing to a purchase.
Industry Stakeholders: The audience for a white paper can also include journalists, analysts, investors, channel partners, and legislators, depending on the paper's purpose and topic.
The primary reason these groups read white papers is that they provide:
In-depth, authoritative knowledge: on a specific topic or issue.
A persuasive argument: for a particular solution, often presenting a compelling business case.
Information to help solve problems, which is a key driver for engagement.

But that LinkedIn post only brings up more questions. Like we never needed an Assistant to the CEO while Affluence Corp owned one Spain subsidiary. So why now unless we have a new CEO in Spain for Affluence Corp. just saying???

I was stating i would like to see MTi take full control faster and change the company name and ticker.

Honestly Rich if not for all of the internal bull shit that these people lay on our laps... failure to do so many simply things and we all just could focus on the accomplishments of the actual business, this would be trading in middle range silver right now. Should be .25 cents a shares with now questions asked.
The way MTi is moving forward with so many irons in the fire, I would not be a bit surprised to see them take over before the April 7 2027 deadline. Remember its a deadline date, but no where in that document does it say they can not get this Reverse Merger completed before that date. The sooner that can happen and Oscar is gone, as he has not, I would hope you can admit, been at all good at following up on statements he has made. Nor was Jim for that matter, way back Jim had announced two acquisitions in separate press releases. Both of them never happened but the only way investors found out that they were canceled was when quarterly filings came out and their cancelation was in the Notes of the filing. We put up with multiple things like that happening for several years and Oscar is right back at it. We need MTi to take this over and run it like they run their company. All one needs to do is look at how well they communicate on LinkedIn to know that shareholders can trust them to do what they say they will do.
I completely agree with you that we are missing a lot of the context with this deal, but I am confident as this plays out we will know what is coming as the details unfold. Thats how MTi operates, they communicate.

the U.S. is actively in the process of upgrading and modernizing its national power grid. The effort is motivated by aging infrastructure, increasing demand (from things like EVs, data centers, renewables), climate change, and the need for resilience and clean energy.
State Modern Grid Deployment Initiative: Collaboration between federal and state governments that promotes “grid-enhancing technologies” (sensors, power flow control, high performance conductors) and modernizing existing lines (reconductoring, etc.), not just building new ones.
Key Programs & Investments
Here are some major federal programs and investments underway to upgrade the grid:
• Building a Better Grid Initiative: Launched in 2022, aims to spur development of new and upgraded high-capacity electric transmission lines. ?
• Bipartisan Infrastructure Law & Inflation Reduction Act: Provide funding for grid modernization, resilience, transmission expansion, grants for state/local/utility projects. ?
• Grid Resilience and Innovation Partnerships (GRIP): A DOE program funding grid-resilience (against extreme weather, natural disasters) and innovation in transmission, distribution, and grid technologies. ?
• Grid Modernization Initiative (GMI): Research, development, and demonstration of technologies to make the grid more flexible, secure, resilient, and better integrated with renewables and storage. ?
• State Modern Grid Deployment Initiative: Collaboration between federal and state governments that promotes “grid-enhancing technologies” (sensors, power flow control, high performance conductors) and modernizing existing lines (reconductoring, etc.), not just building new ones.
Progress & Examples
• Over $30 billion invested through federal legislation to support thousands of miles of new or upgraded transmission lines, resiliency, etc. ?
• $3.5 billion committed for 58 projects across 44 states under GRIP to strengthen grid reliability and resilience. ?
• DOE recently committed $1.3 billion to build three new interstate power lines crossing six states. ?
• Grants to utilities for “smart grid” upgrades: ex. ComEd received $50 million via GRIP to enhance grid reliability and clean energy delivery in Illinois.
Outlook
• The U.S. appears committed to continuing this effort; many of the goals are multi-year or multi-decade (e.g. clean electricity by 2035, net-zero by 2050).
• Over the next few years, we’ll likely see more investment in:
1. Flexible, grid-enhancing technologies (sensors, control systems, high-performance conductors)
2. Energy storage (batteries, etc.) to buffer intermittent renewables and improve reliability
3. Transmission expansion, especially interstate and cross-region lines, to move renewable energy from where it’s generated to where it’s needed
4. Hardening infrastructure (making lines resistant to storms, wildfires, etc.), as well as cybersecurity improvements.
On April 8, 2025, Trump signed an Executive Order titled “Strengthening the Reliability and Security of the United States Electric Grid”. That EO directs the Department of Energy (DOE) to use its authority (including under Section 202(c) of the Federal Power Act) to help ensure continuous electricity supply, especially in light of growing demand from areas like AI data centers.
More recently, the Trump administration launched a program to accelerate building generation + transmission infrastructure to respond to growing demand (AI, data centers, EVs). That implies further government coordination and potentially funding support.
