appreciate the breakdown on the distribution of the
different issuances of stock thru 03/05. the 10Q issued
in 05/05 shows 298 mil O/S as of 03/31/05. i assume(tough
word) that all you listed would be included in the 298mil O/S
so the unknown would be what has occured during the last
four plus months. i agree the convertibles have been exercised
and hope that none or minimal is the amount of further
issuances of shares by bitters to cover operating
costs during that period. i would hope that revenues being
generated by the companies under amep would be sufficient to
sustain amep as it grows...

i think baseball mgmt stepped in and decided
it was to embarassing to the umpires. i don't
know who decided to change the strike zone and
that technology was definitely showing the short-
comings of the umpires. kind of goes hand in
hand with ignoring the rules. umpires can ignore
the rules, so why can't players ignore the rules on
steroids....

your post on a strike is a strike,
got me to thinking about the strike zone.
in this discussion on drugs, there is always
going to be someone trying to beat the system,
the producer or the user.

the strike zone is much more annoying to me.
it would be nice if the television stations were
allowed to focus on this, more than they have.
it seems that everytime i watch a game, i never
cease to be amazed by what is called a strike.
and occasionally what is called a ball.

when watching a boxing match they have people
that count punches and post the punch count
round by round. it would be interesting to see
a similar stat on called strikes in baseball.
inning 1 umpire called 7 strikes with 6 being
out of the strike zone...

now that would stir the pot..

don't know what is causing this
run on sales of our stock, but am certainly
enjoying the volume, now to find the cause
of this volume...
