At your service... I have, in the past followed up with various resources outside of BION: the gas company, United Suppliers, Hardee County, BB&T (before that changed) & KBR. Always validating info.

So, now, I am available for more investigating if anyone has any thing they'd like to know, but has no time... I'll gladly follow up with it and do the leg work. Just let me know... I don't have any thing in mind, but am willing to investigate (BION) for others.

Based on my recent conversation with Adam Friedman, KBR has to send a memo/letter to the FDC confirming the technology of the Biomass conversion has been proven. He stated that it "has" been proven, and there are "no" concerns there, just getting KBR to get that info out, might drag a bit.

Then, the Louisiana deal is moving slower than they'd like, but it is underway... the land that they need to purchase is a "family" deal, and getting everyone to agree etc. is a stumbing block, but he thinks that will soon be finalized.

Hopefully, they can file their reports soon, and get off the "no information" list. That is also underway, but may take a few weeks.

I think (imo only) the stock may still come down a bit... I actually am hoping it comes down a good bit more, as I would like to accumulate a good bit more. I'm in the process of selling other non moving stock and hope to be ready for adding.

Information confirmed re: the Louisiana Community Development Authority.... I called them today and spoke with someone named Linda. I initially spoke with someone else and was asking where the minutes were re: that meeting. I was then xferred to Linda, which told me I would have to request that in writing etc. but, she confirmed that the 1.25 Billion was approved for the 5 plants.

I already had the faith that it was, because so far they have been on the plate with everything substantial, but thought it worth the effort to be able to share with others.

That is the other thing, the ss is despicable.... however, BW has continuously promised he is doing a buyback. We hope that happens soon, and we hope it happens, again, I believe so.

I'm not good at Math, but would be curious as to what it would be as it is set now, with it in "all" Walmarts. I really think it may be one day but that is a "wait and see" kind of thing.

Hopefully he can work on the buyback, but there are lots that are disputing that he ever will, but if he keeps making profits, I think he'd be quite pleased to have "so" many eat their words. I really think so.

We don't know exactly how it is selling. We do know that we had financials reflecting it for approx. 1 month, and the "un-audited" financials looked super. I believe that is how it was.

We can imagine that it must be doing quite well for them to keep adding additional Walmarts.... that would only make sense for Walmart's sake.

Some people bash the promotion of the Nascar stuff, and are frowning about no marketing... I can relate to some of that. However, I think Nascar promotion is okay... and also to note, "Monster" never does any advertising, all their advertising is done basically thru sponsoring sports teams, Nascar etc. Advtg. is very expensive... all opinions vary on this subject, but it's true that BW makes good contacts via Nascar, and I'm sure he has met lots of people that he would care what they think of him, probably investors etc. I believe he cares about his integrity, in particulary because of his peers/friends/etc. Therefore, that is why he more than likely would not due harm intentionally.

There is no fluff going out, but, and all those anticipating what the fluff might be, they really already know what is in store (assuming all go as planned). Therefore, just waiting to hear from the horses mouth and wanting to see results, is what is happening. But, as stated before, this is not a "fly by night" sorta thing, and everything that is in the works (assuming) is all quite complicated. if it perhaps goes down more, "if"... due to no substantial PR's being released, then so be it. Who knows, but it has steadily hung around what it is now.

But here is the website, and I think it all must merge well with BION. Still not sure what part of the plant is used for what. And do they grow this stuff just for ethanol and syrup, or perhaps they grow more for whatever else they can use it for; I think so. So, are there byparts for waste when the plant is used for ethanol that BION could also use after they've utilized it for ethanol? I never was clear on that, and am really interested in finding out what was presented, to see how exactly BION does fit in to that arena.

I know there are a lot of experienced traders here and thought perhaps someone could give me an idea as to why a stock's volume might have dwindled down so low recently when it only has good news being released and also good things happening in the near future.

The stock tickler is "BION" : BioNitrogen is the company.

I know a recent news release from one of the stock trader's news threw off on it a good bit, however it obviously doesn't know many details, it had changed names a few times in the past previously hidenet, but all the previous people were sent packing.

Also, there has not been a press release about it, but we (from the IHUB stock board) followers know that the governor of FL has approved bonds which is still in protocol, for the fertilizer plant to be built. All this very soon.... Long story short, the most recent "good news" about them acquiring 600 acres did nothing for the stock. And, the VOLUME seems to be plummeting. I'm wondering if people think it is a scam or what.

Wondering if anyone has any idea about "Why this might be" ie, volume, etc.

Would really appreciate any and all opinions on this stock. You can also find out plenty of information on all our DD on the IHUB's message board.

Yes, I also agree it is really good news. I think people are changing their patterns of trading. This is not the only one of my stocks that is getting good news and traders are just getting a little "sniff" of the stock. But, we've got a lot of good news to eventually surface (imo).

I have one stock that every time good news comes out (and verified) the stock goes down and the volume also dwindles.... if we want the stock to remain steady, we just hope that no good news comes out (hahahaha), but that is pretty much true. What's up with that?

Then it starts creeping up, the volume creeps up... and then - BOOM! more good news.

I'm long here, and expect it to go up and down (waving right along), but slowly getting up and not looking back. Just my thoughts.
