Can any astute member of our board explain why, if contracted parties breach the contract with couv, why couv needs to cancel any shares at all?
Thanks, Spock.
This rising ask is not making a kick of sense.
Hey,Dusty. Not trying to pick a fight with you.
Am I wrong about the merger?
Did the merger not happen?
Spock....
We're getting really close now!!
Well, you're rightly full of counter-points. Impressive. I stand corrected for sure. What was I thinking? My bad.
Amazing, isn't it?
Today marks the end of what was to have been an important quarter for TDS.
It is clear that no merger occurred.
Further, there are no reviews to be found anywhere by those who have had any business with this company.
There are no more tweets or posts about any corporate actions of any kind.
All efforts to learn more about the company lead to the conclusion that despite a stated desire to be completely transparent, it is completely not.
One can find no evidence that the company was able to carry on as a going concern other that current status with the OTC and Companies House.
The share price has been ruthessly manipulated for many months. To what end has this been done? It would take one person of significant means to carry out such a campaign for any reason under the sun.
Let me be clear here. I am not saying anything good or not good about TDS. I'm stating facts and making observations. As a private company TDS is free to treat the public, and therefore investors, any way they may choose for any reason good or bad. As an investor I have not been treated particularly well at all. I have no basis to believe this will change.
Financial goals of any character are not well-served here. No improvement in the situation seems imminent or forthcoming.
One may wake up one morning to find everything is very different. Only then might one have the slightest clue as to what has ever happened to either TDS or any merger with anyone.
The potential that was here may reappear. Market sentiment does not compel. It's largely gone now.
Ant.....what a great post. People need to understand the movement we see here is the evidence of the sharks in the water doing what they do to any stock they think has alot of potential., i.e., scare the drap out of all the shareholders, then buy up all the cheapest they've created for themselves.
It is a process that works like a charm for them most of the time.
Great post, Bud.
Spock...sharks can't eat Vulcan meat.

Drane....this is normal MM manipulation. It is meaningless. If you know, as I do, that this is a good company, then buy and hold. Don't pay attention to these bs blips. They are less than useless.
Join me for a virtual bier.
Spock
No way am I doing anything but buying more shares. The usual market maker games are not of any interest to...or I fluency upon....me.
Into the future we go.
Spock
Who directly benefits (usually) by selling on the release of good news?
Answer this and your mystery will vanish instantly.
If you need a hint: it's not retail buyers and it's usually not market makers, either.
Your friend, Spock.
Summer is always this sluggish before Labor Day. I've no worries and this tickets going places....with all of us tagging Spock...grab them cheaper shares, everyone.
7:1 Buys to Sells so far this morning, 8/12/21. Price holding very well. RSI is a bit hot and needs to cool off a bit.
This is, as far as I can see, a quality company with a quality ranking and a great SS.
S.
If the company can afford to start making acquisitions, then they can start buying back and retiring common stock. The float is out of control and needs to be reigned in.
For young companies in this situation reducing the number of outstanding shares goes a long way to restoring shareholder value.
If they don't do this, a reverse split is inevitable and it will be unkind to longterm shareholders.
The only way they make such a split worth the while of longs is to do it only when the net profits are obviously increasing.
Spock.....
Yesterday, Aug.11 saw some really nice appreciation. 25%.
My DD work flushes out that Mustgrow Is a young company with very good product. I thought to myself, why should this stock go up much more this year? The growing season only has maybe 8 weeks left in it in North America.
Then I learned that the product works all over the world where there is always a growing season. Further, a cheap product that is good for many crops and returns much improved plants is something any help, cannabis or other crop wants all the time.
As this company grows we should see so wonderful times here. Their share structure is so solid they put it in the home page of their website. GOTTA LOVE THAT.
More later, Spock.
Welcome. As of this moment, I have not yet even completed what any good investor might call quality "DD", but as I work on it I'm up about 11% in a week here.
What has me excited is the partnership they have established with SSUMY in Tokyo. That is a huge conglomerate. Both companies are Pink/Current . And both are doing pretty well.
Join me as I learn about this company and assess its potential.
Spock....aka ....jon-michael.
My story and my perspective is a bit different.
I had started buying at about .023 a couple of months ago. I sold in late July for about .065. Felt I had done well.
I had the usual regrets as I watched it continue to climb.
Got back from vacation yesterday and , as I'd hung on to a tiny percentage of NSAV, I was curious to see how the launch had impacted the share price.
I still do not have all the knots out of my knickers.
What's got me curious is why, after having been lied to so badly, why so many are eager to jump right back in. This stock no longer works for my risk:reward ratio.
Spock.....fuzzy logic as an investment tool? Nah.
I think we can give up the idea that we're in a quiet period for a corporate action. We're at the 5 month mark on this CA and I'm sorry but at this point, the reason for the ongoing information blackout is almost certainly something else.
Back around February the available shareholder updates indicated the company's third quarter would be quite significant..in ways that were important to shareholders. There are 3 weeks left in their third quarter and still, after all this time, we're told to "make plans" and to "be patient."
Ok. Starting today, I'll plan to be patient. We'll see how that pans out.
Spock....corporate action. Hmmm.I have chosen to bypass several opportunities in order to give management a reasonable window of time to get rolling. Despite the potential, I'm nearly at the end of the time I'm willing to continue doing this. Despite being patient.
This chart combined with the present S/S is an absolute killer. Phenomenal entry point and steady growth . I may be smitten.
Spock...Vulcans seldom get smitten.....with anything.

This train is building a damn good head of steam. I'm loving this. This is a real company getting serious endorsement from the US military .
This is mighty fine. I'm proud of them.
Spock
Nobody Walked it down? Well, then, there it is. Good for you.
S.
Lotta folks just got played like a 3 dollar banjo. This is the work of a wealthy group. They're going to make 3x what it cost them to walk this down.
When you see your stock in freefall for no good reason, do not panic. If you do, you will hand much ...if not all...of your profit to someone who is skilled at the headfake.
Spock....when you've made a sweet profit, sell BEFORE the headfake.
Why should they buy more shares when they already own nearly half the new company as it is? I mean,?that counts in my book.
S.
Nope, there is nothing here to suggest any scam . I do think what we're looking at is the execution of a Plan B.
SPACs have lost a bit of their sparkle. We do need at least a PR on this new company. An 8k or two wouldn't hurt, either.
Spock
Rubi-J....that's quite a post. Holy Smokes, brother.
One thing or two worth saying at this point in time?(though I cannot hold a candle to your post right now).... For those unfamiliar with the dynamics of the otc, the Summertime always sees a dramatic slowdown in terms of market activity. In about 4 weeks this will change. The otc will show positive vital signs and we can expect stocks that have appeared to have gone nearly dormant to wake back up as many traders return to the market.
In the case of ALTD, we may see evidence of clumsy manipulation here. It could cause weird things to happen with the price. Keep your eye on ever-changing DD. Just because you've done your DD dies not let you off the hook from having to do more.
Be smart.
Neqer investors will find ALTD to be particularly enticing. To this end I say: remember that it takes just about no money at all for manipulators to create an impression that the floor is about to fall from beneath us.
For the cost of lunch money, they can sell 100 shares at bid. If they do this several times, this could frighten some. That latest price that we always see is ONE sale. Even if it happens several times it can easily be attributable to one person. They know that some investors overlook important factors and that those investors may flee to reduce what they perceive to be the beginning of catastrophe. This can have a huge domino effect.
These manipulators can watch the price per share start to fall like a stone and they are very well prepared to buy back everything they sold at far lower prices.
Be aware this sort of thing happens often. An in low-floaters like ALTD it happens very quickly. This is why you must know what you own.
If the Altd ss can remain stable, I say we're in very fine shape. I am fully prepared to anticipate some big swings in pps, perhaps 30%-50% drops that happen with lightning speed and no plausible explanation. This is prime evidence of manipulation. Expect it. That way you can exploit it to your great advantage.
Ok..I'm getting awfully mouthy. I'll pipe down now. Thank you for your patience with my verbosity.
Let the ride continue.
Spock....who, btw, is quite eagerly awaiting happy hour. Drinks on me, my friend(s).
Greetings, one and all. Just a comment about the fact that volumes here are very healthy. I do think this is still well below the radar.
If the price inexplicably goes sideways we know serious manipulators are afoot, but this has not happened as of yet as far as I can tell .
Hello to mustangowner. This is a great board and I think you'll find many decent souls here. I know several of the members here and I cam tell you we look out for one another and we treat each other respectfully.
Forward we go. The best is yet to come.
Spock
Even though these numbers for volume are all but zero, both buying and selling is occurring. I am waiting to be able to learn some things about the business model for the new company.
The speculator in me will buy some shares even if I don't have much.info...because I can afford this risk and because the payoff, when real activity commences, could be significant.
It has not been lost on me that Cutler and company are nort involved directly with the SPAC aspect of this , but they are positioned as significant owners in the new venture. In fact I don't even know if the new company is a SPAC at all.
Spock.....looks something like. ..Spac, sort of.
rubi-j, very nice to meet you. I appreciate some of your recent posts. well done. This stock has everything it needs to go the distance. I have poured a fair bit of cash into this one and I have high expectations.
Spock
Under certain circumstances I would welcome a conservative RS. The SS must be adjusted to be more inclined with big board companies. A 10 for 1ratio would achieve this.
Spock
Honestly, I seldom get excited about too many stocks anymore, but this one is different. It's better. If they continue to grow this way and exploit their opportunities wisely, this will be one of those OTC companies that makes it to a big board.
I mean, how many of us look at our watch lists to see companies we thought watch-worthy only to see years pass by without any appreciation.... just Dilution and reverse splits? This one may well go the distance the old-fashionwd way; the earn it.
Spock....someone's in the kitchen with Dinah.
I remain firmly long on this stock. The price is just a killer entry point here. Unbelievable. They grow smartly, they finance smartly. Their growth is organic. They know how to run the business. This is truly one of the real investment grade equities in the otc. I think it's a lock this goes to a big board soon.
Spock....I love Earth metaphors.
It is very resilient now as well. The bulls are running this show. Any efforts to squash it are quickly undone.
Spock.... kind of like trying to shoot bullets at UFOs. It doesn't work. The same force that makes 'em fly pushes bullets away at the same speed they arrive. FACT.
I really like the ss and where the key chart indicators are. This stock has a lot of the right sizzle and burn. If it goes up too fast that could require some water to get thrown on it to cool it down but if everything just keeps going like it is lately, we'll form a gorgeous chart and the growth will be solid and truly organic.
That's how we Vulcans are seeing this right now......Spock
Adam, CJ, ranger! I love seeing you all here. This company has evolved into one of the brighter stars in the quiet OTC prairie of late. This company has a number of key indicators working in its favor right now. The potential is very strong . Have already racked up some nice profits here.
I sincerely hope all of us do well here.
Spockmarket specialist.
Sporty, great to?see you here, my friend.
Ya know, a couple of years ago I used this ticker like an ATM. You could buy at X and I a week or so it'd bounce to 3X. I'd take my profit and go shopping. I did the over and over but thestock never rally appreciated. I could not understand it. Great product with several great uses.
Now, seems they finally are getting some traction and their shareholders structure is awesome and very realistic for getting to a big board exchange. I'm a steady buyer here now as it will obviously continue to appreciate with the model they're working now.
I hope you do well here. Still waiting on brt* to get moving. Can't figure out why that seems stuck with such a great plan to move forward.
Spock.... living la Vida loca here on my little shuttle.
We are for sure not being scammed. S.
BP , I'm with you, my friend. I see these pathetic, tiny transactions and after I finish beating my head against the wall I see there can be no good reason for buying or for selling either this quantity or this price.
The stock market is as irrational and as unpredictable as the desires of a hungry, overstimulated ttoddler.
In such an environment all one cam do is watch carefully and act with good information.
Even still, one can be patient....to a fault, as I am myself, sometimes.
Spock...
PS I did not realize I could not get a PM back from you the other day. I apologize. S.
Without a doubt one or more groups are working hard to keep prices low, but my hunch is that they may have about as much of it as they care to have.
We do need more vole and that will come with a proper catalyst or without. It's a good buy right now.
Hang tight, friends.
