This is one of those plays that makes me feel I am in the right place just before the right time. Perfectly content to let this play out organically without a ton of drama.
This is good.

This is a big deal. it instantly raises the value of all remaining common shares. This is , in my view, what building value and trust for the shareholder looks like. Well done . I am down with this all day

I was reviewing recent 8-k s and read it in there. there are not many. i recall it was fairly recent, maybe late Summer.
Never dreamed I could get my basis down from $34.50 to under $6.00 with even more possibility of improving on that, yet somehow the value of these shares, despite all the good work the company has done, continues to fall. I have missed something in my DD.
ANYONE have a serious handle on why this is losing so much value?

What a great post. One day I hope to have the depth of understanding you have and share. Exceptional.

Thank you a thousand times over for posting this important information. Even though I have heard of them, my own understanding was sharply refined thanks to your post.
I, for one, appreciate you taking the time to share this information.

With an OS so low, why do they seek a 1:10 to 1:45 RS? Will this really help them in some way?
With an MC of $3.8M, but then lowering OS to 1.5B puts share price at about $0.00251. This is powerful anti-dilution. Get in now.
Manners maketh the man. Expect nothing less from me. Or, a better question, really: Do I control my emotions or do I let emotions control me?
Thank you, Sir Riggs. Made a very fine return on this one already this morning. A richer Vulcan is a happy Vulcan.
Today's session/pps was absolutely no surprise for experienced traders. It was expected and many traders positioned themselves to exploit it.
Know the company, know the traders, learn the patterns. You will be rewarded well for making these efforts. NHMD has been like a personal ATM all October. It will continue.
..off to holodeck 3 for for a thrilling game of chessaract. (Yup, 4-dimensional chess)
I do not trust your information.
Fink, like you, I generally avoid plays with such huge piles of outstanding shares as they are often fragile and require at least plenty of market enthusiasm to get anywhere.
All that said, I see NHMD in a different light. In addition to all the positive emotion turning into true market momentum on a daily basis, the people NOW running the show have both excellent track records and partners, and we are being informed regularly on the progress of more than one very substantial transaction. When OTC companies work this hard to keep their shareholders informed, i pay attention, because this level of transparency is, in my view, rare. It adds credibility to the entire venture. Hence, I am in, big.
Very best of luck to you, Fink.
I hold a great deal of faith in Ben Berry. I believe he regularly displays his true colours and they are very good colours, indeed.
He has put forth much time and resource into resolving any issue. He knows...and we can clearly see... this could be a very decent, highly efficient and rewarding exploit for someone. He's making sure this gets every chance to attract the right parties. I am impressed and very grateful.
How would I post any such link when,as I posted, no one with whom I have connected has any such list?
I HOPE everyone is taking FULL advantage of this little dip. The RSI was begging to be cooled of a bit and that is a good thing.
Stervc, I so appreciate the info and the professionalism you bring wherever you post. It is refreshing and inspiring. Good on you, sir.
You shouldve been Vulcan- born.
I expect bashing provides them with some level of compensation . If I am incorrect, what it provides them is something intangible that few others have any desire of.
I've not really seen a beast like this one since the big lockdown. Already, my own returns have exceeded 40% in a mere handful of days. Finally, something good for everyone!.
Not easy for a Vulcan to show this much excitement. Feel queazy.
Well, My experience with iproxy did not work. My name is not on any shareholder list that they have, yet I have consistantly....without any lapse.held hundreds of thousands of shares since 2021. I am baffled beyond words. My broker could not do anything to help me either.
I have now contacted Dr. Berry directly. i am still hopeful I may get a ballot.
Well, this one looks kind of interesting. Might start taking multiple positions here.
Greetings, Pamela!
I certainly will. Something seems to have not functioned correctly here. I am grateful for any other chance to get my hat in the ring.
Well, i have contacted issuerdirect twice now with all possible contact info. Sadly, no response. I very much wouldve loved to have participated.
I am not consuming chicken feet. It sounds .......unpalatable.....somehow.
The large rock beneath which I live shelters me from such worldly knowledge.
I just must find out what the going rate, per kg, is for chicken feet. And just what the hell can ya do with them?
I live in a world I no longer understand.

Relevant side note: For everybody who held shares before the billion share cancellation, that stroke of actual anti- dilution made all of the remaining OS more valuable for each of you.
Pay close attention when it happens. It is a great moment for shareholders and for stakeholders.
THV
Let's compute the value, then, for a lower number of outstanding shares (OS). We'll use 2.3 billion. This will be interesting.
$53,600,000 (20% profit on the wholesale sugar venture) ÷ 2,300,000,000 Outstanding Shares
=
$0.02330 cents per share Jdcpa1 Is correct when it is suggested that a lower OS count makes for a significant positive impact on the value of the company's shares. Thanks, J.
Again, thanks to Strukture for sharing some of the knowledge he has. Investopedia.com has good explanations for EBITDA/EV ratios and how they are used. They are well worth spending time and learning therefrom.
Thanks, Struk.
Stukture makes an excellent observation here. Let's modify this math expression to reflect his point:
(Assume 20% profit on a wholesale operation.)
$53,600,000÷ 3,200,000,000 shares =
$0.01675 cents per share.
As Strukture mentions, this does not include other operating expenses.
It also does not take into account any other facet of the business's dealings at this moment in time.
This, of course, is a bit of an oversimplification, but smart, experienced traders should feel free to express their thoughts about it.
$268,000,000 ÷ 3,200,000,000 shares = $0.08375 cents per share of value.
This could make some traders feel that purchasing shares at $0.0012 cents per share is a real bargain.
[If my math or if my understanding of the numbers involved here are incorrect. I will acknowledge and post any corrections necessary.]
@OBxdl. My source is ihub trades and i was disregarding transactions before the bell since most traders do not have that kind of pre- market access.
While it is true there was a sort of sell-off before the US market opened, the easy, easy majority of trades were buys at least within the first 30 minutes of the opening of today's session.
From what I see thus far, the vast majority of transactions are buys, almost no sells at all. From what I have seen over years is that when a stock is being positioned for a proper run, the large money moves in and can drive the price down by up to half before letting it run. This, in my opinion, is done to help create a better likelihood of profits over the course of the run. The hard part for smaller investors is to sit back and to let this play out.
The strategy I use is to decide up front what kind of a return I want , then to place sell orders to accommodate this. That way I don't have to babysit it or chase it if the run goes wacky high. If you try to guess when the run is over, you will almost always fail every time and end up kissing a nice potential profit goodbye as you try to get your sell order executed while the stock's price may be nose-diving.
I have still not received mine, either. i sent all my contact info to issuerdirect last week. I am still hopeful.
If I get it within the next couple of days I can return it via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex.
Please forgive this post. The amount of money I just made is simply insane. I hope some of you had a similar experience.

Hope to get my mail from B. soon. Have not seen it as of today, but damn, the potential for this has changed for the better. Glad I've hung in there adding from time to time. No regrets
Is there any chance anyone has a WORKING phone number for this company. I have found three non-working. Thank you.
Slojab, may I ask: Personally, do you enjoy either delivering generic insults or do you enjoy receiving them? I am not being snarky. The question is intended to be a serious one.....one in search of a truthful answer.
2nd: There is way more evidence which supports rewards for good behavior (like invoking rules that discourage poor behavior which, in turn, promotes far more civil discourse) than there is evidence which supports rewards for poor behavior.
See "bail reform" and the results therefrom.
Perhaps you may argue I am ignoring the practical, business side of the argument. Exactly the opposite. For those who wish to trash talk online, unfortunately, too many opportunities abound. Many, like myself, are even willing to pay for the experience of civil communication when and wherever possible. We prefer it, muchly.
Thank you.
Shelly,
Please do not allow "generic insults." I cannot support this and will have to terminate my subscription. Upholding reasonable standards of behavior is precisely what needs to happen in the face of unreasonable behavior, even if said behavior is , for whatever reasons, " trendy." I see no valid reason to allow it.....under any cirumstance. Many turn to ihub, as I do, to learn and to support a decent community that has decency and integrity...to make friends, even.
It is the moderator who would not uphold such an obviously necessary rule who should be addressed accordingly. Thank you.
Well, feed me bran and call me regular. i had mostly lost some faith here. Ben should get a Nobel if he turns this into the gold it should be. Fandamtastic!!!!!
Im gonna buy some more. Not a ton, but a decent chunk.

Im seeing 8 buys for every 3 sells this morning. I like it.
