Well, this day did not suck. This is one of those stocks that just keeps on giving....if you let it. And I did.

Contest date: I choose December 1st, Friday. This givws the company a handful of days to test components of the system, and it gives a full weekend going into HOLIDAY mode for the market to get aquainted with it.

Many of the younger demographic will be going into time off from work or school and they will have a bit more time on their hands to explore and share.

INasmuch as the announcement has come right before Thanksgiving it seems fairly clear they intend to exploit the Christmas Season.

BTW, did you all see that by far the bulk of today's business got done in the last 20 minutes of the session, just like Wednesday? Of course, you did.

I, too, did not expect much, but I had had something of a windfall on two other plays this week so I planted a seriously low bid in before yesterday's close ....just in case. By about 3 pm today i figured the only other time anything like this might happen would be at the immediate open of the next 1 or 2 sessions. Wild.

That was wild. A raid is totally plausible. I had a small, very low bid which did get filled under.19

Here's the thing, for what the possible raid accomplished for the raiders probably couldve been done with a more efficient attack, but i feel there is somethibg that mustve happened in those 3 minutes that could (should) teach something pretty striking.

Anyway, my basis is now awesome and I remain very bullish. GLT YOU.

Well, Mr. Corwin, the company says they are not yet on the market. To me, and it's just my own assessment of the present state of the company's evolution, this would mean that a willing buyer will have to wait until such time as the company had their ducks in line to properly sell their unit.
Selling prematurely could be detrimental to the company and to their shareholders.

As for the number of shares available to the retail public, that number seems quite conservative in my view. That would be within best practices of responsible corporate operation....doing all that can be done to maintain share value.
Again, to me, this seems appropriate and at the end of the day, wise.

I Like to see strong evidence that the company is run responsibly ( which it generally is) and I like to see the management avoid common pitfalls other companies make, like diluting, acquiring debt they cant sell their way out of, etc.

All this goes to protecting value for the shareholders . And all this postures the company to more easily make the jump to a national board once that moment arrives.

The little pieces of fresh meat are randomly dropped into the piranha tank. The fishies are starving and they fight ferociously for any little morsel of food. Surely, the analogy is transfixed in your mind now.
It is possible that the next few trading sessions might be quite the feeding frenzy. Be certain in your mind what amount of profit you require and then hold on tightly until your price is met. It could get wild. Let us see. Just go in, as I suggest, prepared. Big fun..

In some cases, companies do this, but as long as those shares end up being restricted in some way for a good long time,Im good with that. Odds are Ill be gone long before any of that matters.

Corporate transparency goes far in my book. It bodes well for the shareholders. There is still more DD to be done here, though. So far, so good.

Had that $0.40 pps in dead center of my crosshairs, but did not pull that trigger to sell, yet I have zero regrets about this morning's $0.269.

I understand what is happening and my ongoing DD tells us there is so much good coming down the line for all of us. We are in a very good place with a fantastic company. Keep accumulating. That's how to win here. GLTA!!

10/19 BLEG cancels 600 Million shares.
Promises to cancel a total of 2Billion shares by end of November, 2023.

10/26 BLEG cancels an additional 1Billion shares. This is a very fast way to increase share value and to help put the company in a better posture for growth.

For me, these confirmed cancellations go a long way to convince shareholders like myself that they are sincere in their desire to be transparent and communicative. It shows both integrity and a desire to use corporate best practices with their public. Companies that lack these qualities should be avoided.
