An opportunity for a good acquisition was presented and rather than canceling the shares, they may have thought the shares could be of use during negotiations. If a deal did not come together, the shares could still be canceled.

Ths gets done by a group of people or a small set of computers whose algorhythm is so programmed.

Why would this process be applied to this stock? What does it say about the mindset and expectations of those who are doing this. What is their endgame and where do you want to be when that endgame gets played out?

What you already know about human nature will bring you to a logical conclusion.

Though the title describes these documents as "Amended Complaints," further examination reveals that both documents are, (oh, yea, wait for it) Agreements. In both cases, the complaint has been amended such that a legal pathway towards agreement was reached.

The formerly battling parties ultimately Agreed. IT'S just outstanding what good things can come about when cooler heads ultimately prevail.

Crowin is So spot on, I can' t even find the words. The company recently tweeted that their generators are NOT yet on the market and that sales will not happen until all production steps are fully in place and ready to go.

From a Vulcan point of view this is 100 percent logical, practical and responsible. Good on you, Croan.
As for "generators not working" it has been repeatedly shown that the units definitely do not work when placed in the " OFF" mode. Brilliant.
