The float has increased modestly since late November by about 1.4 M shares.

Just keep in mind they added a new member to their advisory board on 10 January. It would be both reasonable and plausible that he is advancing resources for a new acquisition at this time. Incoming business partners always require a specified window of time for due diligence. From the outside ( where we are) looking inside (where they are) very little might be observed. Things may appear to be silent. Hang tight. Let business run its course. We already know this is a quality company.

I have read and understood the independent tests of the system. A great deal more science in those reports than many comprehend, for sure.
I'll trust reports be credible inspectors long, long before I will pay heed to a stock basher. It is THE rational approach.

i have not spoken w/ J.O. since my last call. If I see no evidence of forward momentum by arounf 15th of Feb. I will call again and will report to this board whatever I may learn.

I know that building the sort of infrastructure they need comes with plenty of technical surprises once you're in the test mode running up to going live. One piece of software goes through an automatic firmware update and, Voila, 2 days down while you try to figure out how to deal with the new bugs. Its one of the most frustrating parts of building a platform.

It seems as though there was something about how cellstar, CLST, formally shut down operations when they folded. There was something about how the shares were accounted for and distributed amongst the preferred shareholders, but I have always been very unclear on just exsctly what it is that a court must resolve.

If I could change but one thing about CLHI it would be to vote that one supershare that Mr. Stepenson has right out of existence. I cant recall how it operates, but just that it exists at all sort of bugs me.

Taking a large position as a couple have recently done nearly obligates yoy into taking profits in smaller increments unless you want to screw up all momentum for who knows how long.
Taking profit is a must, really, unless your investing motives are uncharacteristic. Doing so quietly and in small bites makes sense ....just as taking a new position often works very well incrementally and stealthily.

This is what Ive been seeing as well. Its clear to me this is going to go live. There is no doubt about that.
At this point, the only other path I see is for a buyout attempt, which is not at all likely, but not impossible.
The app as it exists in other countries is a lightly used thing, but it exists, has users, etc. even a modest embracing by Americans and Europeans would be quite an elevation in revenue.

Assuming any sort of success with the new app, S. America would be next likely target region.

I watch this daily. My "vibe" on this is very, very good.

This is a smart move from the standpoint that while you could possibly get things rolling with a smaller infrastructure, if you get swamped right out of the gate that could quickly turn into a poor user experience..and that could take a long time to recover.
Theyve already had to build infra in Europe so they know some of the pitfalls to avoid. Im optimistic at this point. They could do a bit better job keeping in touch with investors though.


I notice regular small changes to the welcome page . i take these changes as a signal that work is being done in the background.

WELL, whatever would be the point of spending money on space you do jot need? Of course, they'd probably be the first to admit it does not sound flattering to have such a small office. They easily couldve Trumped it and said it was three times as big and few would be any the wiser.....or even care.

I spoke with Mr. Onyero at 12:50 pm Eastern time today. I did not ask him when the app would go live. I asked him why it did not go live on November 21 or therabouts.
His answer is that they are expecting their infrastructure to have to initially support 100M users. At this point they are very close to being finished with the task of preparing that infrastructure. Once completed, they will let the app go live.

I did not press any further as I want him or whomever ends up being the voice of investor relations to be as open as possible to taking my call. Our brief conversation was friendly and polite. I am encouraged.

I called for several reasons:

I always try to call the offices of tickers in which I am interested to see if they will even have an active line, something that a customer or a client might use for any legit reason
2) If I must leave a message, do they have enough respect or interest to get back to a potential customer or client, again, for any legit reason.
3)in this case, to find out what they would say when asked about the amount of time that has passed since publicly stating ina very official way that the app was ready.

These are a few of the reasons. Ill stop here so my post doesnt get encyclopaedic.

Well, I did try to call the British office again today. At least now, the call does get forwarded to voice mail. Before, it would give you just a busy signal, then disconnect with an automated advisory to call back later

From our vantage point, saying that the app is ready, but then doing nothing is not a good optic at all.
If they were ready, but are no longer, also, not a good state to be in.
I will make a few more attempts to establish contact by phone and possibly snail mail. If both fail, i will have to reconsider my position.

I did call the company today. Its good to know in the company in which you may be interested has a working line.
I only got voice mail, so i will be interested to see if i get the simple courtesy of a return call.

As for company access to otc status queues, good question. I would doubt it, but I do not know for a fact on way or the other.

I called my broker today as GIPL was still showing as Pink Current while the broker had it as EM .

i was put on hold as the broker " looked into it."
While on hold, otcmarkets chsnged the status of GIPL to EM.

I continue to add blfr regularly and for the forseeable future and beyond, my expectation is that this company will be among those very few companies that demonstrate how well an upstart can grow as it builds a relationship with its public foundation.

For sure, value....true value...will pile up here and the step up to a big board will be well- received. BLFR is a template for gold-standard emerging companies.

I would not be at all suprised to learn Ben has a company ready to merge as soon as conditions are correct. He's been working hard for quite a while now to purify the legal integrity of CLHI shares. He certainly understands the extraordinary potential here and wants to bring it fully to fruition. He will get his moment in the sun with this.
Once completed, we should send him some token of our appreciation. He could have let this die a quiet death but chose differently. Good on him.
