And now the otcmarkets.com page has the February article back up . So cool.
S
Tried several times this past week to get hold of IR to no avail. Voice-mail only at both numbers during regular business hours and no phone number for them posted(?)on otcmarkets.com. In the news section on that website the article of February 9, 2021 has been removed.
The article, the Shareholders' Update of March 15, 2021 wherein the soon to be closed Corporate actions are trumpeted.
Today is the 3 month anniversary of these corporate actions which we were told commenced on March 8.
The new logo carries little import with me at this time. I find it difficult to get excited about it.
Spock.
CA or no CA, this warrants an immediate explanation. S.
Etrade allows Buys.
Not liking that new STOP sign at all.
Spock.
She was one hot Vulcan cutie. I made her breakfast for more than once.
I have very little respect for companies who refuse to communicate with their shareholders. Very, very little. This company has become one of them. I will not be buying more shares no matter what great fortune may come their way. Now that I have their true colors as people I have no use for them.
They regard shareholders as completely expendable and replaceable.
Spock...not that I'm bitter or anything.
General Question: Is it possible, without regard to even the existence of CLHI/TDS, for a company to be engaged in more than 1 corporate action concurrently? (That'd be an ugly prospect, wouldn't it?)
Spock.......makes me ear twitch violently to even think about it.
Musky, I can't blame you a bit for asking. I am still 100% all in. Even bought some yesterday.
Like BP has so often counseled us.... Be patient. I am trying to exercise patience. I think he ( And a few other longs) has more experience than I have . Further, this situation is somehow quite different from other situations I've been in as an investor so I am trying my very best to not freak out, to not be too rash or hostile.
No matter what has gone wrong here , at the very least, management is very very keen to play by a set of rules that are very frustrating for them. So, in a way, we're all in the same boat together. If they are working this hard to stick to the rules, then maybe I can try equally as hard to not let my own frustration get the best of me, to rather let this play out.
If the company has learned some of the finer things about its true supporters then just maybe it will try to do right by them. If correct, we are helping each other....and THAT is a situation I want to be part of.
Spock.....just looking for that silver lining.
Thanks to some other.....
Text-to-speech can leave much to be desired.
Thanks to one other posters here I now have a deeper understanding of CAs. This one began on Monday, March 8, about 60 business days ago.
The company itself predicted May to be the time shareholders would acquire clarity. To be sure, we are owed quite alot. Standing by.
S.
If I'd been told at the end of March this is where we'd be at the end of May I would not've believed it.
Spock
Geen bezwaar.
No Rant. I'm not going to re-hash. When I get frustrated at certain behaviors that don't make much sense to me I have a need to blow off o little steam.
Honestly, when I do this I do not expect many people to care. That said, this is the only forum of which of which I avail myself such an opportunity. If none of you respond or react, it's fine. Don't worry about it. If my venting post inspires you to post a positive thought you'd like to share, then go for it. Otherwise, no harm done, eh?
It helps when I vent where people in my position are found. I don't post much but I do know that when I do , this is the one place my frustrations are most likely to be understood. In the future I'll go chop wood or something.
I'll finish by suggesting that perhaps the company has stepped in some unpleasant circumstances with its very arrogant behavior and now CA or no CA they are forced to accept new unforeseen circumstances from which they need to extricate themselves in some face-saving way if possible. I have no firm evidence of this, but I wouldnobeat all surprised.
We are approaching the end of May now with nothing new to get excited about or to even feel optimistic about. I use to think...nope, never mind. I said I was not going to rant.
Hava a very fine day, everyone.
Spock.....go TDS!
Dusty, I believe we can look at what little we have learned since our days of the vote and probably agree we know very, very little about TDS, yes?
I know about the whole CA thing and that even that has been cast in a sadly shadowy way..
I suppose if you want to vent about me venting, you have right. I'll tell you this, though, after the sacred CA has been consummated getting much information about the underlying details will not be disseminated with any of that transparency the company says it believes in. I want to be proven wrong. I want the company to do well regardless of whether or not I even have a position in it.
Done for now, Dusty. Didn't mean to puddle in your coffee.
Spock
Good morning all. BP, Because I stocked up early on I've been able to enjoy a positive roi even throughout this dreadful recent chapter of inexplicable nonsense ( as in : things are great but we can't tell you anything about it.)
I'm not at all certain why the company seems to expect its shareholders to kick back and say, " OK, Great, Mr. S., the current news vacuum is fine with us, take all the time you need. We'll be waving the TDS flag madly until things can be disclosed legally."
When I do my DD and get behind a company I am willing to give the benefit of doubt in certain cases, especially where a new concept is being brought to market. I do expect my support to be met with at least some level of respect, common courtesy and consideration.
What we get here is not that. It's a polite version of shut up and wait. It is immature and not at all gentlemanly. Hell, even if I was an investor I would anyone's endeavor to go well for them. I would be supportive. I wish I felt as though the company wants the same for us but I don't get that sense, per se.
Ok, I'll pipe down about it all for now. There are other fish to fry..
Maybe after Summer is over we get new momentum somehow.
Spock......just plain Olde Spock
BP....I need to vent sometimes. No usable news ever comes anymore. When this sort of environment begins to emerge with a new company I get.... a little bit unwell. Silence in this situation does not translate into gold for me. It has ruined several positions I have held in the past. The only difference here is that the CEO ( I think) does at least speak.
If the business model is unmanageable then investors like myself will be forced to make decisions based on only the behavior we see. That is really not good and it is a place i do not want to go.
I used to view myself as a very patient person... because I am a very patient person. The notion of being patient to a fault may apply here. I have amassed a decent portfolio of this stock and if I liquidate I know it will be soaked up pretty quickly to be sure. In the past I have wondered if this is a strategy being used by the company. How can I know any different, they wont give us any useful information week after little week after little week.
There does come a point where being patient is not the best decision. I grow weary of supporting what I think ought to be a great company that seems unable to become one.
Maybe a finer drink and a liedown is in order.
What do you think?
SPock.
Everything is so Top Secret the shareholders cannot even be told that there exists a Top Secret activity!?
One must ask at the very least just how such brutally tight constraints on reasonable dissemination of information can possibly help the company attract new investors or retain old ones.
The strategy does not help share price, yet business is booming we are told.
No answers are allowed, even reassurance is not allowed. Reassurance is not allowed?
For Anti-social Media one must conclude that investor relations are unnecessary, hence the questions that endlessly hang in the air.
One day we wake up and discover every Burger King is, in reality, a TDS branch with billions served.
Spock....allegedly, but I cannot discuss it.
BP, ONCE upon a time I believed I was was the King of Chill here, but you deserve that crown much more than I.
Thank you for turning so many of our red days green, by the way.
Spock...King of ....a very small portfolio at the moment.
R17 is an asset to our community. I am grateful he is here.

Zepak ( and anybody else who has experience or thoughts that would provide any insight) by all means share your thoughts.
MY understanding is that RS comes from the world of finance. I know little about hedge funds. Clearly RS put all of this in motion with the help of counsel and some consultants. He wanted a lean ship that was killer efficient.
The smaller the ship the better the stealth in theory. The stealth factor became compromised with the dissemination of the split.
RS has given up the ability to slide into the market quietly. Apparently the company is growing and it has a social media profile it did not possess back around Christmas and before. I don't know how significant this observation may be but the company is not eager share information in social media at this time unless it is of very nonconfrontational or very benign material, not numerical, that is.
And as for non-legacy shareholders, my relative age may make me a legacy shareholder but if this what I am how does this make me a detrimental owner of the company? Does a legacy shareholders possess privileges or rights that a non- legacy shareholder does not?
Thank you, one and all.i am beyond fortunate to hang with a bunch of pros like you.
Spock...Legacy member of Federation and Academie.
With a share count like we have here I just cannot figure out how a deal that is so integral to the merger ever even got put on the table In the first place with that inexplicable reverse split, especially after the vote happened. I just cannot see how it benefitted anyone.
There will have to come apoint where transparency on this matter becomes what I guess is "safe" or not threatening or impolite for RS to disseminate for the shareholders.
I have never seen anything like it. Without the benefit of an explanation it comes off as bad advice, but even that doesn't hold alot of water.
Anyway, I'd this CA done yet? Again, who knows? Certainly not the co - owners of the company that buys common shares. Transparency .
Yes, we're due a very healthy slice of it for all we've had to deal with.
Spock.....feeling testy.
I mentioned a few weeks ago that when certain things started to transpire that we may well see things turn around.
I think that is starting now . The tone of management's postings are becoming less irritating, volume and price is up a tad, Indicators are looking positive. Maybe this stock will start to behave like other investments we have which actually behave like investments.
Like some, I've spent a long time building a position here. Perhaps some decent return may, Once again, be at hand.
Does it sound like I'm very cautiously opti-realistic?
Spock.....new word I just invented.
For a company like Biorestorative, doing what they do, especially after spending half a year fight bankruptcy I would have say LA isobvipusly running a very tight ship. Maybe too tight.
Between running with super efficiency and getting the ship current I have nothing to complain about. I'm good.
Spock.....
Exactly!! The O/S has been unchanged for the past month!
Spock....running a tight ship and getting important work done
I have tried 4 times by phone or email to contact anyone at cstc to no avail.
I have learned the hard (est) way not to trust companies that will not communicate with their shareholders ( see TMPS, TIVU)
IF I cannot get at least some reasonable communication by the end of May, I am out.
I deserve better treatment when it's my money supporting someone else's venture.
Spock...ya, that sounds about right.
Welcome back, Panzer.

Sure, why not? Bound to get something someday.....I suppose.

For a company that is encumbered by a large number of moving parts, however the is actually manifest,it had appeared they had put appropriate measures of legal counsel in place to help these moving part function smoothly and efficiently.
Then at times it seems the lubricant of good counsel ran into some mix of bureaucratic quicksand and this has been suggested as the reason why things run disgustingly slowly.
For the past year this has been worsened by Covid. One can only wonder how it is that the company can exceed growth projections month after month while legal matters exceed frustration levels simultaneously.
We often hear that for the most part CEOs don't worry much about share values as long as money is being made and the company is growing in the right ways. While that may be true public companies have a serious obligation to shareholders above customers. Share prices eventually fall in line. Then, shareprices only fall in line when the shareholders and potential investors get regular data by which to assess the company as an entity. We do not enjoy this at this point.
Is it so hard for the company to understand the transparency by which it can claim things are going to be just great is not the same transparency available to shareholders here?
I know. Memories are short. If suddenly thing turn around much of the aggravation we've been living g with will simply be forgotten.....by most.
Maybe today we'll see $0.15
Spock....
A longtime friend and fellow investor who peruse TDS's FB page ( which I don't) had sent a message to TDS this afternoon. He had been saying for weeks that in his opinion that the merger was off and that as far as he was concerned the Corporate Action was merely a stall tactic for the company to figure out how it was going to make an announcement to that effect and to announce how it was going to proceed.
I'll confess to say I agreed this wax plausible. The company was being somewhat transparent where it could be but not a tall transparent where it needed to be. He had basically prepared himself to accept a huge loss as he has many tens of thousands of shares.
Within 2-3 minutes he received a reply . The author was anonymous. The response was that whoever was writing the reply was 100% confident that everything was going to be fine! Said author stated that the company is perfectly positioned for its endeavors and that as frustra as things have been that this is because there are many moving parts...whatever this might mean.
So...I just thought I would pass this along for whatever value or warm fuzziness it might provide to anyone.
My position in this has not quite doubled since the RS was disclosed, so either I am wise and gutsy or dumb and dumber.
Spock.....and Spocker
here's the thing: If the company is actually making money, actually beating their own expectations, then this will be reported to the public at some point. An 8-k, a PR, a quarterly, something will come out that has actual numbers that investors can assess.
As usual, right before this hqppens we will see a spike in price that has no explanation. A few days later, after going green for no apparent reason, real data will come out and will support the claim they've been making about being ahaead of the game.
we longs will see our portfolios start heading back up the same way they were months ago. At that point anyone who has been holding on and possibly adding will be thrusting his or her fists into the air.
If it is all a lie, then nothing good will happen.
Personally, I do think they are doing well and I have at least some expectation that we will learn why every stinking thing they do takes bloody forever and a day. And we will learn about all those actions that have had to be held so very close to the vest lest the attorneys from around the world come and wield their maces and battleaxes at RS.
SOmehthing like this.
Spock.... Attorneys with phasers even,
Looks like the markets spoke to CLHI this morning.
Thank you, Papers. Any updates are appreciated .
Spock.
I am not willing to thumb back through weeks of posts but I had thought the CA was going to be done in a couple of weeks after it was announced. Perhaps I am incorrect about this.
Anyway the company states one of their operating principles is a belief in transparency. This is clearly untrue. Disappointing.
I've not even heard the company address why it has gone back to having a yield sign though the question has been posed online.
The continued erosion of trust is the sort of thing that can kill a public company, see TMPS. That ceo simply would not communicate at all, now is is off the US market.
Even though the situation here has allowed me to increase my position significantly, averaging down on this is not wagging my tail the way it was a number of weeks ago.
The lack of information is making it much harder to assess the sense of staying long.
Spock... makes my green blood orange.
I must confess I do not understand what this tweet means at all. Further, still no clarification on the precise nature and timing of the...corporate action.
We are told , however, that the company is doing just better than expected.
This whole setup is completely confounding.
Spock
You can ALWAYS count on MMs to run to the one page they have in their playback. When they expect a stock to run, they owe it TO THE MARKETPLACE to be reasonably sure they have enough shares on hand to meet the demand of that marketplace
If they don't have enough shares someone, some other competing market maker will move in within seconds to take their place.
We experience the stocking of the shelves as fake huge walks and otherwise inexplicable dips.
In the meantime we've gone from bankruptcy to becoming current with so little Dilution it's amazing.
My money stays right here. When the appreciation begins I plan to be part of it.
Spock....and other similar Spick-like units.....
All that volume yesterday, yet the price remains unchanged. Manipulation has many forms. This gorm I understand the least.
Spock.. despite my very best effort.
So,then, all that has gotten done in the past 5 months is actually of no real value?
Is this the proffered opinion??
Spock...humans are brutal.
While I am very grateful for PL's effort to settle everyone's nerves...and I truly am, this is hardly a level of transparency I'd ever I hade hoped would be normal for what appeared to be a company that decreed transparency as something they believe in.
But I'm still buying more.
Spock....happy happy hour.
There has been zero increase in O/S in a week...and we have seen ytd is so within reason there is also zero chance any circuit breaker is going to trip .
Spending is completely reasonable for a company this size, actually it is well below.
Spock....so stick that in your photon torpedo tube and launch it.
