Someone bit, haha. I throw out that stupid joke once in awhile for fun. As a Vulcan I did fail human interaction and humor. I thought it would be an easy high grade. The joke was on me.
About the crazy bid.... I though it had to be a phony. But it may still be indicative of something, just not sure what.
Spock.... much slower than the speed of light
I think zepak makes a good point about how smart money behaves, quietly buying whe few seem interested. Even the smart money , though, must be mindful of how much they hoard away lest they have to disclose percentages of ownership (around which their must be legal loopholes, I'm sure.)
While thinking about this wretched split I have settled that in my own mind. No leap of intellect I guess to suppose it is being done for the same reason it's usually done: to help get a foot in the door of a national US exchange.
Once that's done the shareholders of TDS , the only one we know of , gets 100M shares. Not bad for a few years work.
My expectation is that this merger goes off in a few weeks as the ball continues to roll. It's all speculation...but it gets others thinking, contributing.
I'd love to learn why the Delaware Court saw fit to cancel the custodianship of Dr. Berry.
Spock...and why this is all taking so long. Even a light year is shorter.
Not that it has any bearing on anything, but the 2nd qtr. Filing is in at otcmarkets so we should get to stay Current. The merger is still slated to occur3rd quarter for the company. We are now about half way through their 3rd qtr so I guess we will see how this plays out very soon.
It sure looks as though some of the delay is the responsibility of the State of Delaware. I sure do hope to learn more about why this merger has been set up as it has been. It seems very unusual.
Spock....gotta get me one of those special shares like the one Mr. Stephenson has.
2nd qtr. Filing is due out in a couple of days. One must wonder if the company will file late and/or if the current status will stand again or fall.
The company clearly had expected things to have happened by the end of their second quarter. If anything happened, no mention has been made.
By the way, hitting the ask is useless. Every time I do that, which is nearly every time I buy, I lower the price. What is an investor to do here, seriously. The company will not communicate unless supporting a British sporting event.
Spock
I have been very curious about something here for awhile. There is obviously not even enough volume here to justify the current price range. The bidcutters are always here to make sure it doesn't go up at all, so why not just let it drop to whatever? Why keep it in this range at all?
Hos is it done and what is the danger of letting it fall further....in their view?
Would it even be naive to suggest that a number of market makers are here to keep this particular price range propped up no matter what? This situation is a complete mystery.
spock
Antman....for sure , you are correct. Settling up those margins always has to happen...as it does every day. Every hour of every day. That is nearly always a factor in the inexplicable drop in share price over the course of only a few trading hours. It's part of the game.
It contributes to the frustration that is required to compel traders to let go of their shares to... cut their losses. People with loads of cash usually have loads of time. They could not care less about how long it takes for their strategy to crank cash right back to them. It only becomes inconvenient when THEY feel the might be losing control for any reason OR if they want to pursue something they want more.
SPock......Wall Street wants your shares, baby. They'll do quite alot to get you to part with them, too.
Stop-Loss attacks are usuall over rather quickly, like within 15-30 minutes. This has been going on for days. Someone(s) really wants to plant as much doubt as they can afford.
Their goal is obvious. Discourage everyone who thought we were really off the the races. (Actually we are.) The more they can convince to sell off, the more they can buy at crazy low prices so that when they decide to run things upwards instead, they make out as they always do, like bandits, the bandits they are.
Whenever you see your good stock going south and no matter how hard you look you cannot find a good reason for it, this is how you know a headgame is well underway. Someone wants your shares pretty badly.
Spock...... Ride the wave, buy as you can.
It takes such a small amount of cash toturn a stock downward for a bit and to then turn a bunch of inexperienced traders into aggressive sellers. Think about it. Most traders quickly acquire the reflex of valuating their position in a stock based on the price of the last sale.
Few take the time to look at how much volume was sold off to turn the situation frighteningly bearish . Then big money rushes in to buy up all the shares they just freed up....at fabulously low prices no less.
Again, don't let anyone scare you out of what you know are shares very much worth owning.
Spock.....this stock is tooo good.
Wow! Looks like someone's taking us for a ride! This is classic manipulation. Classic. Someone really wants our shares badly. Don't give up your positions. Hold tight.
Spock.....phasers on any lethal setting you got.
According to their most recent Shareholder update, one area of focus for their efforts for the past year has been debt reduction. There is hardly any bigger catalyst for any company than to reduce debt. If they can remove much of their debt, it really frees up month to month capital with which to pursue growth opportunities. Sure it does not always make for an exciting 10-Q, but if that is what they are working on , I say more power to them.
This year they want to du a couple of acquisitions. Just one acquisition with good revenue can quickly make a company that looks like this one suddenly become considerably more attactive.
For sure, I know manipulation when I see it. And it is happening right here, right now. That means somebody really wants this. They see the potential and they believe THAT potential shall come to fruition.
In the past I have thrown in the towel way too quickly. I bail and then 2-4 months later the company has had a phenomenal growh in price. I am not making that mistake any more.
Clearly, I know how tp spot a good company (TPTW) now I just need to hang on longer than I have historically.
I am not saying that manipulators are the very best stock pickers. What I am saying is that like any other trader, manipulators (people who have extraordinary where withall) want their profit, too and they have the money to push stock up as well as down. And like other traders they sometimes throw in the towel rather than to let other opportunities pass them by, so they take their foot off the brake sooner or later.
Ill bve damned if I am going to let something like this pass me by only to see it at 10x at Christmas time.
SPock..... Vulcans just get better at mind games all the time. Join me.
Gee, this chart looks almost exactly like it did 2 days ago. It's as if some strong hands are working their strategy yet again. They really want to scare some people off. Amazing. They are more transparent than some BOARDS OF DIRECTORS.
spock.....wowza.
Someone is working overtime to scare you into selling. Don't fall for it. Just ride the ride and buy when it makes longterm good sense for your portfolio.
Remember...there are very wealthy buyers out there who have been in a position to work all of you over. They're doing it today. Whose tougher? You or them?
Spock
It was the strong, stable growth that first attracted me to this equity. After that, I did some DD and liked what I learned. I'd rather see that growth trend continue than any rapid jump of tortuous manipulation come in and foul things up for those who are in this for shorter term motives.
Spock... Sulu does not like me. I can't figger out why. I think we could be twins sometimes.
Well, there is that wonderful Pamela . How goes everything? Pm me when you can. I'm around.

I hate mirrors, too.

Definitely a great time to buy more of this. I love their philosophy and their record.xthis is going to be a keeper for years to come.
Spock ...wish I could remember a good colorful metaphor right now.
After the last huge run I planted a seed here at somewhere around .05. Took some profit too. Something is percolating here. Maybe the seed is about to start growing.
This is a good company with plenty of irons in the fire.
Spock....good to be back here. Watching everything in deep scanning range
... and patiently awaiting 2nd quarter filing.. for whatever it may be worth during our season of Corporate Action(s).
Spock....better not go to a stop sign again.
I have never perceived this ad any sort of scam. If anything, this appears to a situation where inexperience is combined with arrogance.
So much humble pie has been stuffed down the throat that the company will not communicate anything of use to the shareholders. At some point , when the value of showing some humility and professionalism hits its target, we will see the re-emergence of a company much better prepared to function as a leading public company.
Spock....the eternal optimist.
Well, to get out a little quicker and with maybe a profit buy as much as you can now at these low prices. Get your average cost per share down some, maybe to even .30 per share.
Next rally, if it gets to .35 you're out with a profit. Could be worth a thought.
S.
Maj....look, to a certain degree plenty of social media-based identities can be faked. So look at things that are much harder to fake...like bring otc CURRENT.
That is expensive and it comes with potent legal liabilities. That is real world. Easy to verify and should go a long way to easing your anxiety around being scammed.
S.
Never, not once, have I looked at Csti.

According to the information in the latest quarterly, this merger is slated to be closed during their 3rd qrtr, which we are now in. If they are able to maintain their schedule this would mean that sometime in the next 9 weeks, the merger would happen.
If.
To date, TDS has not, as far as i can see, disclosed either the phone number or the address for the new Swansea office. Further, even though there is an office phone number available for the main hq in England, there are many phone numbers not disclosed. This is unprofessional and dissatisfying. It must be rectified. There is no reason for this state of affairs to exist.
I will hang on through the Summer, continuing to acquire more shares, but if things have not rosied up nicely by September I will have to reconsider staying long.
Dr. McCoy says I'm stone cold crazy.
S.
Snelly, I appreciate that you made the time to call. I'm looking for specific info that the company announce. I am unable to get that specific info from any contact resource. That's what had my bloomers in a wad.
S.
And getting and staying even otc current is not cheap. You have to lay put some money to acquire that current status.
S.
Dusty, I understand what corporate actions are. Not getting defensive since. TDS brought up Swansea. I have been trying to do what potential new client might do if they were interested in connecting with the company. If my experience is the same experience potential customers are having, there is a problem...and it is not related to corporate actions.
The situation is concerning.
S.
This post is not a naysayers post. I'll post a few facts and each one of you is plenty capable of assessing the facts I present.
I have never been able to get any sort of response from Investor Relations. Example: latest effort has been to get the address and phone number for the new Swansea office. No reply after emailing and phone calling for several days!
Next I tried getting the number for the TDS Office in Nashville. No luck.
Next, tried to get same information from uk office, at least three attempts. No reply.
Tried email to Stephenson via LinkedIn in. No response.
This extremely poor customer experience is stunningly unprofessional and stunningly non-transparent.
Go ahead. ANYONE. Try to get some useful info from tds and come back to report your experience. CA or not it appears to me that something is amiss.
S.
I believe, after having done some new DD, that something is amiss here.
S.
They got current again with the quarterly reporting. They were asked about this explicitly in there IR site but, like with any question posed in the last three months, it was summarily ignored.
S.
Good morning one and all. I had meant to wish a great weekend for all the fathers here.
For this triangular RM, does anyone here know all three companies involved? I don't.
And for the private stakeholders who got this ball rolling in the first place there's obviously going to come one hell of a payday at some point. Presumably they can wait indefinitely for that wonderful day because someone is cutting some of them some terrific deals on shareprices. Deals I can't get.
Th market dances around some of my orders as if my cash is radioactive.
Spock, presumably.
Thanks, Cuppy. That is a very important clarification. I wonder how many private stakeholders there are and how much they have spent funding this little venture.
Spock.
The June - August time frame is the 3rd quarter for TDS. This is when they say they will complete their merger. A split of some kind will happen and shareholders will receive 100 million post split shares.
Despite my own whining I am going o keep buying and hopefully come out way on top along with the rest of you. This is a weird ride.
Spock
Grst is simply a rock solid investment. It is run the way any quality company should be run.
S
Thank you all for your very kind posts.
S.
I am remaining long because it seems that somehow they are going to pull this off. I will admit I do not comprehend fully the setup here. The split followed be 100m shares going out to shareholders and another class called stakeholders.
I have tried several times to lay everything out like a flowchart but there are too many unknowns.
I have continued buying all along even when I was not sure why. It was quite illogical to have done so.
I hope they're not actually paying anyone for investor relations because nobody responds to questions.i understand they have had to be quiet about certain things but I feel they have overused this excuse to avoid being transparent even when they could be.
Spock....so many questions, so few answers.
PL.....that may be my buy at. 20. I tried to buy at the ask. The order was 2k at .22 which was the ask at that moment
My order was filled at .2001. I was trying to be helpful but came off looking like a bid- whacker, which I am not.
Just saying.
S.
New ballgame now. New company, New CEO. SQUARE ONE with a new stock. A couple of people are buying a little bit but it is all very insignificant at this point.
My guess is that we are seeing PLAN B put into action.
Spock....
I thought you raised some good thoughts regarding what TDS might opt to do given the position it finds itself in.
One concern image is that more than one CA is in progress and they are on different timeliness. The company could initiate a new CA Monday that would require this quiet period to run through the entire Summer..
At what point does the market walk away from this entirely?
S
Not to be confused with Global Innovation Platform.....not incorporated, and with offices in Texas and Oklahoma.
Sheesh.
Global Innovative Platforms, Inc.
Ok. So Mr. CUTLER and Mr. GREEN have sold cstc. They retain at present a 40% interest in this new company. They also got 400g.
New CEO JOHN Shepard now running the show. No preferred or warrants have been issued.
Still have no idea where this going but at least I don't have any idea why nobody could contact me after I repeatedly tried to get basic courtesy of a response. Oh well, I'm not very important to everybody!
My reaf so far is that Cutler got really hot on the idea of being involved with a SPAC. Then, after he cooled on the idea, he sold. I'm probably wrong but that's what it sort of looks like to me.
Spock... Vulcan perspective is seldom understood by humans.
