Well, I thank you for calling attention to this anyway. I had clearly meant to identify my source as this 8-k, but I identified it as a Q instead. My fault. There are only a couple of reasons
why a company with a low common share count such as this would seek a reverse split in the near future, up to one for fifty.
If you're planning to stay in this stock, be prepared. That is all I should need to say.

IiA...I just gave you a follow. I dpn't know who is CoPilot or where they get their info, but I'LL tell you that when I first found IDAI i was impressed. I knew that if they managed themselves well, they'd turn out to be a big deal.

Patent after patent, client upon new client they have worked very consistently to do those things that create value for shareholders. Finally, it appears even after some group has worked overtime to drive value too far downward that someone has seen fit to work the market to that the pps gets put back where it should be. The pps is not their yet but the battle to do so is underway, thank God.

I dont see why a reverse split has been approved, but this is my naïveté showing.

IR, I do agree with you. If the Judge in this matter can restore the stock's integrity, then its value as a ramp for a private company to go public ir to be used in some form of merger, its value could increase possibly quite rapidly and the pps could go to $1.00/ share or more in the blink of an eye.
We've all stared at charts of stocks that are all but worthless for many months on end, only to land on a day when the value soars. My bet is that is exactly what happens here.

Powertron has paid $1,000,000 cash to enter into a Joint Venture with Astra Energy and Holcomb Energy Systems In-Line Power Generation System. This is good news for shareholders as Royalties will be paid by Powertron for use of the HES Power Systeml license.

One aspect of this stock I admit I do not fully understand is that however one choses to look at it, this stock...as a financial instrument has a fundamental flaw with it. Because of this, we seem to have this eternal fly in the ointment that gets in the way of anyone being able to connect a new company with this stock. It will only be because of a judge's favorable ruling that it may once again qualify to be used in that way.
Despite this defect, shares can be bought by any member of the public with the money to do so . The controlling party, the State of Delaware, knows this defect exists, yet the stock still trades. Something about this seems off to me.

Perhaps I lack a certain depth of knowledge or understanding when it comes to the circumstances that must be present in order for trading of a certain stock to he halted.

Think LONG on space- pharma. The things that can get produced in zero- G are nearly magical. Learn from history of SkyLab and you'll get the picture.

Generally speaking, when a company does not connect with the shareholders, that is a very reasonable moment to get out of the stock. I take it mean they are unwilling to hold themselves accountable for performance shortcomings.. and this aspect of behavior reflects very poorly on leadership.This often turns into the company folding or the board taking off in a blind flash with as much cash as they can.
I do not know for certain that this is the case here. I continue to hold. I have all the shares I want. That they are still filing and staying current could be a good sign or a smoke screen. If I end up holding for a writeoff, I want the biggest writeoff it can generate.

That the app is still not available on google play or the apple store is problematic. They might have more momentum if it was available there.

In any event I am not excited about the company's prospects like I was when I first got in. Odds do not favor a good outcome at this moment, but I can afford to continue to wait .

Been in this for maybe 18 months, mostly just watching and learning. What hasnot quite come together in my mind us that this young company has been doing just what a person would hope a compsny is doing, i e., creating value, putting together a clientele, keeping the share structure sane, all that.

Yet, for nwarly a year the pps just drops and drops. I have my own theories as to what has worked against it, but I'd love to hear what y'all think about this .....and why now an investor comes in and sinks cash into it.

Sporty is making a great disclosure here. Think about the psychological effect of watching the price on a stock fall. Many do not pay close attention to the volume related to a transaction. Just the price. AN MM, a small, coordinated investor group or a well- funded whale can easily drive pps down with little cash and little volume.
Current MM algorithms often use the same approach .You can sometimes watch it happen in real time as you watch certain volumetric drops come in like they run by a swiss watch.

One step to take, among several, is to pay close attention to the top people in a company. Often when you have an employee who has really contributed to the growth and success of a company, there comes a day when they depart. This is usually accompanied by an announcement. Now, follow where this person ends up. Odds are decent they will do the same at their next job.

Follow, pay attention. Acquire your cheap shares then wait. WHEN then person works more magic, there will be some major development and your cheap shares wont be so cheap, but be smart. Very big price per share changes last a few hours before coming back to Earth. Have your shares always ready to sell at your price. Dont be greedy. Take tour insane profit and do not look back. The price may triple after you sell it.

Dont look back. Take the money and run.

FWIW: The MACD looks decent. Anyway, the pps improvement suggests to me that something good is finally afoot and a few close to the company know it and they're feeling this is a time to act. Ive held a solid position for nearly a year and even though I have despaired at how long things have taken, I do understand the underlying reasons for that .

PC, in my view, is exploiting the human trait of taking one's assertion at face value, as being truthful, accurate , without any further investigation. There are those who will read such a thing and assume truth is before them.

In this case, this hurts the inventor and those who wish to support the enterprise. Why anyone would spend energy creating hundreds of posts over the course of just a few months, saying much the same thing repeatedly to the very few who come here to begin with is curious at least, suspect at most.

In my view, this is harmful. If the product does not work it will go nowhere. This is not what is happening here, though. Interested parties are coming onboard . Further, there are actually real scams out there. They are easy to find and the perpetraitors deserve to be held accountable, their victims made whole , yet for some reason this is the target for select few posters. Odd. Odd, but in a certain context very understandable, and expected.
You are smart to review evidence, to see for yourself what is happening here. One need not understand physics to get a proper sense of how to proceed.
