Thanks Rain. I'll let a few of my buds know who recommended I throw some resources this way a week ago. Note to self: Don't listen to my buds when it comes to penny stocks (LOL). They're great warfighters but extremely optimistic on the long shots.
Peace and Goodwill,

FLGRL, Thanks for the advice and sage insight. This is different territory for me as I'm used to the bigs. Thought I'd toil as a hobby and now find these boards a fascinating study... It's a shark's paradise and the newbie or tourist knows not what they're in to until they get burned by dreams of hitting it big. Sorry to admit it, but lurking for months is my first piece of advice for new folks--poaching is a bad idea as the majority of thoughts thrown out here have little if any substance. With 900+ folks dropping positive posts, the ignorant are drawn to dump money like a moth to a candle. With a B.A., MBA, and in school for my DBA, I find taking advantage of folks who are living on a prayer unconscionable.
Peace and Good Will,
SS1
Rain, I'm all about teaming with folks to get to the bottom of this fall-out. If I'm the new CEO, my name and integrity are all about who I am and will ever be... Am I to understand the new guy (Doug?) and the other dude are not running this effort to the betterment of the stakeholder, shareholder, and community? Does anyone have proof other than frustration? I'm all ears (w/ the exception of bob cox whose noise it literally a cry in the wilderness).
Peace and Goodwill,
SS1
Cred is gone in my books there little fella. Have a nice couple of weeks with the 10 folks left watching this board. Good thing it only cost me $500 to learn a valuable lesson. That's peanuts to help suss out the purveying of bad data.
Peace and Goodwill.
SS1
bob cox,
Is it possible there's nothing here and 10K is more a CYA for prior leadership? This is definitely an interesting study...your thoughts appreciated.
SS1
lowtrade,
You won a new follower Sir! I've been watching a few boards and they all have their opinions and philosophy--this far exceeds the rhetoric and careless promotion of a position without a basis or foundational explanation. Have a lot to learn here but I'm in.
Mentoring is not for everyone, and it's clear you have a strong set of followers. Hat's off.
SS1
low, also own HPGS which is an obvious victim of the natural gas degradation. That said, it seems there's some upside if they quadruple the number of worker in a few short months. I gather that to augment work in the southern NE area or Wyoming play. All that said, it appears interesting how we've reversed our position for the 80s-90s which focused on controlling the excavation of oil in the US.
Lots of interesting dynamics on the boards which is too much drama. I like your style. . . your in and out and not confrontational unless pushed. Thanks again and appreciate reading you posted,
SS1
lowtrade,
After going through your P&D lesson, I went searching for some additional examples. Reviewing the 3 month of GATA, I see the first candle wick, the second, and the third seemed to race beyond the X4 and X8. Your thoughts appreciated? In your opinion, is ATRN a dead animal which is milking new money from and old news story?
SS1
chade,
There's a reason for the balck-out and if the comapny was worried about it's survival, we'd be seeing something. This is an interesting ride (and lesson) for those of us who're still in at the .20's. One thing is certain, this isn't for the faint-hearted! Smiling.
SS1
Wallstreet,
What's your basis?
Thanks,
SS1
lowtrade,
These are great! Thanks for the mentoring.
SS1
Buckhunter,
Great post. Looking forward to seeing how things develop.
SS1
chade,
If I may ask, where are you getting an indication that's the plan here? Thanks in advance.
SS1
I'd be happy to see it go to .05 or .10.
SS1
Mary,
I find this discussion very thought provoking. Some folks get ignored when they post these kind of comments but you draw a crowd of commenters--wonder why that is . . .
SS1
Interesting post Doc. Not sure what led to all that but I wouldn't let it bother you. Not sure it's healthy to not fear something in your life. I happened to fear losing my wife of 30 years or one of my children. This stuff is paper so I'm thinking when this turns around, some of the previous posters who took their shots at you might have some PMs you'll need to share with the group. FILO
SS1
Thanks Doc. I can see the Definitive Agreement they signed and announced today (acquiring an 80% stake--gold concessions in Laos) is another PR move to gen cash (and dump shares). Interesting--let's hope ATRN does some moving up vice down this week.
SS1
Dr. P,
Scouting CATA and looks like some goods news today. Your thoughts? Thanks in advance.
SS1
Buckhunter,
I'll agree with the other response here--this is a well thought out and meaningful post that adds content to the discussion. Thanks for the informative post.
SS1
Thanks jim . . . Jeesh, right there in front of me.
Cheers,
SS1
jim,
How do you check for the # of followers?
Thanks.
SS1
Thanks for the quick replay. O.K. Stores have signs outside their establishment, not only to let folks know where they are, but for publicity. Web sites are no different. So, I would think your rationale for stating this isn't publicity requires a little more foundational thought and support. Just my two cents.
Thanks.
SS1
Ninja,
So what I read your position as: "
I'm not exactly sure what www.atrinsicspyder.com is going to be used for, but the countdown is nothing more than a WordPress plugin. The site was discovered by board members in much the same way that developers "discovered" possible new products and features from Apple by looking at Apple's iOS SDK. And just as Apple hasn't announced the iPad 3 or the iPhone 5/6/Magic (or whatever it'll be called), neither has Atrinsic announced the Spyder. So if it hasn't been announced, it's release date can be nothing more than conjecture (no matter how seemingly accurate said conjecture may be). There has been no public announcement about their product launch, therefore there hasn't been a delay as far as the public is concerned."
So what your saying is the little tag line and logo with "legs" is not a public announcement because there's not a news or press release? Further, is that logo and the Atrinsic name considered trademark or intellectual property? If so and the site isn't associated with the company I gather there's a potential for infringement?
Further, if I put a University of whatever banner in my front yard, is that not announcing to the public I have some position on the university? Nothing personal here, just trying to understand your thought process here.
Thanks in advance.
SS1
Greetings,
So what's really going on with this ice cream maker? TIA.
SS1
Mary,
Did you find anything in your research on why it tanked lately? TIA.
SS1
Sigh,
Thank you. Don't need to read about it, have knowledge of the movies from my earlier days. Those movies helped pave the way for many others--with a humorous twist and return to reality' "you play, you pay". Anyway. I like Light Media's current direction and will stay involved as long as they do not deviate from reaching out to inner-city youth.
Peace and God Bless
SS1
Baz,
No problem and yes it is.
Cheers,

How about solar is just unpopular right now based on the recent reports of missed revenues from over supply and questionable demand? FSLR's a recent dissappointer.
Renewables are here to stay, wind, garbage, water. or solar. It won't happen in the nest 24 hours, 5 days, or even 6 months IMHO. It could take 12-18 months of pain paying UK gas prizes and the restoration of incentives legitimately interest in our kids future. I don't promote for any companies and keep things short as all want the immediate recommendation. I have none so please don't take my posts as anything other than research and opinion.
Peace.
SS!
Ok. Might have an idea you all might help me with. I saw a sell and a byt for 175 shares at 45. I believe that was the last trade. The next day, we were at .45, .12. then .35; only returning to .12 today.
Not sure Kind N Play is going to be the investment we need to move this stock....has someone cleared the Aug DUI issue yet? I', a 60's baby so House Party and HP 2 were a riot. Not sure how they fit with inspirational radio and Gospel so it might have sent mixed messages to some of us.
All this is just my personal opinion and shouldn't be used as advise to go spend any money accept on a quiet date with you better half. Wishing you all the best...
Peace.

Boeing's had record sales for (2011). They stopped making 747 (100, 200-400s) and 757s which will are stalwart's in the air traffic business. If my research is still current, Boeing built some 460 &47 classics and another 1100+ 757s. Parts will be fall in the diminishing manufacturers spare (DMS) list and become obsolete. Thost parts (FAA certified) will command significant revenue and installing them a tad more. Now in the AvWorks piece of this process, they're like the "Hooptie" scalpers. My daughter and I once rebuilt a 76' fiat 1600. You really don't want to know what a Dad will do for his youngest when it comes to restoring cars...it's expensive. :-/
Anyway, these guess are worried about the "green" scene which makes me comfortable they can identify hazardous waste or pieces and parts you don't want to find chucked in a land-fill because it's an easy and cheap answer. Corporate social responsibility is huge these days and the environment tops the list of concerns across the UN, the US, and even third world countries. This is good stuff and the MM's, flickers, pickers, and scratchers (added the last one in as this lexicon of terms employed in pennystcoks is strikingly new and something what a study), might need to understand what it takes to dismantle and recycle an airborne platform (not a 57 Chevy or 76 Fiat).
Finally, NO, I don't get paid for this and I don't give stock advice. I work in aircraft and spent 26 years in a uniform --20 of which were overseas and 6 1/2 in combat zones.
Peace to all.
SS1
Lol! Peel back the history to find the P&D team.
Peace to all.
SS1
Hoping ATRN didn't attract their client base on the promise of source code you can purchase on-line for a surprising sum. As there's not particulars available for stock owners (which I personally find odd), one is living in a village of interested partners outside the castle walls. Hard to believe a West Point Grad was ever taught to forget his supporting cast.
Peace.

Stockpicker, if I have the correct vector on posts on this site that have provided some thoughts on what Spyder is suppose to do, one might want to consider the collective effort to stop these trackers from gathering personal data and habits in and about the global network. Obviously this data gathering arachnid has not been released yet so it most likely is ensuring it doesn't violate any potential FCC or FOIA rules. Perhaps they're working through licenses and approvals to launch? Regardless, this is an media/ad company and if folks believe this is their saving grace, they might be foresaken. The clients (companies) on this site wouldn't risk their reputation and the horrendous fall-out of being in cahoots with a P&D.
Bottom line: Standing firm and helping boost this stock back into the NASDAQ might be worth considering. If not, get out? Just my two cents, but it ceems clear to me.
Peace
SS1
Dude, is there a shooter on the grassy knoll and gun casings that aren't traceable to a registered weapon? Wow, no bad on the creative link but seriously?
SS1
H,
Appreciate the vectors! Wish you the best as well.
Peace.
SS1
Peace and get's some sleep. Thin about what we talked about.
SS1
Guessing shorts will become a factor if folks hold, eh? Never shorted...how long can you hold a margin position on a short before you get the call? Thanks.
SS1
bamafire1976, if I may comment. Your comments are well rec'd and appreciated from a newbies standpoint. Perhaps if we all provided some form of reference to qualify our statements vice a matter of, "it's my opinion and I carry these credentials to prove I'm know what I'm talking about" might be beneficial. Unfortunately establish in a taxonomy or protocol in which to communicate would not be acceptable for those whom I believe you're targeting in your comments.
Check your emotions and speak from a grounded position. It appears your coming form the position of emotional please which aren't always accepted in or outside this forum. Just some advice. Also , attack the comment/act, not the people.
Peace.

Anybody know the kumbaya song or the one one by WAR, "why can't we be friends?" Hmmmm a little and pray we all aren't fragged come Thursday morning when if the Spyder dude (or gal) isn't eclipsing the expectations on this board?
Credibility is all you have in a collaborative on-line environment and you earn that under the moniker you take. Yeah, you screw someone to make a buck, you lose the moniker you most likely want, and exchange it for another. Integrity is something you don't trade, IMHO. The pendulum tends to swing both ways and you reap what you sew. Now, that said, attacking folks for their opinions is unacceptable. As many have said, this is entertainment. If you're making stock buying decisions off the comments made here, I haven't seen one post that states, "take my word for it, I'm culpable." In fact, they all absolve themselves from any such advice.
Finally, I'm new here and should not yet have an opinion, but I like some of the posters style, wit, waggery, and historical posts (yes, you can research those on the profile). Enough said for what is shaping up to be a fine 36 hours of pressure on the boards. Hope this works out for all and we all are here in two or three days...singing Pink Floyd's Money.
Peace
SS1
Flounder, I can see your point here but let's face it. If it has to do with business operations or has a potential for impacting those operations, I'm not in agreement they'd releases in the middle of the week. Granted, we're in a cross-border integration (sub-globalization) environment and one could argue what is the best day or time in a 7 day week to release. Unfortunately, the pontification and guestimations of why they picked 1 March 2400 is interesting in itself. Last post for the night--reading these posts have provided a little insight as to why business people feast on the little guys and get away with it.
Peace.
