i grabbed 170k shares today to throw on the existing pile. at these rock bottom prices i just couldnt resist. the level 2 is so thin we will see pennies and multi-pennies when EQLB starts updating existing and potentially new share holders. tic tic tic... kaboom!

not sure, but another decent volume day. if this keeps up we will be churning upward in share price. with this new base forming and add a catalyst EQLB will be valued at a more correct market cap.

sadly, it seems that i was right on the reverse split amendment. 1-1000 sucks.

wow! somebody is really loading the boat on EQLB. good bid support at .0035. makes me think we could see some very good upward action on EQLB product update. i would guess we aren't that far off from that happening either.

wow i just nailed 230k shares at .0022! what a freaking bonus! Even at .0066 its a triple. And that will not be a hard number to attain when the news starts flowing... errr when the management finally decides to get it's azz in gear and start letting us in on what real value our shares actually have.

i spoke with f. jeffrey krupka the ceo of lxxi. he confirmed it was the r/s. but whatever, im not here to convince people to sell or buy. what i do know is i almost exclusively use secretary of state pages in purchasing sub penny stocks and have a lot of experience with them. my guess is its either a split or a addition of authorized shares.

if you look at the amendment of the original name change on 8-31-12 when it went from carbon jungle to global new energy it did not have an "effective date". the amendment itself is the effective date with name changes. i did not mention a possible split with this amendment as a fear mongering tactic or as a bash. as an example of why this may be a split, check out LXXI. they did a r/s this fall where it was filed with nevada sos in the same way. no numbers just an amendment with an effective date. i also got caught up in that one, fortunately it was only a 1 for 20 r/s, so not that bad. check it out.

they filed an amendment with a 12-14-12 effective date. doesnt say what it is but i will be treading cautiously. these tend to be splits of some sort, sadly they didnt publicize what the amendment is.

Crap, i wanted those shares sold today. I saw the low ball ask last nite, forgot to put in a order today. oh well. Kodiak I know you think this won't "climb back" but remember Mo is not a share diluter so the potential to see this in multiple pennies is still there. Can you imagine what his account looks like on these swings? I bet he has 150 million shares. From .0002 to .012 would look hella nice in the account with that many shares. Anyways I'm hanging tough with my shares and have been adding as many as I can, when I can. The fact that they have a real product and will be introducing another real product to market (liquid) is gonna be nice. Granted EQLB at this point sucks as far as having a platform for shareholder information. I hope that that changes when EQLB goes "online" "active" or whatever you wanna call it. I also hope that we see more than press release when it's time. I'd like to see a PR on the liquid. I'd like to see one on contracts and future sales projections. And one on anything else new at EQLB.

Trust me when i say this... that day will come when we finally get a peek at whats happening behind the scenes. Ive met Maurice and can say with the ultimate confidence that there is a plan and that it will be consummated all in due time.

So i took over the moderator position for the EQLB board. Looking forward to some good things happening here. I have been accumulating as many shares as possible for the eventual releasing of the plan for moving the company forward. Everyday that passes by without news is one day closer to us getting the good stuff.

yes kudos to him on being an up to date sec filer. very rare down here in sub-penny land. i consider that to be the first step. as far as the ce status im not really sure what needs to be done there. in reading some past posts among other things it seems that before rhodes took over, there was a 3rd party "promotion" put forth by someone in some far flung oriental port city. i suspect sometime in the next year they will have it ready and will start dropping news. with the share structure on rxac this thing could blow 10 bagger easily. and im ready!

Trust me I only get the same information as everybody else thru his twitter and facebook. I've met Mo so I do consider him an acquaintance and am not afraid to call him. Hes a nice guy, not rude and very easy to talk to. I would suggest to anybody worried about their ownership stake in EQLB shares to give him a call sometime or just sell. His passion for EQLB is genuine and ultimately that will show in the success of the company as well as interest in shareholder ownership. This one is on auto-pilot for me. Patience pays with companies like this, real product, non-dilution. Super small public float and moves on air.

I spoke with Mo on Friday for a couple of minutes. He's pretty busy so it was a very brief phone call. Still got all my shares and am patiently waiting to see where the future of this company is going. Had some EQ tabs yesterday, the strawberry ones. Yum!
