Actually its not still running. It is on the Expert Market now which means no trading. I am sure JB is trying to figure out how to turn the ATM back on. He says he is working on getting it current again. But it won't be anytime soon. No one cares anymore.

I think they need to get current and out of this grace period first.
It feels like someone asking if someone laying dying in a hospital bed if they were an Olympic hopeful if they blinked their eyes. LOL

I know I would love to believe something is up, but it feels like the same old story. Fingers are crossed however.

Maybe its a dud, but the price will dictate reality. I would take a dud at a penny anytime.
So at no-bid with news or at our current price without news. I feel good that the market is pricing the way they deem the future to be at this time.

Normally buying will come in before any news is announced. If we see that, maybe the company actually has something going behind the scenes. The volume will have to be a lot more though.
We see a little today, but there must be a lot of shares hidden by the MM's because it didn't put a dent in the ask size. If the bid comes back, that also will be a good sign.
Unfortunately Frank has gone silent which gives the market the impression he has moved on or given up.

The wall at the 4's is coming down and the 5's look very thin. This could be the end of the cheap prices soon.
We'll see soon enough. Of course, if we get an official announcement, all bets are off.

I am not quite sure why the MM keep the ask size so high. They can hide the size if they want to attract some buying, but choose to keep it stacked up.

I am not sure if there is any logic behind it or it just isn't worth it to them anymore.

I am still here. I read every day. Unfortunately there is nothing for me to say. I have tried to reach out to JB for months. He won't answer me which sends me a signal that there is nothing to say or going on behind the scenes.
I feel deceived for the most part. I still am most likely the largest retail shareholder because I trusted that JB was doing the right things.

Bid is up to 134M at .0003. That is saying something. I guess people can wait for an official announcement to buy. I bet the price won't be here when they do.

In any case, that seems to be the situation for now. Believe that Blagman, Ted and Jason will make it happen or don't believe. It's a free country. Why argue about what we don't know for sure.

The reality that we are at 141m on the bid at .0003. And that Blagman has said publicly that they are working on getting this done.

You are spot on with this point. We need to weed them out first. Some amateur traders will get left in the dust at some point trying to make a few extra bucks.

Always a tough decision when you have a big profit at the current price. I have had occasions when I sold, only to watch the stock soar to much higher prices. In some cases, life changing numbers that I missed out on. This one looks like the real deal with big name players involved. I'm holding. The volume is telling the story.

How can we see volume at the .0001's and little to no volume at the .0002's from the retail buyer and be at a no-bid ? If so, did the retailer sell all of their stock at a loss? Or was it from convertible debt or insiders? Either way, it is a bad look.
I have asked the insiders to buy up all of the float so the stock could at least have a bid. They have refused. The very reason we are at a no-bid with no volume. Because the insiders don't have 100% confidence in the stock either. A little frustrating since I have become a bigger shareholder.

I would guess he will be back since we started posting again. He only stopped because no one else was posting. I hope you are right though.
It is nauseating to see lies repeatedly.

IO was just a quicker version of Cannazall. Where Hemplife turned into Cannazall and they lasted for years, IO came and went within months.
It feels like that this was his last chance to do something with the stock. Him and insiders were able to grab 2.7 billion more shares.
Maybe he is doing something behind the scenes, but his silence tells the story. Too bad.

JB has asked for us to patient, but now we are going on years for anything to happen. Even the latest new company (IO) of him trying to put something together has gone silent for over a year now with all the supposedly underlining positive assets are also gone too. No KL, no building, no $5m in revenues. His silence now says it all. Nothing good to tell us.
Now all the company has going for it is the endless posting from SH. Pretty sad state of affairs.

JB's puppet keeps you informed on a daily basis. Twice a day. It's always new information and he never repeats himself.

Great campaign. Having a spammer post over and over again with no news coming from the company itself. By the administrator's policy to avoid spamming, he is allowed 2 a day, so that means he will get one more after my post.

It's a sad situation on what has happened to this stock over the years. I was a big ally of JB for years. He had a lot of great opportunities to really turn his company into something big. Unfortunately greed prevented things to turn out the way that would have benefited everyone. He made a lot of money, but nothing like it could have been for him. Maybe ignorance came into play by taking bad advice.

He always communicated with me even when I called him out on things I didn't like. No insider information, but reassurances of doing what he was reporting. He seemed to be trying to turn this into something big while communicating with him, but over the years the mistakes and greed has all but done us in.

But now, he has decided to ignore me. It only tells me one thing. He has nothing good to report.

JB- please reach out to me if you plan on setting the record straight and still want to turn things around.

The only way we'll know things are legit is when the insiders stop selling and let the stock run.
Until then, it is all about how many shares they can sell into the market. At this point, all your money that you put into a buy goes straight into the insider's pockets.

After all the supposed great news they put out and we are back to a no-bid. It figures when you know the past history of the insiders involved.

As long as there are actual revenues, they will make sure all the expenses cover all of the revenues.

My guess is that UBQU still is using the IO name and will report revenues from that entity.
My guess is it will continue on as a web based business or I guess a possibility of some leased space in the old building that was sold as Chip79 mentioned.

As long as IO is generating any revenues, I predict that JB will keep it alive as long as possible. Judgements against it would probably not shut it down for now. JB's name is probably not connected to the entity to protect him but he would still skim off the revenues and stock sales.

We will see on the filing how they are carrying on.

If you remember. Last year they filed on June 11. Over a month early. It was because they had come up with the IO story and they were desperate to sell as many shares as possible while the story was hot.
Fast forward one year and they file late because they have no story to tell.

Even though it is a despicable business in the penny stock world, once one understands that this is the nature of things, it makes it a little less frustrating.
It's like holding a rattle snake or scorpion and not understanding why they bite or sting you. It's only their nature.
