gross= $593,219.43
cost of sales= $148,304.86
revenue after sales should be $444,914.57
for some reason the accountant added instead of subtract here?
total exspenses $279,702.21
net income should read $165,212.36 not $461,212.08

just my thoughts!

I had no trouble at Vanguard on this.

What worries me the most is that the last qtr financial statements were no way done by a accountant with 12yrs experience.The balance sheet didn't balance and the income statement did not add up. My dog could have done a better job.

6.1m shares were issued in payment of pre existing debt that was unknown by the current ownership team.
19m shares were issued in payment for services in the year 2011
15m shares were issued in payment of pre existing debt (2 yrs old)

Did anyone go through last quarter numbers (balance sheet,income statement)?

I have a pretty good track record for picking winners and holding on for the long hual. Right or wrong I will wait and see and buy more on the dips. It will pay off in the end. they always have for me in the past.

They will if they want to move up to the actual OTCBB. I will wait.

But that is again is not been proven one way or other as of yet, so there for just a rummer. I will wait it out and see. The real numbers will show up soon enough. Untill then its all hear say and not facts. I want actual facts.
