Rampage is straight ballin'!
Oldengray, Say that is the case and the price spikes how much could it spike you think?
Scottrade works for me. as well as Fidelity...FYI
What are the chances of another company buying mslp to avoid bankruptcy?
Dude, nobody said anything about not letting theser guys get paid. C'mon man, quit twisting things up. People just think a 150K or 200K salary should suffice for a CEO or president in company like this. Its called realistic, I don't know why you would backup these guys giving themselves 100K dollar raises??! That makes no sense, and it does make a huge difference in the financials, especially when they were only at 3.5mil this past quarter...
Well said traeday... only time will tell, and i hope its all positive news in the next year or so...
I couldn't agree more with you... these 2 guys are destroying this company. I love this company's brand and products but this salary crap is just crazy. I don't know how some people on this board can justify the crazy raises these guys are giving themselves. Proves this company has terrible "management" and that term I use very lightly...
I know exactly what Im talking about. I think you talking shows how much you shouldnt be on this board. Answer me this, If you dont like this stock why are you on this board?!!! Answer it.
NEED AN ANSWER TO THAT QUESTION ASAP.
"Gelatin (or gelatine) is a translucent, colorless, brittle (when dry), flavorless solid substance, derived from the collagen inside animals' skin and bones. It is commonly used as a gelling agent in food, pharmaceuticals, photography, and cosmetic manufacturing. Substances containing gelatin or functioning in a similar way are called gelatinous. Gelatin is an irreversibly hydrolysed form of collagen, and is classified as a foodstuff and therefore carries no E Number [1] [2]. It is found in some gummy candies as well as other products such as marshmallows, gelatin dessert, and some low-fat yogurt. Household gelatin comes in the form of sheets, granules, or powder. Instant types can be added to the food as they are; others need to be soaked in water beforehand."
Basically this is telling you that... Gelatin that is used in food and industry, is collagen that has been irreversibly hydrolyzed. Hence we can deduct from this statement that Hydrolyzed Collagen is Gelatin, gelatin is hydrolyzed Collagen.
My facts are straight sucka.... answer me this, do you think 12 oz of cocacola just comes from some syrup? No, the majority of it is water not syrup. Just like in this case, water and "hydrolyzed collagen" are the base in muscle gel. You think what you want little guy. Obviously you can't read simple ingredients. Show me where MP admitted this??! Quit spreading false information and stop using my lines chump.
Codie you couldn't be more wrong. MuscleGel's first ingredient is water. Second is hydrolyzed collagen. Third ingredient is Whey protein isolate. Water and hydrolyzed collagen is for the base to get a gel substance. With out it it would just be liquid. In no shape or form are they sending out "collagen protein". So please get your facts straight bud. Last time I checked Whey Protein Isolate is one of the purest forms or protein available. Case closed. I win, you lose.
Well honestly I saw this company and researched it a good bit but after being in it awhile I see these CEO's just wanting to get their ego's stroked by being around celeb athletes... And most of all mis-managing "our" money. Thats my concern.
Trust me Im still in this company cause I believe it has a great potential future. Its been getting great market share and brandname awareness. But Im just not sold on the management. Have a good one bro.
Squirel, Let me first say that I'am long on MSLP I like their products and gameplan, they are going hard with the brand awareness. Great.
I think my concern as well as others is this. The management shouldn't give themselves raises for raking in massives losses on the books. Yeah they have been doing a lot these past few years. But bottomline is this is a public company that needs profits. That's like me opening a company and then just paying myself a huge salary when my company doesn't make any worthwhile money to support my huge salary. Its called "excessive" and these meatheads are the epitome of this.
I guess that wouldn't hurt, but most people would probably just go to a Walmart or any other store and buy glucosmine chondrotin, probably be a lot cheaper. But hey wouldn't hurt for them to have that...
I agree with you, I follow mma fairly closely and haven't noticed them on the mat anymore but they are still plastered on the shorts of fighters(hopefully doesn't cost to much$)
oh by the way, the first product I have tried was musclegel and it was pretty decent, gotta try the protein powder next.
Neuronal, have you tried any musclepharm products?
Neuronal, I really want to see this stock do well just like you...I mean I own shares, so please don't think this is bashing I'm just frustrated is all. The positive revenue growth is great! But what I think you are slightly overlooking is the massive amount of debt that they cannot keep growing and trying to finance. And I totally understand the agressive marketing they have been paying for, but at some point you need to wind it down and get serious about cutting expenses or else it can be game over very soon! And that is all I'm worried about right now, you gotta admit building a gym so rampage and other fighters can train is not the best business ROI....lol
So what your saying is MSLP is soon to be "proper f*d"?
Nizzle, I agree that the spending has gotten way out of hand....Management needs to start actin' like management and start cutting the excessive spending. I mean the base sales are there now along with brand awareness. Business 101, reduce expenses and increase revenue, they got 1 of the 2 down.
Andy, explain to me how spongetech was a scam? I truley am curious to know what happened with them. Also, I agree with you for the most part, Mslp is a good long term bet, but right now how they are spending(gyms, endorsements, etc.) They could very well go bankrupt...which is my biggest fear. I'm in this thing for the longhaul, hoping one day it will get back to the dollar range, if it can survive this long bump in the road.
I totally agree with you ryan. And I think its actually a good thing them cutting back on advertising costs. They just can't promote that hard and that long.
All ya'll chill out... can someone answer me this. All the other supplement brands like BSN, Dymatize, ON nutrition, etc etc etc, all those companies are private. Is their any comapnies that are public like MSLP? And if their are, what are their sales like and PPS that we could use as a reference and timeline for mslp?
