I agree. It's ridiculously overvalued.
The real tragedy is the loss of what's turned out to be a great, predictable and volatile penny stock. It might take a few years for it to sink down into the pennies again, unless GC issues a billion new shares a month from now.
Any other pennies out there similar to AMBS I can migrate to?
You think this is a good entry point for a quick gain over the next week or so? Or do you think it'll sink some more tomorrow? Wish I would have jumped in a few weeks ago at .045. Feel like I missed the AMBS 2015 party.
That leaves 3k for the minions (cleaning lady, pizza parties, etc). They run a tight ship over at AMBS.
"As of March 31, 2015, the Company had total current assets of $611,000 consisting of $109,000 in cash and cash equivalents and $403,000 in prepaid expenses and other current assets."
And he makes 225k/year. His dad probably makes 178k/year, which accounts for the 403k in 'prepaid expenses'.
What is Gerald's salary? Just wondering how much he makes considering the pathetic cash situation of AMBS.
What makes anyone think he's fit to be in any role, much less President?
Nevermind. I got the pdf.
Link? I've searched Zack's. No mention of a 1.50 target that I can see.
I agree with you regarding the team that has joined. I just hope that GC doesn't scare them off with his lackluster performance as a CEO. He should not have set such high expectations with regards to uplisting, or bloviating of LymPro commercialization by year end. I think the best thing that could happen to AMBS right now is his replacement with someone more credible.
I got out over a month ago but am looking for a good re-entry point. I keep reading comments about getting in at under the 200 day MA. Not sure if this theory is going to hold water this time around.
As for the bounce... late afternoon fluff PR.
What makes you think that other milestones won't be missed? And what makes you think LymPro revenue will begin next year? Serious questions. GC hasn't done very well in meeting expectations. Not sure why anyone would still have confidence that he won't disappoint again. He has a bad habit of overpromising and underdelivering. Not a good quality to see in a CEO.
<bull$hit>Indeed. I just finished an email convo with GC. Says there's EPIC news coming in two weeks. $100 pps, here we come!! </bull$hit>
Any guesses on the bottom?
This stinks. I sold half of my position yesterday (50k shares) amid that panic. What's left is profits, but still sucks to see 40% of profits gone.
Anyone have any guesses as to where the bottom is? I'm hoping for a small bounce in the AM before getting out for good. GC, the tweeting CEO, has really shown how worthless of a CEO he is. Props to joboggi for seeing through the BS. And to dsw for showing me the real way to make money off of AMBS. Many lessons learned.
How does one find out when front loading is occurring by MR? Or do you only find out after they release it in a newsletter?
I missed that. Only looked at the list of presenters. Thanks for the heads up.
Thank you
Is AMBS crashing the stage at the UN? I don't see them listed as presenters for this thing...

If they had such an audience in Copenhagen, why not release the ground breaking numbers there?
I checked out historical prices for ELTP during it's run from under .10 to almost 1.00 over a few weeks span in early 14' and it experienced the same type of thing. Half a dozen or so retraces during it's run. Hoping this is part of a similar pattern.
And I'm not saying AMBS is guaranteed to do what ELTP did, but nothing wrong with a little wishful thinking!
I figured that. I doubt Gerald would ever do something that stupid. I was just surmising that the recent spike (and drop) was a result of StockRoach's antics.
AMBS was alerted by StockRoach the night before last, and then again yesterday. It attracted a lot of flippers. I wouldn't be surprised if the increased volume from the past few trading days was SR loading up, and now dumping.
Not a good thing that AMBS is being pumped by anyone like this. Puts it in a bad light. Hopefully some legit news will trump this type of stuff.
AMBS getting mention on StockRoach.com. I'm assuming this will attract a lot of flippers that aren't already here.
Is the science behind AMBS's potential so profound and groundbreaking that it outweigh's the seemingly immature behavior of a tweeting CEO who's filed 10-K's late, twice? I'm not trying to be facetious. I'm wondering if any potential partners view these repeat offenses by a young CEO as show stoppers. If he can't manage to get a filing out on time, what would he not get done when we partner with him?
Or, is the science so mind blowing that a partner would likely put up with this guy just to get in the door on AMBS's science?
Or not worried because he doesn't own any shares.
How many times has AMBS filed anything late in the last 24 months?
As JP stated, it's a must if one of the goals is uplisting. Given that whether or not a 10k gets submitted is solely on the shoulders of AMBS management, it says alot about how seriously management takes the uplisting goal. And if they don't take that goal too seriously, what other goals do they not take seriously?
With Scottrade, you do need a limit order to buy anything under $1.
dsw, I asked you some questions a few days ago and you didn't address anything. Seems all you do is come around every now and then to just make random claims about how sucky AMBS is and how the pps will fall below .06. Why don't you ever post evidence backing your claims? What's your motivation? You seem bitter about something.
Warp, thanks for the reply. Much appreciated. I am in AMBS, hopefully long term. Happy to see some folks take the time to reply with rational answers.
dsw, I think you bring up some good points. Specifically regarding how unknown LymPro seems to be (shareholders emailing publications about LymPro vs. AMBS' 'world class management'). My question to you is... do you think AMBS has turned into a fraud? Do you think LymPro is bunk and Gerald and co are just milking AMBS for as long as they can? Or do you think LymPro is real, but will not be nearly as successful as anyone else on this board thinks it will be?
I read the article Tanis posted where Dr. Stern states that a blood test is 5-10 years away. How is it possible that the BU Dr. who allegedly worked with AMBS on testing LymPro says a blood test is 5-10 years away, yet AMBS says that their blood test is on track for commercialization in 2014? Is it just a case of parted opinions? Or is it some unimaginable scenario where the Dr. is completely unaware of what AMBS is doing, despite being allegedly involved with AMBS' ambitions?
Looking for legit answers from anyone. And please don't start the 'basher' nonsense.
I think this is being pumped by Stock Roach tomorrow (out of ELTPs control of course). Anyone have any idea if that typically results in a spike or a selloff?
Note that ELTP did not pop on any specific news. Just a build up of hype about upcoming ART. They aren't on track to even commercialize any potential ART until 2015, I believe.
This stuff trades on hype/emotion. I forgot I even owned ELTP until I saw it going into the .20's. I have a feeling I'll need to forget about AMBS for a while before I see anything exciting happen with it. Not a big deal. It's less stressful that way anyway.
I sat on ELTP shares for 3 long years and recently bailed after it took off to .9x. I got out on it's way down at .67. Made a great profit, but it got frustrating seeing it decline day after day. To be expected after a 7 hundred percent spike.
Came into AMBS hoping to go for a similar ride. I have no idea if the same catalysts exist here. It takes a lot of hype I imagine. Volume on AMBS is a lot less than what was going on with ELTP. You never know... AMBS might pick up steam.
Because AMBS is on a winning streak?
Hahaha!!! Most of these replies are what I expected. I'm part of some concerted effort to thwart longs. Right.
It's an observation. I was watching similar banter go on while SFIO went for a ride a while back. Gonna be rich! Dollar land! SFIO was a sham, of course. And ELTP is a real company with real potential.
For the record, I'm long on ELTP. Been sitting on it for 3 years with a .15 average. Just wondering if this is being taken for a ride and whether to expect a legitimate bounce. Or if I'll be sitting on it for another 2 years wishing I'd sold in the .90's.
As for Nasrat's favorite company that he may or may not have met with... I'm assuming you're talking about Actavis.
It's still down quite a bit for today.... and yesterday. A lot of talk of going to dollar land, but this is acting a lot like a P&D. That, coupled with endless pumping during disastrous drop in price, makes it really feel like a P&D.
