Is the Dubai news expected to drop in "early" January?

I think we break over 0.03 after Dubai news released. Until then we are probably stuck at .027 resistance

One of the requirements to uplist on the NASDAQ is to trade at $4 per share mini, per Investopedia. How is this possible without a reverse split?

This is much more than a dip, folks. This is a major selloff- although i remain bullish longterm, this isnt fun. What is the support, .014 or do we crash below .01?

.0217 resistance. I think we close near .025 on Monday. 0.05 will take at least another couple weeks.

Based on Reinharz' last comments, the Q's are not coming anytime soon and no more rental news until April. Doesn't leave much of a catalyst until late Feb. Dead money for now.

While I applaud the CEO's efforts to grow deals, sign deals, etc. He has made no effort deliver financial filings on time. We are now at least 2 Q's delayed. The CEO made a vague update about possibly putting out a year-end report in late February- actions speak louder than words, Steve. We don't have firm answers on the notes/debt nor the share structure. The answer is either "soon" and somebody on here saying, "next week" or wait until 2019. Meanwhile the stock price is going sideways, with a short term bounce after a fluff PR, only to retreat again.

I'm reducing my position by half and putting it into another concern which IS up-to-date with their financials and with several weeks worth of positive momentum. OMVS is dead money for the tme being.

Financial filings are not s priority for this company. The CEO never gives a straight answer, other than "soon". Now he hints at a late Feb date. Watch him miss that too.

If also agree with Cheds. The company is great at fluff PRs. But where's the beef? I want the updated share structure, debt obligations, etc. What is the new OS? Is it approaching the 500M range? How about a little less pumping and some real info from the company/CEO.

The is worst OTC merger ever. The CEO lies; he never talks about the toxic debt and this continues to be a dilution machine. Can't wait for the next fluff PR.
