yes, that would be, but right now most people probably cant put any sell orders in. Most brokers will require at least a day before they settle the reverse split. That's probably an ask from one of the MM's. Do you have Level 2 and can you see which MM's have bids/asks?

However, the good news for anyone who hangs in here to see what goes down; after the 1-20 split the public float will be, at my estimation, 87,500 shares. The outstanding share count will be 2.3 million.

They would have to register new shares if they wanted to provide any liquidity. Not sure what the goal is with this plan. Usually it's best to have at least 1 million shares in the public float to provide the liquidity. If you don't have enough shares the spread becomes too large.

You've got bigger balls than I do. Had I seen a 1-3, or even a 1-5 split, I would have more hope. At 1-20, I can only see that as giving the current shareholders the shaft. That's something usually reserved for shell companies, not profitable businesses like CLAD.

Well I guess I'll get my Christmas wish of $1/share...just not the way I had hoped.

1-20 R/S coming. Crap, unless there's something in the works behind this, which I have my doubts, this is not good for us holders.

On October 9, 2014, the Board of Directors authorized the submission of a Certificate of Change/Amendment to the Nevada Secretary of State in which the Company sought to affect a reverse split of its common stock at the rate of 1 for 20 for the purpose of increasing the per share price for the Company's stock in an effort to attract future investors who might otherwise shy away from a good company because of its low stock price. This filing was submitted to FINRA on October 9, 2014 and the Company is currently in the process of providing documentation to FINRA to effectuate the reverse split, which is expected to become effective following the filing of this Current Report. The Certificate of Change is attached as Exhibit 10.01.

Another one of Chin's shells that seems to be coming alive as of late is QMIS. It was trading at .10 (granted very little) for the last several months. As of today it's $1.25 x $1.50. Very little volume though, so be careful if you decide to jump in.

QMIS, $1.30x1.50. At least they filed late notice on 7/30. They're way late on the March 31 filing. Still...something seems to be brewing. (VERY jumpy stock, no volume, shell).
