I agree! Long-term members like TJG and oldstocks have provided the best DD for years, and I truly appreciate their contributions. This is one of the BEST BOARDS on iHub, with so many experienced, savvy traders here, which tells me they’re in it for the big money.
The due diligence I share is simply my contribution to the team effort. Teamwork Makes The Dream Work! Honestly, so much valuable information has already been provided by the long-term holders here. Thank you to everyone who has shared DD with the board, and a special thanks to all my friends who joined over the past few days. I truly appreciate everyone’s input!
The dilution here is over. No new shares have been issued since the last 10-Q. As promised, I’ll post a detailed analysis for the board tonight. CTCN has no shares, he can step away easily. Don’t let him intimidate you.
I’m holding tight for the BIG NEWS.
$UNQL reported $8.2 million EBITDA in 2023. For 2024, they posted a $7.1 million loss solely due to the failed SPAC merger, which cost $9.33 million. Without this one-time expense, EBITDA would realistically be around $2.2 million. The adjusted EBITDA would have been $5.37 million if not for one-time costs, including over $3 million for the termination of the uplisting and $9 million for the SPAC termination. These losses are ONE TIME non-recurring. Looking forward to reviewing the 10-Q and future financials.

James E. Honan the founder has stepped down, which seems to be final. It’s clear that Mike Balkin, who has the capital, has taken full control of the company. At this point, James is likely serving as interim CEO, and merger details should be coming soon. We don’t yet know who the merger partner will be, but we know James prefers a merger over a buyout. In the past, James structured several merger attempts that didn’t work out. In the last PR release, he mentioned working on other opportunities, which led us to believe there is another merger to replace the one he terminated.
We are diligently working on other opportunities and will provide updates to the market as we execute against our strategy to acquire and manage technology assets.
We want to remind you that OneMindNG is a member of Hikvision's TPP (Technology hashtag#Partners Program), listed as the hashtag#orchestrator solution for Smart Cities, Safety and Security, Transportation, Infrastructures, and other Smart Industries.
$AFFU +103.45% This is nothing yet. My first target is .03 and beyond .05 .10 here is why. I’m willing to give you a hint here: Those who don’t do their due diligence will never understand why I’ve invested so much time and effort studying this company. This one is virtually a guaranteed huge winner. The founder resigned. A buyout might even be in play. If Balkin structures a new merger, it could be massive. Let’s not forget he recently led a merger with a $2.2 billion private healthcare company.
On top of that. Don’t overlook the strategic partnership with Dell Technologies. For those who haven’t looked closely, let me make it clear; we’re not partnering to use Dell’s tech. It's the other way around. Dell has the rights to market and sell OneMind Technologies' products globally under their November 30, 2022, partnership agreement. This means Dell is actively promoting and distributing OneMind’s solutions worldwide.
Let that sink in: Dell is the one marketing and selling OneMind Technologies' products globally, THAT IS MASSIVE. Now, ask yourself, can you find another stock with AI technologies tied to Dell and involved in NEOM's $500 billion smart city project? So, consider this: could OneMind be a buyout candidate for Dell?
On November 30, 2022 the Company announced that it had entered into a strategic partnership
with Dell Technologies Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement Dell Technologies was
granted the rights to market and sell OneMind Technologies products on a world-wide basis.

Welcome2Pinkyland in the house. Welcome aboard bro. Exciting timed ahead.

Last night, I looked into what the MM BBAR is up to, and you beat me to it. I completely agree with your perspective. I’m really excited and waiting for some thrilling news. It’s definitely on the way, and it’s just a matter of time!
Haha, this is shaping up to be a really interesting stock to hold long-term. In my humble opinion, there are only two scenarios that are likely to happen: a merger or a buyout. There’s really no other option. People need to start thinking outside the box. What would compel the founder to give up control of his company?
I just got home from the hospital. Confirmed, that all the notes issued from 2022 through June 30, 2024, have been converted. There are only 5,400,000 restricted shares remaining, held by two individuals: Michael Balkin with 5,000,000 shares and Keith Porter with 400,000 shares. As promised, I’ll provide more details and post them here later tonight.
Good morning! Great to have you here. First, please read my sticky above. If you still have questions after that, I’ll do my best to answer them.

I’m doing this not out of obligation but because I genuinely enjoy helping. Frankly, this stock is exceptionally rare, and my due diligence post speaks for itself. I don’t need to convince anyone that it’s a good investment.
I’ll go over this in detail, step by step. For those without a financial background, understanding AFFU’s issued notes can be challenging.
To answer your question. OneMind Technologies, and the potential buyout and merger are the value here.
It’s late now, and I need some rest, but I’ll post the analysis for you and everyone to review tomorrow night.

The OTC has been quiet for years, but now it’s starting to see a little volume again. People are smarter these days, looking for solid OTC stocks with strong fundamentals, which are incredibly hard to find. I don’t just pick random stocks; any stock I share has to meet my strict requirements. I don’t jump from one stock to another in a pump-and-dump cycle. My time is too valuable for small gains. I’d rather focus on one stock and aim for a big win.
About 85% of my money is in big-board stocks. Recently, I made serious gains on a Trump stock, calling it at the bottom in the $12s, took profits, and now hold free shares. Of course, I’ve had some misses too.
Logic tells me the founder wouldn’t step down unless a deal is finalized. After all, why announce that you’re no longer the owner unless there’s already a buyer and a completed merger/acquisition agreement? The statement quoted below indicates the company is actively pursuing opportunities aligned with its technology assets and has committed to updating the market as progress is made, which they already demonstrated by announcing the change in control. Now, we await further updates on the acquisition or merger. Tomorrow, I’ll be at the hospital for a full checkup, but I’ll check in if I have time.
We are diligently working on other opportunities and will provide updates to the market as we execute against our strategy to acquire and manage technology assets.

Rotflmao:)) Research only gives a guideline on fundamentals. None of that matters if the company is diluting shares and failing to execute its business plan.
Appreciate the kind words.
I’ve loaded up in anticipation of the merger/buyout. If you haven’t done your deep research, this stock might not be for you. Have a great day.
Exactly, he doesn’t have the shares. There’s only one note issued for 25M shares, but it’s restricted for a minimum of 6 months. I wouldn’t be interested in the stock if it was still subject to toxic dilution.
We’re well aware of that change. It was discussed here weeks ago. The dilution market maker is now out of the picture.

If OTCN has shares, why doesn't he fill the bid? The FAKE LONG and weak-handed retail are the bid whackers.
At this point, I am waiting for the MERGER/BUYOUT NEWS. It's coming...just a matter of time.
I'm a straight shooter who always keeps my promises and doesn’t mess around for a few extra coins chump change. I've posted each buy for transparency and shared with the board how many shares I’ve put on the bid to support.
Honestly, anyone who got shares below .0082 is very lucky. I remember we tried hard to bid at that level, but they wouldn’t let us in.
It doesn’t matter to me anymore. I had bought my shares in the past at over .01, so at this price, it’s a bargain. Someone mentioned a potential Dell buyout, and I wouldn’t rule it out. We know the founder has stepped down, and they said they’d announce the deal when it’s finalized. Savvy investors are the ones buying shares now and waiting for the merger or buyout news. This isn’t the time to flip the stock for quick coin chump change.

Thank you. It's a Great stock, however, OTCN stops the buyers for now.
No matter how you look at it, this stock is significantly undervalued with massive potential. Based on the last PR, I’m expecting an announcement update soon.
