Most scam! AFFU is the real deal.
Good Morning! From my perspective, OneMind Hypervisor and OneMind NG Next Generation software are cutting-edge, AI-driven platforms designed to streamline data integration, enhance security, and automate processes in enterprise environments.
OneMind Hypervisor: This AI-powered virtualization platform facilitates seamless resource management across cloud, edge, and on-premises systems.
OneMind NG Next Generation: A versatile AI software suite available in both on-premises and SaaS formats, it delivers real-time data processing, predictive analytics, and automation, enabling industries like healthcare and finance to optimize their workflows.
Dell Partnership: Collaborating with Dell allows OneMind to implement these solutions globally, merging OneMind’s AI technology with Dell’s robust hardware and cloud infrastructure.
Bottom Line: OneMind Technology shows significant promise in the AI and data integration space. Its partnership with Dell enhances access to advanced AI capabilities across various industries worldwide. This indicates that OneMind’s AI-driven platforms are well-positioned for growth. Overall, OneMind presents itself as having a solid foundation and substantial growth potential in the AI landscape, especially while trading at such a low price, making this an incredible opportunity to invest in a company with significant potential.
Thank you! I appreciate that feedback. Yup! The growing volume and interest show people are starting to grasp the significance of this connection.
It’s a bit late now, but I’m still trying to keep my promise.
I took screenshots of a total of 6 images, but for some reason, iHub only lets me upload the first one and then stops. Something seems to be wrong with the uploading process. In this image, the CTCN record shows a 425,000 share sale below the bid price.

Dell and NVIDIA partnership initially focused on integrating NVIDIA’s GPUs into Dell’s desktop and workstation product lines. OneMind's AI technologies, meanwhile, focus on advanced data analytics, real-time processing, and automation for industries like healthcare, finance, and retail. Partnering with Dell enables OneMind to scale these solutions globally, helping Dell expand its AI offerings while allowing OneMind to reach a broader market. It’s a win-win situation for both parties.
I’ve received emails and private messages asking similar questions. Instead of replying individually, which would take a lot of time, I’d rather respond here. As the word gets out, we’re starting to see volume pick up. When a stock’s price rises along with increased volume, it’s known as trend confirmation, indicating the uptrend will likely continue.
I've set my initial target at five cents giving a market cap of 38M which I believe is realistic and potentially achievable. Whether to buy or sell is your choice, but please only invest what you can afford to lose.
I say this for many reasons. At this early stage, we’re still unsure of the full potential and outcome of these deals. It’s clear that OneMind has technologies Dell is interested in partnering with, which would allow Dell to market their AI software platform globally. This information isn’t widely known; I only uncovered it after diving deeply into the filings, and I shared it with everyone on the board. This is one of the main reasons I consider this stock legitimate and felt compelled to share my due diligence.
That said, we’re only seeing what’s publicly available, so please, please, proceed with caution.
Churning and Holding Well.
Welcome aboard bud. Doing very good. How about you?
None of us know exactly what’s happening behind closed doors, but one thing is clear: based on the previous merger, they seem to prefer a merger over a buyout.

I don’t believe it will be a buyout. The value of OneMind AI’s technologies is substantial, especially since DELL plans to use them globally. If a buyout were the goal, it likely would have happened a long time ago. I agree with your point of view. Why would they spend time and money structuring a previous merger if they were aiming for a buyout?
Thank you for the kind words. Not every pick I make turns out to be a winner. I’ve had my share of poor picks due to companies failing to execute their business plans. Over the years, I’ve learned many lessons, and now I’m more cautious about the stocks I share for due diligence. Like everyone, I aim to pick winners and avoid scam stocks. It’s tough losing money myself, but it’s heartbreaking seeing my followers lose. You’re right; sometimes I spend weeks, even months, analyzing a stock. For example, I found AFFU months ago and bought shares between $0.0068 and $0.0123. At that time, I held off on sharing because the previous merger structure wasn’t favorable for shareholders. Now, with the merger canceled and the founder and directors resigning, it looks like a new merger or buyout is on the horizon. They’ve even stated that announcements will follow once the deal is finalized. We’re in at the bottom of the chart, which minimizes risk and could provide a solid return on our investment.
Below is the letter I complaints. Please, feel free to edit or change or just copy and send them as is.
I am filing a complaint regarding suspected manipulation by market makers OTCN in a company Affluence Corporation symbol AFFU. I have observed unusual trading patterns that appear intended to distort the stock's true value, impacting fair market price and investor confidence. I urge you to investigate these practices, as they threaten the integrity of the market and the investments of shareholders.
Thank you very much.
Instead of doing nothing I took action and filed the complaints with the SEC, FINRA, and State Securities Regulator.

FINRA regulates brokerage firms and exchange markets and can investigate potential misconduct by market makers.
You can submit a complaint to FINRA via their Investor Complaint Center. Include information about the market maker, stock symbol, suspicious activity, and relevant dates or trades. I took multi-screen shot

Some states also have securities regulators who handle complaints and can take action on local brokerage misconduct. Check the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) to locate your state’s securities regulator:

I took two screenshots as supporting evidence, which I’ll upload later for everyone to view. I urge us to take action rather than doing nothing. After all, this is our investment, and the last thing I want is to see the scumbag market makers manipulate the stock and destroy my money and faith in it.
Many savvy traders, including yourself, are quietly accumulating shares. Knowing you as both a trader and a great friend, I’m confident that we’ll be here for the long haul.
Heck, you get a better deal than me, bro. LOL.
You’re speaking your mind, and that’s fine. The questions you ask seem aimed at "PICKING BRAINS", and I can see through that, so I’m calling it as I see it. If you've been watching for a few weeks, it's clear you're interested in the stock and looking for an entry. Nobody invests time and energy for no reason. Frankly speaking, it's what it is. Why can you tell the CEO yourself? If you're not genuinely interested in the stock, then please just leave us alone. This isn't a place for picking brains.
I know you're not a rookie, so I'm surprised you can't see there are no bids to support the sale of 2,655,000 at .0029. OTCN is playing mind games, and it’s disappointing you fell for it. But you didn't t fall for it. It seems like you’re trying to plant the seed for your entry. This is a dirt-cheap price per share. Be mindful, your soft bashing style won’t resonate here.

I agree! Trading this stock feels like the float is under 100 million. It can move quickly in either direction.
Agreed! GROSSLY UNDERVALUED.
He or someone filled my bid support. I could place my bid support at .0028, which is the current bid, but I decided to pay more uptick to fill the gap between .0031 and .0032. That is all the effort can do for the team today. For now, I will have to focus on other play stocks. Thank you for your reply.
10/31/24 11:01 AM ET Buy 500000 AFFU Executed @ $0.0031
0/31/24 10:36 AM ET Buy 100000 AFFU Executed @ $0.00315
My showing 410000 as well. The correct number is 210100 I know you don't count that 100 b/s trade.
Talk is cheap; actions speak louder than words. I will be the first to place an order for 500K at the bid of .0031 and also bought 100K at the ask of .0032, which was filled at .00315. The first 100 shares that is a paint job from the OTCN

Thank you. This is a great post that everyone needs to read. The bottom line is that we are in the final stages of a HUGE MAJOR announcement. Understanding what we have here is crucial, which is why I have spent hundreds of hours analyzing every angle to ensure there are no red flags or dilution, thereby minimizing the risk to our investment. You can be assured that I won't post the DD unless the stock meets my minimum requirement.
There is no volume today yet. Yes, we have a good number of shares sitting on the bid support. If OTCN has shares, they will dump them to fill the bid. Therefore, the idea of dilution right now does not exist. If we can resolve that issue, more people will be willing to hold, and the stock will continue its upward trend.
Allow me to address my statement clear (fake long). I am fully aware of who the poster is and their long tenure with the company, which is indeed substantial. The "fake long" refers to those who join us and then quickly flip on our token. However, we need these flippers; they generate volume and draw in more buyers. Honestly, I have no issue with people buying or selling that's their prerogative. But if we collaborate as a team, we can drive this stock significantly higher. The potential is there, especially considering the small float and the fact that most shares are held by genuine long-term investors.
Confirmed! The company currently has only one class of stock: (common shares.) That’s wonderful news! No single individual makes the decisions; it's the major shareholders, that is retail shareholders who control the voting rights. I loved it.
On December 31, 2018, the company created Series A Preferred shares for voting control and Series B Convertible Preferred shares to settle long-term debt. The Company issued 1,052,247 Series B shares to settle $5,261,237 in deferred compensation, leaving $0 owed.
On June 30, 2021, it converted 1,994,907 Series B shares into 99,745,350 common shares, aiming to simplify its capital structure. After this conversion, the company canceled the series B preferred. No Preferred Stock remains outstanding.
On January 20, 2020, the management and Board unanimously decided to cancel the Series A Preferred shares and eliminate the entire class.
Thank you, I am still trying to find a way to contact the management. Maybe through 2 new board members.
My friends trust my judgment, knowing that when I share due diligence, I view it as a long-term investment. I consistently provide updated, accurate information to support that commitment, rain or shine. When I mention "resources," I mean additional investments and alerts to investors in my network to keep them informed.
With nearly 40 years in the game, I have a strong network and considerable buying power. I understand the game. The idea of using me to flip that just isn't feasible.
Yesterday, we reached a peak of +103.45%, so it's normal to anticipate some profit-taking today. OTCM has been fluctuating for months, not just recently, which means this isn’t a bull trap. As I mentioned, if the fake longs are willing to work together and maintain their positions, we can make a real impact. I won't commit more resources unless the fake longs stop playing games.
Thank you for the kind words. Yup. OTCN OTC Markets Group owns OTCM's original pink sheet.com. They are the worst MM short scumbag services for more than 11,500 OTC securities. They're registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a broker-dealer. It might be worth it if everyone filed a complaint about their ongoing manipulation of stocks.
Besides this email address info@affucorp.com. Do you have a direct contact email, James E Honan?
Your guess is as good as mine. Honestly, I have no idea why they do that.
I agree; the company needs to stay proactive about its stock performance and market conditions.
No, they are never in EM. The company's audited finances showed they were behind by 10-K and their 10-Q filings were also delayed. The initial plan was a 1-for-1000 reverse stock split and a merger with an already-listed Nasdaq company, but that deal fell through.
The surge was driven by the release of the 10-K, and they subsequently filed an N-T 10-Q. It's likely that since the merger didn’t go through, the reverse stock split is now obsolete.
With a small float and the authorized shares maxed out, there’s no room for dilution. This could lead to significant volatility in the stock price.
I haven’t seen your posts in a while! The stock is starting to come alive thanks to the filed 10K and N-T 10-Q.
