We started the rally from 1.05 to 2.99 I believe last week of December. We are back to 1.05 and I hope it holds. I placed an order for 1.00 as I do not want CNBX TO BREAK 1 DOLLAR. A lot of people gave up on CNBX during this slide. It will take big news to go over 2 dollars again and to get the VC to exercise their 1 million shares at 2 by May 2018.

There was a size of 27,200 shares on the bid (that want to buy CNBX) and only 2000 available to sell. However every time the market tanks and someone wants to raise money (maybe because of margin calls) I see a huge block available to sell (I think around 120k shares) in the 1.32 range.

For the last 2 weeks with this volatility 1.20 held and we always closed higher. There is a PR announcing that CNBX is moving to a new facility and that they hired a top notch lab scientist to join the team.

I went to the company web site www.cannabics.com and they have under the investors tab the last filing but it was zipped and I am not savvy enough to unzip to verify the insider's stock ownership. Maybe you can do it.
I am very impressed with the expertise of doctors assembled in CNBX. The web site is fast and very informative. They seem to indicate that they are marketing diagnostic tools worldwide as well as time release pills. The presentation is dated December 2017, so maybe we will see some revenue in the next report.

I encourage every investor to log into their web site and form your own opinion. I am not a doctor, so I welcome other's opinions.

Every investor should google Rick Simpson and watch his video on how to make the oil. It cured his cancer, burns, psoriasis ...etc. He shows you how to do the oil and how to use it. Watching this video gave me a lot of hope about CNBX succeeding in their mission to put this substance in a time release pill TO CURE CANCER.
We are two months away from getting results from 2 studies. Good luck to all. I recently more than doubled my position in CNBX.

News will move it up plus the mj publicity. They expect 2 results end of March. If the company that have an option to buy 1 million shares at 2 EXERCISES it then CNBX will have about 5 years of cash at today's burn rate. If not we have about 3 years of cash. The hope is that they find a way to treat cancer.

Bought another 6500 at the open 1.8032 even though I had a bid 1.81.

I doubled down again today at 1.85..Last 15 minutes were wild. I tried to buy NWKRF (canadian mj) today at Fidelity and I had a long message telling me it will go thru Forex and there is another fee besides Fidelity and then there is tax withholding on dividends and gains so I changed my mind.

People on the Yahoo board are very negative about DPW and its CEO. Sorry to see you go, good luck. I actually recently doubled my position in CNBX. Yes revenue are a joke here but this stock is about a potential curing cancer with MJ. The business model would be to send in the biopsy sample and CNBX would send back the tailored MJ TIMED RELEASE PILL. They recently purchased about 3/4 of a million dollars worth in lab equipment for lab tests and we are waiting for results from studies by the end of March.
When you have a 2 million dollar option to buy 1 million shares at 2 dollars per share by early May from a company, CNBX will do everything it can to promote itself and increase its coffers in order to give itself time for 3 more years for the breakthrough. I hope to keep increasing my holdings in the next 3 months.

I just read the 10Q and I noticed that a company had a 1.5 million option to buy 1.5 million shares at 2 dollars and it did so for 1/2 million shares giving CNBX 1 million dollars on January 3rd, 2018 which gives us roughly 4 million dollars cushion.
This company has until May 7th 2018 to exercise another one million option at 2 dollars. Assuming they will do that CNBX SHOULD HAVE ABOUT 6.8 MILLION Dollars in their coffer less their burn rate which is about 550k a quarter. We had revenue of 1.7k ending November 2017 vs nil revenue in 2016. That means we should have roughly 3 years of expenses in the bag which is very good in my opinion. Also the 10Q lists very good results and patents in their notes section.
Other observations are welcomed.

I am having a hard time with the patent filing today. How can you defend a method? how would they know their method is used somewhere else?

I had a hard time understanding that the treatment will be personalized. How could they eventually treat one at a time. So, I talked to a Health lawyer and he said that there are many companies that treat people online.
Like this company (forgot the name in S.F.) they have a personalized treatment for acne and they have 100k customers. People just send them pictures and voila the treatment is sent. CNBX will just read the impression of the MRI and will send the right time release pill.

2 analysts in Yahoo are predicting 33 cents average for next year.
One analyst is predicting 19 cents low.

With all this revenue growth, it should be a good long term investment.
I like the fact that we are only 31 million shares compared to my JD which has over 1 billion shares. the float is low around 20 million shares which will add some volatility.

Wow, these were home run moves. I thing the report next month will shed some light on their science with a couple of results expected in March 2018. I doubt the revenue will be material enough to move the stock. It is the potential of a breakthrough to treat cancerous tumors.

From what I have read, the end of November report is due in January and they expect RESULTS in March 2018 from tumor diagnostics and tumor treatment.
If promising they expect to file new drug application. The last patent filing I think was significant. One more month is left for tax selling and a lot of people like you might want to sell to claim losses. Patience and maybe January when California join the pot states we will get a boost.

The above is from the last 10q 3 months ago. Last year 10q for the end of November, 2016 was issued in January 2017. So I do not see any report coming next week based on that. I am new in this stock so, do not rely on my research. I believe I was repeating what someone said about getting a report next week. The Cannabics moderator posted very informative links.

I took advantage of the lack of huge bids and bought 1500 more shares at .93. GLTA when we get clarity from their latest status in the EOY report.

This is very informative and somewhat different than what Advisors reported.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we peek over 1 dollar and retreat. There was a 1 dollar ask for only 300 shares, so I bought them. The ask showed up again for 1 dollar and also 300 shares. I am guessing this was a computerized sell at 1 dollar 300 shares at a time, so I stopped buying.
On a side note what are we expecting in the year end financials I believe someone said on the 29th.?
