The best one I like is SHLL which will merge next month.
WKHS: has the potential to get a big part of the 6.2 billion USPS contract
DPHC: Will merge with Lordstown in 3 months and they bought a GM factory
SPAQ: will merge with FISKER in 3 months
HCAC: Will merge with CANOO in 3 months.

I own all the above and of course TSLA and NIO.
The dark horse is WKHS if they do not get at least 2 billions of the contract I believe it will go down about 20% because people will be disappointed. Only 3 companies competing for that 6.2 billion

Since we are 9 ees with no manufacturing and no distribution channel, what do you think about Mino-Lok future?. Will it be sold to big Pharma for ?? millions with maybe a royalty? Since only one analyst is predicting 23 millions in revenue next year, could it be he is guessing what Mino-Lok is worth? also only 2 analysts are predicting very wide est of EPS from .02 to 1.45 for 2021. A one time revenue from the sale of Mino-Lok will make us cash rich but we can only count on royalties to Gage the future. Thoughts?

The rest executed today and we tested the 12 cents again and bounced. Someone wanted out today with a lot of shares.

One can never figure out MM. I had a GTC order for .1435 and today 1/2 of my order was executed at .125 and the other 1/2 did not execute. It seems like the best move CNBX made was to invest in SEEDO as they expect to collect a shade under 4 millions more in royalties from them. I hope .12 is the bottom for this year. With the recent return of the original founder of CNBX and the addition of a new director this month one can always hope for ideas and directions that will generate $$ from CNBX itself. Let's hope Snoop dog will generate more sales for SEEDO. GLTA for next year.

I watched this interview and it got me excited to invest. However when i checked the Analysis tab in Yahoo, it shows revenue next year will be 50% less that this year and EPS at -31 cents vs + 65 cents which are the average of 7 analysts. I would love to hear good and bad comments about this. Thank you

I would also say let it ride at this point since there was a huge bid some time ago. However with tax loss trading around the corner unless there is a development I would say it will be lower in December. Then I will take a chance to add some.

The EPS estimate in Yahoo was raised for this year by 1 penny and 5 cents for next year to 2.61. So, a PE of 4 will give us 10.44 and a PE OF 5 will be 13.05. Next week I believe the december option will open and I will buy some calls. I currently have 3k shares at 7.44 avg.

Unfortunately it dipped below 7 today. If the PE and estimates do not change I believe we are looking at QD from 10 to 13 next year. Your next year opinion is appreciated.

They do not grow cannabis and do not sell CBD.

The market cap is just 40 millions. So an IND would make PMCB worth much more and will open up funding opportunities to complete the new drug research. GLTA

Somebody got a a great price on WIZP as it opened at 10 cents and finished at 50 cents. Since CNBX OWNS SOME SHARES i AM KEEPING AN EYE on it. I actually think they are ahead of CNBX in their study. So somebody wanted 100k of CNBX.? iNTERESTING if they know something besides the dual listing coming up.

Maybe it was a magazine, in that case there is no link to find. Of course it was a guess as he did not name which one. Since we broke 30 cents with heavy volume (maybe Jim got out?),it does not look good. CNBX needs time and money to keep doing their research. Who will give them 2-3 years?
At this point buying CNBX is like a long term option with no time limit. Buy 1000 shares and that way you will keep an eye on it. Risk 300 dollars?
Of course there are better choices but they have time limit.

patents are good but defending them is very expensive. what we need is phase 2 then 3 which seems years away. more money will be needed. WIZP and CNBX TRADED less than 20k dollars each yesterday. Maybe the dual listing will give it a shot?

If you look at the quarterly report from April 15, 2019 on Page 4 it shows we made 0.065 cents per share, mainly thanks to royalty.

Jim is saying TSX is for 5 dollars and over stocks. I hope CNBX is not thinking of reverse split to do that. Any thoughts?

I just checked that GWPH is reporting in about a week and so far have not made a profit. They seem to be far ahead of CNBX in research. Also CNBX used to be mentioned and covered in Cannabis reports, not anymore. The pills of CNBX are still not marketed enough. BUT we are profitable and I like that. I also like the JV they are involved with. I believe they will need money in a year or two unless the royalties continues like last quarter. I do not think they are diluting.

Thx Jim. You remember that I tried to buy that pill and could not get any answer from the distributor. It was not marketed properly. I believe now it is in south America. I am excited that they are starting to earn revenue and royalties. They are also in 2 or 3 JV which helps but in my mind it clouds the focus. GLA. Nobody is following WIZP after all the dilutions but the last research results look very promising. I will wait some 3 months and peek again.

WIZP announced good clinical results and it dropped big. Was is over priced or sell on the news or they will need money...or ..or... any idea?.

Wow it has been a year since I posted this.
I believe I saw the battery for buses on their web site under excel for investors. I doubt it is there since we have not heard anything in the buses area recently.
However, with the lithium and cobalt price coming down compared the 3rd quarter and the yuan strengthening somewhat vs the dollar and 30% increase in revenue we should have a very good year end report in march.
HPJ usually promotes itself in new york and san diego late february and in march and we should go above 3. However I hope they do not promote HPJ because that would tell me the buyout is still in effect.

with royalties from seedo next year and potential commercialization of this diagnostic CNBX COULD START getting interesting in 2 years. (much faster than the 3-5 years I had in mind).

Jim, I mentioned to u before that I sent an email for help in trying to buy wanna pill with no reply. Case in point the revenue from that pill for a whole year does not even cover the salary of one employee.
I read again the interview with the reporter and Barad said they intend to hire people with expertise. And that the cannabis fighting cancer is complex.. So they are not close to anything. I do not have time to research Gw.

I lost 30k and I believe there is no chance to get it back. We used to get publicity in cannabis articles but no more. Cgc and Tlry are the one stealing the show. Glta again I will stop my postings until it gets interesting.
