Me two, I like the risk reward ratio. However I am still puzzled about who is selling those millions of AMBS block of shares everyday.

Do you know if Dominion has to file if they are selling?

I wonder who is dumping millions of shares of AMBS cleverly FOR THE PAST MONTH at this level without causing much of a drop in share price.

Do you by any chance know if Dominion is making money selling at the current price?. Do they have to disclose if they are selling?

Just worried that someone (maybe not Dominion) knows something we don't.

So, can AMBS apply for orphan drug even though it has not been tested in humans? I believe they need to solve or decide on the method of delivery in humans first.

Again you are the voice of reason that echoes mine. Everything you say about AMBS presentations are facts. Nothing positive has happened so far except maybe new investors replacing old ones.

We could get blindsided with some huge news one day, but that is only a dream. Mine is LYMPRO right now and I hope it will be commercialized. If it is then a 5 bagger from here is very possible (not 1 dollar like some are saying). If it is a failure then sub pennies short term will be a possibility until SOME major news happen.

As I said before, I keep adding monthly under 5 cents hoping that LYMPRO will go to market.

I am not sure if it will be minor or major dilution coming. Minor dilution will come if we get some up front millions from BD in return for lower royalty percentages on future revenues.

Major dilution is coming if Lympro does not succeed.

Wow, I took you only 3 weeks to sell 20 million shares. I guess you were selling them 400 to 500k at a time. Well, I just bought on Friday again for .0355 and will continue my monthly purchase until Lympro comes thru or other news or bust.

However I see that they did not report the annual for 2012 and more. I have a feeling they are going dark like CKGT. What a shame with all that cash, a building and a profitable company.

If it drops tomorrow and goes close to 3 cents it will be a solid (I hope) triple bottom. Your memory is correct about AMBS price per share going down after conferences.

Wouldn't the 50 DMA of 4 cents prevent that? We might dip again below 4 cents tomorrow but I hope we close above 4 cents.

YES great day. Especially that at 3:57 AMBS was .0351 and 2 minutes later about 300k shares traded and we closed at .039.

Maybe it was again one of those classical sell below the bid.

Everyday I see huge bids from 200k to 500k and the previous investors in AMBS are selling to them.

I believe we have new investors and previous investors (like me) who are accumulating at these levels.

Until we have huge news, this will continue.

Well maybe JN is also not projecting AMBS revenues in 2015 because it is 30 months away. HONESTLY THIS IS the only reason I keep buying every month because I cannot fathom that AMBS WILL stay that low when LYMPRO is marketed.

People are looking at burn rate and are driven away because they know dilutions are inevitably coming.

You are much more optimistic than Jason Napolitano with him saying AMBS is worth 25 cents and you think it will go to 50 cents next year.

Also, you said you expect (like most of us did) revenue in 2014 with much more in 2015 while Jason put revenue at ZERO thru 2015.

I will share my experience with you why your .0345 order for AMBS is not getting filled, while others are getting filled at .034.

When you got a partial fill the remainder of the size of your shares was less than 5k shares. MM ignore any size less than 5k. So, the only way your less than 5k shares will become in play is if someone else will bid the same .0345 and the combined size is more than 5k.

Were you here in January during the S.F. conference time when AMBS was presenting?. There was a company that Gerald and his dad took pictures with the members of the other company.

This company had an Alzheimer test that was 100% efficient while Lympro was 96% efficient. I wonder why this other company could not move their test forward.

Everybody including myself was thinking conservatively that revenue for AMBS will start 2nd half of 2014. Jason Napolitano in his hold recommendation have revenue at ZERO all the way to 2015.

What does everybody think about that.? Maybe whoever is in contact with him can get clarification on this issue.

Valid point that big pharma would have bought the IP from the bankrupt company if they were worth something. I just hope big pharmas were too busy and that Gerald was astute. A year from now we will know. If you are right, a lot of investors will be SOL.

Yes, AMBS is dead money now until there is a major announcement.
I am buying every month hoping for that announcement. However if it does not come, don't you think the diagnostic kit will make AMBS A 5 TO 10 BAGGER from around current price per share?
